@rich88 I would think that would be enough, ung akin less than that 6 bullets lang. For one company 2 pages?

anyways, follow up question po sana:
    Example:
    1) Company 1 - Role is QA but Position is Associate Software Engineer - different team and manager
    2) Company 1 - Role is Functional Analyst but Position is Software Engineer, Senior Software Enginer and Systems Analysts (3 positions before ako umalis ng company) - different team and manager

Question: Pwede bang isang Manager lang yung pumirma sa Stat Dec since isang company lang naman lahat ng role na to? TIA!

Kumbaga sya yung head ng buong QA department namin. hope that helps.

@rich88, ako po ay isang sis..lol!
anyways, kaso yung akin kasi is ibang department talaga?

    Hi!

I'm planning to pursue my AU dream this June so I've been reading posts here for several weeks na. I have idea about the process but hopefully someone can advise regarding my case.

Current Work: Technology Consultant, 5 years going 6 this June
Job that I Aim for Skilled Visa: System Analyst

    Questions:
    1) My bf has pretty much the same work experience. We're in the same company. Our plan is to both get the assessment and English Test then kung sino mas mataas sa IELTS, yun mag submit ng EOI. Tama ba to? Kaya lang we're not living together but in a relationship for 3 yrs. Papasa ba as de facto partner? What I can share to prove is credit card statement, since supplementary ko sya and kasama na yung mga photos, conversation, etc.

    2) Paano po ma-determine if nominated by state? Or based sa points ko?

    3) If nag-lodge na ng VISA, may chance pa ba yun na ma-deny? I think health is one factor pero other than that ano pa po?

    4) If ako yung primary applicant ng visa then bf ko yung sub, can he also apply for his mother ng sabay na samin

Mas ok sana if meron kayong joint account. in my case, my fiance and I have a joint account and we live together. so ang proof namin is yung leasing contract and yung joint account statement. nasa DIBP site rin yun..

    excerpt from the DIBP site:

    Spouse or de facto partner

If you are married or in a de facto relationship, provide evidence of a genuine and continuing relationship with your partner at the exclusion of all others.
If you are married provide a scanned colour copy of marriage certificate or relationship registration for you and your partner
For de facto relationships this should include evidence that you have been in the relationship for at least 12 months at time of application. Evidence can include, but is not limited to, joint bank account statements, billing accounts in joint names, other evidence of cohabitation etc).
If you or anyone included in the application has been widowed, divorced or is permanently separated: a certified scanned colour copy of the relevant death certificate, divorce decree absolute, or statutory declaration/separation certificate.

    2. for the state nomination, check mo dito sa site na to if andito yung occupation na gusto mong i-nominate: https://www.anzscosearch.com/.

    4. if ikaw yung main, bf mo is your dependent, tapos mother ng bf mo ang isa pang dependent, i don't think pwede kasi you don't have a direct relationship with her.. i'm not sure about this though, you can read this excerpt from the DIBP site about "other dependents."

    Other dependent relatives

For all other dependent relatives included in your application:
    A completed Form 47A
evidence of the relationship between this applicant and you or your spouse (birth & marriage certificates, etc)
evidence that this relative lives in your household
evidence your relative has been financially dependent on you for at least the 12 months immediately before you lodge your application
if your relative has been widowed, divorced or is permanently separated a copy of any relevant death certificate, divorce decree absolute, or statutory declaration/separation certificate.

Sorry haba ng sagot.. hehe, hope i was able to enlighten you somehow.

@ichi_pestano hello, I'll try to answer some of your Qs too since similar din to my case:
    1. That's what me and my partner did too, both got assessed and took the english exams. In the strict sense defacto means living together, and the date you started the defacto relationship will be the date you started living together. So make sure lang ung proof of billing and such that you will use as paper proof of your relationship will extend way back to the date when you will claim to have started the defacto relationship.

    4. Is your bf's mother living with you (the couple)? This will probably be the biggest question you will have to answer and prove. Based on what you mentioned on #1, you will be using your credit card bills na naka secondary si bf, so I'm guessing address un ng house mo, and not your bf's house? So if you will use that for defacto proof, you will also have to prove that your MIL lives in that same house.
My take on this last one is that, if long long long term you really plan on getting your MIL to AU, and since both kayo ni bf skilled. Apply kayo separately with your bf putting in his mom as his dependent. This will still turn out way cheaper and faster than going through the parent visa path which will cost you more than a million in pesos and take 30 years to apply.

