@tiggeroo @prcand Not sure if makatulong pero sa case ko naman, ece grad tapos marami sa classmates ko nagsasabi na na-assess sila na ICT minor. What I did was nagsama ako ng description ng lahat ng nakuha kong subjects (official doc na provided ng registrar namin) dun sa attachment ko ng TOR. I think nakatulong din para ma-assess ako na ICT major.

ok lang po ba na ang documents ko are: 5 po kasi company na pinangalingan ko.. wala na ako ITR

at iba walang payslip

company 1:

@chrisa hello, yung COE from company 1 to 4 is sufficient. no need to submit other docs as long as may signature ng manager/supervisor at may letterhead.

Dun nman sa company 5, wala ba tlagang letterhead? If that's the case, you have to submit it as a statutory declaration. Pag statutory declaration, dun mo na kelangan payslips. Mas ok sana if meron kang kahit generic na COE from HR. These will serve as supplementary documents to support the statutory declaration you got from your boss

11. STATUTORY DECLARATIONS AND AFFIDAVITS
If you are unable to obtain an employment reference on a company letterhead from your employer, a
third party official Statutory Declaration or Affidavit written by a work colleague may be considered.
A Statutory Declaration or Affidavit is a legally written statement declared to be true in the presence of
an authorised witness, for example - a Notary Public.
All Statutory Declarations or Affidavits must be clearly signed by an authorised witness. The document
must state that it was Sworn Before, Signed Before or Witnessed Before the authorised witness by the
referee and signed by the authorised witness, with the date and place in which the declaration was
made and witnessed. List of Authorised Witnesses within Australia.
Please Note: If obtaining a Statutory Declaration or Affidavit outside Australia, please refer to an
Australian Embassy or the legal standard of the country in which you are applying.
The Statutory Declaration or Affidavit must be written by a third party work colleague and NOT written
by you, the applicant. Self-written Statutory Declaration or Affidavit will be assessed as not suitable.
A Statutory Declaration or Affidavit written by a work colleague needs to describe the working
relationship with you, the details of the duties you performed and with relevant dates of the
employment. It is preferable that the work colleague writing the declaration be at a supervisory level.
An example of how to define a working relationship is as follows –
‘I can confirm that (applicant name) carried out the duties and roles specified in this document at
(company name) as I was his/her (supervisor, colleague, manager etc.) who interacted with and
witnessed his/her work on a regular basis throughout the employment. ‘
All third party Statutory Declarations or Affidavits must include one of the following as supporting
evidence: (these must be in relation to you, the applicant and not the declarant)
 Certified copy of payslips – preferably first & last payslip for the employment period
 Certified copy a Human Resource statement or Service Certificate with employment dates
 Certified copy of a Termination Letter with employment dates
Employment contracts, offer letters or appointment letters will NOT be accepted as supporting evidence
and only one of the 3 above mentioned documents should be submitted. All other types of supporting
documentation for Statutory Declarations or Affidavits will be assessed as unsuitable.
Acceptance of Statutory Declarations or Affidavits in place of employment references will be subject to
the verification and discretion of the ACS and noted to the Department of Immigration and Border
Protection for authentication against fraud and plagiarism.
The following Statutory Declarations or Affidavits are NOT suitable:
 Does NOT contain words to the effect Sworn Before or Signed Before or Witnessed Before.
 From a junior colleague
 Stating the referee agrees with what the applicant has written in another document
 Stamp and signature of Notary Public doesn’t state that the referee’s signature is witnessed
 Signature of Notary Public only states Attested Copy.

@coachella9 wow bro ang bilis! ako din Feb 26 ng gabi nag submit. As of now stage 4 na, sana makuha ko na rin yung assessment. Sana positive at -2 lang sa experience hehe.

@chrisa yes, ok lang as long as may pirma ng HR or manager saka printed sa company letterhead.

Mabuti ka pa binigyan ka ng HR nyo ng COE na may JD.

Hello po ulit! question po regarding sa application process, what if meron na ko dating assessment from ACS and not suitable, kelangan ko ba syang ilink sa application ko ngayon? BTW, yung pinsan ko yung nagasikaso ng application ko dati (way 2010). Thanks!!!!

nalito lang ako kung ano ba dapat ang CTC at notarize lng na docs

Talaga bang matagal pag nasa stage 4 na? 3 days na kasi syang nasa stage 4 eh.

@tjaus Kahit saang law firm boss basta may pangalan nung mag cecertify, pirma, date, saka yung parang ID mismo nung lawyer (parang registration number ata nila).

Natanggap ko na yung assessment.. 4 years ang binawas sa experience ko.. hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit.. Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering ang course ko, software tester ang inapplyan ko.. section1 naman ang school ko..

Sana may makapag advise sa akn kung ano ang next step na pwede kong gawin...

hmm... ung akin din, 4 years nabawas. background lang din para may context. IT Biz Analyst NOC ko, tapos isko. May nakapagsabi na dahil daw parang MIS ung hanap nila for Biz Analyst. tapos ung mga CS, ay more of systems analyst.

parang ganun din nangyari sayo, CoE degree mo, tapos tester and NOC. pwede ka magpa re-assess, kaso langmay risk. at tsaka, medyo mababa ung probability na mabago ung decision nila, unless magbigay ka ng additional supporting documents (pero hindi na ata to re-assessment, kundi new review tawag nila dito).

ginawa ko, instead na magappeal sa results, binawi ko nalang sa IELTS. ayun, kahit 5 points ang bawas, 10 points naman ung dagdag dahil sa retake ng exam.

@prcand bro do you have an idea kung ano ang definition nila ng re-assess? Anyway nag email na rin ako sa kanila. Gusto ko lang malaman bakit 4 years ang binawas nila sa akin. Parang hindi kasi makatarungan.

@kittykitkat18 Sumagot na yung ACS sa akin.. My bachelor's degree in computer engineering is NOT closely related to software testing daw.

Pero dun sa PDF na naka attach, hindi naman nakasulat dun na not closely related. Ang labo lang.

Ewan ko na kung ano ba dapat ang course para maging closely related. I rest my case. Badtrip talaga. Nanghina ako bigla, 5 points na naging bato pa.. hay..

@kittykitkat18 tinanong ko nga ung CO kung ano ba dapat ang course para maging closely related sa software tester na occupation. Wala naman course na software testing sa college.

Kung sinagot nya ako na dapat BS CS, BS IT, baka dun mahimasmasan ako hehe.

Nagpakahirap pa ako sa engineering, ganito lang din pala. kaasar.
