Na upload ko na lahat ng required docs for my De Facto Partner for Visa 309 application. Kulang na lang ako ng police clearance nya kc wla pang advise and then ung Form 40SP which requires my PR# and IED to input sa application nya.

Ano po bang number pwede kong tawagan and explain the mistake I made applying my De Facto partner for Visa 309 as additional applicant migrating with me?

Iisa lng po ba number ng GSMs e.g. GSM Brisbane?

@ceejaycruz17 mas balak mo bang ituloy yung visa 309? kasi bukod sa mas mahal ay mas matagal din ang processing nun compared kung sa visa 189 mo siya isasama. isa pa ay di uusad ang visa 189 mo kung di makukumpleto ang requirements para sa partner mo unless aalisin mo siya sa application.

alam ko isang number lang ang pwede tawagan para sa GSM. ready mo lang reference number mo para sa 2 visa applications.

@ceejaycruz17 I think in my opinion, pede mo pa iwithdraw ung application mo para sa visa 309 and ung money na binayad mo pede pa marefund hanggat hindi refused ung application mo sa visa 309 then for visa 189 magsend ka uli ng form 1436 with credit card info sa CO mo since hindi ka na pede magattach uli ng document s immiaccount mo kc napindot mo na yung information provided kung un nga ginawa mo...Then inform mo na lang then sa email ung CO to let them know na winithdraw mo na yung 309 visa para sa partner mo...just my thoughts hindi rin ako cgurado mas mganda kung may makakausap ka sa DIBP regarding sa case mo.

Mas importante sa amin sir ung grant ng Visa 189 application ko and ung adding additional applicant migrating with me thru FORM 1436.

O kaya sir, pwedeng tawagan ko ung DIBP gaya ng sbi mo then ask if they can debit/deduct the amount 1,800AUD fee (from the 6,800 AUD paid) stated in the FORM 1436 dun sa nauna kong bayad sa DIBP for Visa 309 application? What do you think?

1.) Sir wla lang akong credit card, ksi ung gamit ko is ATM/DEBIT card lang, dun sa FORM 1436, wlang option to pay Debit card as form of payment.

2.) Ung DIBP number po ba is yung 617 3136 7000? Mon-Fri between 9am-4pm AU time?

@rainierperillo Sir cguro nga po dapat tumawag nko sa DIBP and ask my options regarding sa mistake na nagawa ko sa application procedure ko sa De Facto partner for Visa 309.

And yes, napindot ko na nga ung "information provided" button sa application ko.

Gusto ko nga I-ask if possible na I-deduct na lng nila ung 1,800AUD fee for the FORM 1436 dun sa nauna kong naibayad na 6,800AUD for Visa 309?

If not, ok lng skin to withdraw the Visa 309 application basta ma-refund ko ung money for that and continue with the FORM 1436 + payment to my pending Visa 189 application which is already 5weeks in "Assessment in Progress" status.

@ceejaycruz17 ang possible scenarios dito sir, baka kaya hiningan ka ng Form 1436 is to align your visa 189 application since dapat nandun ung de facto mo at hindi separate application. Yung payment mo, either:
1. ipa-withdraw sayo, then once narefund mo na, bayad ka ng 1,800aud
or
2. i-acknowledge nila ung payment mo na 6,800aud then irefund nila ung sobrang 5k
or
3. if non-refundable na, hindi mo na makuha ung sobra

you should contact them and explain mo ung misunderstanding sa part mo. then hingi ka ng options mo. sila lang ang best na makakasagot sayo.

@ceejaycruz17 pwede mong subukan tanungin kung pwede na ilipat nila yung ibang binayad mo para sa 309 sa 189 application. pero kung hindi pwede baka may kaibigan ka na may credit card na pwede kang pahiramin para magamit sa form 1436.

bale sa application mo, nalito ka kung paano isasama ang de facto partner. actually parang sa spouse din ang process nun. ilalagay mo na agad ang details ng partner mo sa visa application form at sa payment page ay kasama na siya sa babayaran mo. gumagamit lang ng form 1436 kung nakapaglodge ka na ng visa application at may gusto kang isamang dependent habang wala pang grant.

goodluck sa iyo sir. sa tingin ko makakapagrefund ka naman basta mapaliwanag lang ng maayos sa dibp ang naging sitwasyon mo.

