Hello guys pa join ng thread.i had lodged may nsw visa 190 last june,submitted all required docs already pati medical.though sometime august nagrequest ako na i-delay ang visa grant since buntis me last year at nanganak last nov.have requested na masama si baby sa visa app at pumayag naman sila at no additional fee.also submitted docs ni baby pati medical ok na. Yung husband at yung isa ko pang anak nag medical na rin ulit since 6 months lang validity pag may history ng ptb treatment. Have submitted signed form 815 also.waiting for visa grant na lang.☺

Hi guys,

Sorry for being inactive for couple of weeks, pakisali na lang ulit ako sa tracker ng ongoing applications.

May mga ka-batch ako dito (Jan 9, 2016 lodged) na granted na applications (CONGRATS mates!) pro sa akin "ASSESSMENT IN PROGRESS" pa rin statuss, already 2 months past from lodged date and 2 weeks past na tomorrow after submitting the requested information from CO.

Ask ko lang po, ngkamali po ba ako sa pag apply sa de facto partner ko ng Visa 309 for her and haven't clicked the "Information Updated" on her application as I am still waiting for my Visa 189 application granted?

Dapat po ba hinintay ko na lng ung CO na sabihan ako about FORM 1436? So paano po un nakapagbayad nko ng 6,900 AUD for her?

Please don't tell me na mababalewala ung payment ko na un and I have to pay still the Visa Fee of 1,800 something for adding additional applicant?

Kindly refer po sa timeline ko from Feb. 8, 2016 onwards and really need your expert advise on this if you think CO will consider on the said situation?

Shall I email the CO to follow up my/our applications?

Feb 26, 2016 - Received an email again from a diffferent CO claiming that I have yet to submit Form 1436 (adding additional applicant) even though I have already stated to them in my previous reply that I have already paid Visa 309 fee for my partner.
Feb 29, 2016 - Have decided to submit Form 1436 anyway to the CO via email in compliance from their request but leaving the credit card payment field blank, stating "NIL" and just wrote notes below regarding that I have applied for Visa 309 for my de facto partner and already paid 6,800 AUD for her. Have attached in the email all the invoice and visa payment receipt as evidence.

@ceejaycruz17 medyo nalilito ako sa mga ginawa mo pero just to clarify things ask ko sana kung:

1. may de facto partner ka prior to your EOI submission and receiving ITA for visa 189?
2. kung meron, bakit di mo siya isinama agad when you applied for visa 189?
3. bakit mo siya inapply ng visa 309? as per my understanding, applicable lang ito kung ang applicant ay may asawa or partner na AU citizen, PR or NZ citizen.

@ram071312 Jan 13 pala na clear yung medical ng daughter mo. Dapat mag start ka ng magready. Possible na July 13 ang IED nyo. According sa mga natanungan ko kapag may form 815 usually 6 months after the medical clearance ang IED. Atleast na contact ka na ni CO re Form 815 request. Ako March 3 na clear ang medical ko so I assume mga Sept 3 ang IED namin. Kaya ito nag start na akong mag mind set for our move hehehe... Pero iba talaga kapag may grant na hehehe... Waiting din ako na hanapan ni CO ng form 815.

@ceejaycruz17 hi, I think dapat inantay mo muna ung grant nung sayo para maiapply mo cya ng 309Visa since hindi ka pa nmn PR, kaya cguro nanghingi ng form 1436 c CO sayo for additional applicant in your application since hindi ka pa nmn PR para iapply mo ung de facto mo para sa Visa 309.. Tingin ko you need to inform your CO about the situation mejo magulo ung naging procedure kaya cguro pati c CO confused. Remember isang buong team na ang naghahawak ng mga cases meaning hindi kabisado ng bawat isa ung history ng case na hawak nila.

Sa wakas! Nakapag submit din ng documents ng baby ko! Waiting na magkaroon na siya ng HAP ID. Tanong lang po, pag nsubmit na form 1436 for additional applicant, magkakaroon ba siya ng separate tab dun sa document upload sa immiaccount? Hindi ko kasi alam kung saan i-upload yung mga documents ni abby, although nag submit na din ako sa CO nung mga documents ni baby, ok na po ba pag ganun?

Oo sis.. July 13 din ang alam naming IED kung ibebase kung kelan na clear si daughter or June 23 kung sa akin as main applicant. Kung sa pag reready lang sis, naku ang tagal ko ng nag titingin ng flights at accommodation sa airbnb, nakakafrustrate lang kasi ung nakakita naming mejo affordable flights e aun mahal na. Although set na ang date na pag IE namin, May 28-Jun10, hesitant pa kami mag book ng flight at accommodation hanggat walang grant e.. Sana nga't dumating na this week (7th week after CO contact).