    Hello Forumers,

Meron po ba sa inyo ang nag go through ng VETASSES dahil nag RPL route sa ACS (especially yung mga nag ANZSCO Code: 261112 - System Analyst)?. I hope you can share your experiences po and kung may helpful link po kayo ng separate forum discussion for ACS and VETASSES Points Test Advice. Thanks and more power. :)

    Hello po,

Pahelp po please. Gusto ko sama mag apply under skilled- 190. Work ko po is business analyst.

    Ito po ang qualification ko:
Graduate- 2008, BS. Industrial engineering- PUP sta mesa

Work/ position: total of 8 years
    2008- 2011- sap consultant
    2011- 2013- business solutions manager
    2013- present- business analyst

Based po sa pagkaintindi ko, ibabawas po nila is 6 years as working experience kasi hindi naman ako IT course, so bale 8 years less 6 years = 2 years skilled experience.

Is there a way na ma credit po nila ung iba kong years na skilled experience? :(

Sayang naman po kasi, last time pwede na sana ako, kaso kulang pa ng years, so nghintay ako.. tapos handa na ako, nagbago naman sila. Palagi ako ng hihintay at umaasa. Nakakatakot baka next year bigla nanaman magtaas :(

    Samalat po.

not necessarily... IT Biz Analyst din ako, pero 4 years ang bawas nila kahit CompSci ako from UP. pero may kilala ako from ateneo na walang bawas, compSci din, developer ang NOC. eto rin tanong ko, kasi nabasa ko depende ata sa officer na nag assess ng case mo.

yeah... ung JD ko sa lahat ng companies (from reputable MNCs) since i started working contained key phrases ng IT biz analyst (ie, gathering business requirements, translating to IT systems). tapos decent naman grades ko for my BS CS degree.

maliban nalang siguro if either, they only consider CS for programmers / developers, at hindi IT Biz Analyst. or that ung IT Biz Analyst ay masyado maraming nag-apply kaya medyo strikto sila na may bawas talaga.

so, it really doesn't make sense na 4 years ang bawas. natempt nga akong i challenge ung results (reassessment), pero since pasok parin sa 3 years, binawi ko nalang sa IELTS.

    @rich88 Thank you! All clear!

Most de facto cases na nababasa ko dito, engaged na or live-in. Sana pasok pa rin kahit in a relationship lang given na more than 1 year na kami. Will work on getting a joint account na rin to prepare. Thanks for the advice!

Siguro dun sa mom nya, pwede kayang mauna kaming dalawa tapos sya yung mag sponsor pag andon na kami?

@ichi_pestano hi, in my case, yes tama ka, engaged na kami and we're planning to get married by the end of the year..

regarding your partner's mom, quote ko lang yung sinabi ni @tiggeroo na mas makakamura pa daw kayo if nag separate application kayo. bale primary kayo ni partner mo, tapos dependent ng partner mo yung mom nya.

    @tiggeroo

I thought about it din nga. Kaya lang, Plus half of the regular VISA kapag sub-applicant na si bf. Kaya naisip ko na cheaper than both of us going through the same process. So, thanks for providing this option.

From what I've been reading, mukhang mahirap ma-prove yung de facto relationship since we're not living in the same house. :(

@prcand looking at the acs anzsco descriptions, parang MIS ang course na hanap nila for business analyst based on the core ICT units, then nasa additional closely related lang ung most cs subjects. Meron actually ako kilala na iska din bscs applied for system analyst, 4 years binawas sa kanya, then meron siyang colleague na bs information systems pero 2 years lang ang bawas. Since same occupation group ang ICT Business and System Analysts, mukhang sa course nagkatalo.

@chrisa hindi naman po minimum requirement ang 3 years, so even without this basta maabot mo ung 60points and get suitable for migration in the result letter, you can still apply.

    Random IT-Professional-related question: :)

Yung average monthly sweldo ba ng mga non-programmers IT Professionals sa AU, enough kaya to survive? Kaya ba i-cover yung basic expenses like rent, food, etc.? Or medyo mahihirapan?

May separate thread po ba dito discussing cost of living sa AU?