Feb 09, 2016 - Uploaded all my docs for Visa 189 application but IGNORED the FORM 1436 request from CO and replied to them instead via email that I have already applied for Visa 309 for my partner and and paid the amount (2x my Visa fee) and have attached the Visa receipt for it.
Feb 26, 2016 - Received an email again from a diffferent CO claiming that I have yet to submit Form 1436 (adding additional applicant) even though I have already stated to them in my previous reply that I have already paid Visa 309 fee for my partner.
Feb 29, 2016 - Have decided to submit Form 1436 anyway to the CO via email in compliance from their request but leaving the credit card payment field blank, stating "NIL" and just wrote notes below regarding that I have applied for Visa 309 for my de facto partner and already paid 6,800 AUD for her. Have attached in the email all the invoice and visa payment receipt as evidence.

@ceejaycruz17 panong ok lang sayo iwithdraw ung 309? E kelngn mo tlga iwithdraw un sir since hindi ka nmn pr o citizen..and i think marerefund mo ung money since hindi applicable ung visa 309 sa partner mo and sa iyo..anyways check wid DIBP p rin pra sigurado talaga..

Hi guys!

Just an update. I called DIBP this morning but told me they don't handle VISA 309. She even spoke to her manager but they really cannot advise on how to withdraw Visa 309 application & steps to refund the money.

The only option lang daw is to send email to the case officer. Told them it's already 2 weeks since I send them an email & informing them I have already paid but still no response.

Hays, nde kc pwede matawagan CO para ma-explain ko sna maigi and tagal tlga nila mgreply sa email.

@ceejaycruz17 mukang you need to research kung anong department ang naghahandle ng visa 309 since GSM only handles General Skilled Migration. For now, you might want to focus on adding your partner in your visa 189 application (if you still have the budget) then just work out your visa 309 withdrawal.

Actually sir, mejo oaky pa rin situation mo kasi almost ever 2 weeks nag cocommunicate sayo ang CO..

Iniicp ko nga rin ganun kaya muna gawin ko sir, para lng umusad application ko for Visa 189. Try to look for funds muna to submit that FORM 1436. Then research on how to withdraw Visa 309 application plus the refund!

Hi @ram071312,

Wla nmn cla specific na CO na binigay sir. Basta 2 CO nagrequest skin (Feb8 & Feb26) to submit FORM 1436 in 28 days to submit the requested form. They will make a decision daw khit wla ung form na un if hindi ko naisubmit in 28 days from the first email they've requested it.

So far, ika-36th day na today pro I haven't heard from the CO yet.

@ceejaycruz17 you can withdraw po ung 309 by emailing dibp. Ilalagay mo lang po yung full name, date of birth, file reference number, client ID, or a Transaction Reference Number. Aantaying mo lang yung letter ng cancellation kapag nreceive na po nila. Hope that helps

I think so kasi basta nmn po di pa finalized you can refund lalo na wala pang CO. Kapag naman po ngreply sila about your application they will tell you what to do.. Either bigyan ka ng form for refund and withdrawal.

Hi @ann_joli,

Nagsubmit na rin ako anyways ng FORM 1436 with credit card info and amount this time in compliance with CO's request for my De Facto partner. Saka ko na lang po cguro I-wiwithdraw ung Visa 309 application pag may progress na po ung Visa 189 application ko or if mgreply na si CO.

Anyway, wala pa namang CO sa VISA 309 plus hindi ko pa rin click ung "information updated" button on that application. "Information Requested" pa naman ung status ng Visa 309 and may kailangan pa kasing supporting statement sa bank for the refund request.

Wait ko na lang hopefully ang good news sa Visa 189 application ko.

@ceejaycruz17 mas ok siguro na iwithdraw mo na yung visa 309 application habang maaga. try to check from 1424 baka pwede ilagay na invalid application kasi di ka naman eligible magsponsor for partner visa.

Under po ba dun sa tab ng name ko upload yung mga documents niya? or magkakaroon po siya ng sariling tab para magkarron din siya ng HAP ID? May naka experience na po ba nito after ng submit ng Form 1436? Salamat po!
