@ceejaycruz17 tama si @engineer20.. why need to wait for CO? Wag mo na po antayin na marefuse and visa na ito at masayang ang money mo coz in the first place po di ka eligible sa visa na 'to. Two things lang po most likely they will inform you na withdraw the application or worst i-refuse agad kasi they can check nmn n di ka PR.

Sir @engineer20,

Problema ko lng po kc wla akong email address to send my intention to withdraw Visa 309 application. Yun kasing GSM Brisbane na kumontak skin, parang ung Visa 189 na application ko lang concern nila.

Nung nilodged ko kc ung Visa 309, auto generated reply lang nareceive ko asking to do biometrics for my partner pro wla kasing email address to contact or reply.

May nakita ko sa website nila pro to submit the filled up form sa nearest Australian Embassy?

Any idea po ano contact email address for such cancellation of Visa and refund? Email ko sana po sila muna to seek advise and just wait for their instructions on the next course of action.

Not sure if pwede ako mgsend ng email about withdrawing application for Visa 309 dun sa CO ko po for Visa 189 - GSM Brisbane.

Nag-email nmn ako sa 2 CO ng Visa 189 ko about sa Visa 309 pro they didn't inform me nothing about it or mention it at all.

Naka focus lang sila for me to submit FORM 1436 sa partner ko.

Baka po may idea kayo where to send withdrawal of visa application and refund?

@ceejaycruz17 Iba po ata CO ng 309 sa mga SI.. bsta po na-email nyo na yung dibp na nakalagay po yung mga details makakarating naman po yun sa mga ngproprocess ng visa 309. Antay antay nalang po medyo mabagal kasi sila ngaun.

@ceejaycruz17 hindi po nila papansinin yan. dapat po sa DIBP mismo. kasi GSM (General Skilled Migration) is visa 189, 190, 489, 887, 485 at 476 lang (not sure if meron pang iba). so basically, iba po humahawak sa mga partner visa, tourist visa, etc.

Nakatawag ulit ako kanina pero dejavu lang.. same scenario.. di hiningi ang details ko, tinanong lang when was the last time you heard from the department, have you submitted the requested docs, tapos there's nothing to worry about your application at ang pamatay na linyang .. you should wait some more but it should not be that long..
Nung tinanong ko kung gaano pa katagal mag hihintay.. ang sagot ay.. I cannot tell..

@ceejaycruz17 pare try to call AU high commission or VFS dito sa SG. baka makatulong sila. dun din kasi ginagawa biometrics ng applicants.

mukha nga.. kasi nung sinabi kong Jan 28 dun na sinabi ung pamosong linya

nakaka frustrate lang kasi 7th week na since last CO contact for a form 815.

Naputol pala bigla ung linya after nya sabihin ung I cannot tell portion.. ewan ko kung binabaan ako ng phone..

Tanong lang po guys, if ever mgreply na si CO and na-ok na yung updated FORM 1436 na sinubmit ko for my de facto, hihingan pa po ba xa ng following?:

1. Police Clearance (COC)
2. Evidence of Functional English

Dun sa number 2 - "Functional English" - sufficient na po ba ung "Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction" & "English Course Outline" from their school?

Or need pa talaga nya mgtake ng IELTS and get atleast 4.5 band score for each of the four components?

@ceejaycruz17 yes.. you need to submit PCC. Cert of English as Medium of Instruction would suffice plus upload ka na rin ng diploma at TOR ng partner mo.

Mukhang maghihintay muna tayong mag 3 months from lodgement date bago mabalikan. Hindi sila nag papractice ng FIFO e.

Hay salamat no need for her to take IELTS, meron na rin nmn syang "Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction" from their school.

Hmmm, dun ko ba dapat I-upload ung De Facto evidences nmin sa Visa 189 application ko? Pwede pa kya khit napindot ko na ung "Information Updated" button to notify DIBP? Or via email attachments na lng thru my reply to the CO?

Or dapat wait ko hingin skin ng CO un mga evidences na un after mgrespond na cla sa FORM 1436 kong sinubmit recently?

Kasi nga ngkamali ako dun sa pglodged ng Visa 309, so lahat ng docs required sa De Facto partner ko, dun sa application ko na un na-upload.

Except lng sa PCC nya - wla pa, kc db dapat may letter from DIBP to present sa SG Police if requesting for COC? May nakasabay kc ako noon, pag wla nun, nde nila in-aaccept ung application, pababalikin ka talaga.