@ram071312 nag follow up ka na ba via phone call? So far kasi yung mga tumawag na grant na rin sila kaagad.

oo sis last Mar 7 naka tawag na ko pero hindi hiningi ang details ko tinanong lang kung kelan ung last CO contact ko tapos sinabi nga na wait some more and it should not be that long. Tapos last Mar 10 nag email din ako for follow up, auto response lang nareceive ko.

@carl_cedric try mo mag EOI, d naman tutuloy un eoi application mo kung di sapat yun total score mo para makareach ng 60 points.pero kung ma "compensate" naman ng ibang criteria mo like educ work etc. Then 6 band score is fine.

Hindi siya necessary na at least 7 on all modules sa IELTS. Pang +10 points lang un. If total points mo naman ay at least 60, pwede na mag lodge ng EOI.

Sir sinama ko xa from EOI to Visa Lodged. Nilagay ko sa relationship status ko is “de facto” plus sa Visa application lodged ko, inindicate ko name nya as “migrating with me” together with her information.

3. bakit mo siya inapply ng visa 309? as per my understanding, applicable lang ito kung ang applicant ay may asawa or partner na AU citizen, PR or NZ citizen.
Sir dito ako nalito, ang intindi ko noon for “adding applicant migrating with you” is by submitting a new application under my ImmiAccount. So nagtataka ako bakit sabi ng iba mas mura pag sinabay ko sa application ko visa ng de facto partner ko, pero ang binayaran ko for her is 6,900 AUD? Pro sbi ko cge na lng, wala na kc akong maxadong time mgresearch dito sa thread kya yun ginawa ko since I thought it’s still under my IMMIACCOUNT.
This is also the reason why pending ko pa Visa 309 application nya since wait ko pa ung PR grant ko, then ska ko iinput ung PR# ko once approved after ko mg first entry sa AU. Then submit ung FORM 40SP. Ito ung iniisip kong plan and procedure.
Until nacontact ako ng another CO asking for the FORM 1436, that’s when I realized na I think I made a mistake on the procedure of applying my de facto partner at the same time with my application. Kasi ng attached xa ng FORM 1436 and I was thinking bakit hindi ba nila nakikita ung VISA 309 application ko for my De Facto partner inside ImmiAccount?

Yes, I thought I need to apply another visa for my de facto partner (visa 309) dun sa advise na isama ko sya sa application ko since it is still under my ImmiAccount.
I have already informed CO Suzanne last Feb 9, 2016 and CO Cody Alexander last Feb 29, 2016 that I have paid for the Visa 309 indicating the amount (2x the amount of my Visa 189) plus have attached in the email ung payment receipt ko and tax invoice. Sinubmit ko na rin ung FORM 1436 but leaving the Payment Method blank and indicating NIL with my understanding nabayaran ko na visa ng De Facto ko and sobra pa actually. Then I just wrote a footnote on the same Payment Method page in the form na I have already paid for VISA 309 and indicated the Visa receipt number, amount and date.
From my Feb. 29, 2016 email to CO Cody, I haven’t received any reply from them even thou sinabi rin nya sa email na I need to submit the FORM 1436 before the 28 days expire from the first request of CO Suzanne last Feb 8, 2016 and as he stated, his email (Cody’s) is not an extension of the 28days given by CO Suzanne.
It’s day 35 already (from the 28days given of CO Suzanne) from Feb 8, 2016 and it’s 2 weeks already since I replied to CO Cody’s email.

Any advise po? Should I send a follow up email to GSM Brisbane or just wait again til Friday? Worried lang po ksi ako na bka ayaw nilang may ng-eemail for follow up on the status and makaapekto pa sa mood nila for assessing my application.
Kindly advise me po.

@ceejaycruz17 may mali nga sa ginawa mo. di na dapat ng apply for visa 309 kasi isinama mo na partner mo sa visa 189 application. better call dibp to inquire what you can do for the visa 309 application. ang dapat mong mapaliwanag ay nagkamali ka ng understanding dito at nagrerequest ka na mawithdraw ang application at marefund ang payment. tapos inquire mo na din yung sa form 1436 para sa visa 189. sa tingin ko pagpapasahin ka nila ulit ng form with payment details.
