Reply to @hernanipollaruste: ayun...sundan nyo na lang po yung statutory declaration dun sa link na binigay ko. tapos dun kayo magpa-witness sa embassy ng australia. pero kelangan kasama nyo yung pipirma nung statutory declaration para pirmahan nya sa harap nung tao sa embassy na magwiwitness ng signature. hindi na kelangan ng appointment, pwede kayo pumunta anytime.

Hi Guys, im reading thru the requirements regarding statutory declaration.
Scenario is yung dating company ko sa pinas, Accenture (ACN) nag bigay lang ng standard COE + disclaimer letter na "standard practice nila ang hinde
nagbibigay ng detailed job duties sa COE"

Q1. Statutory Declaration with corroborative information with 3rd party lang ang option ko?
Work duration ko sa ACN is from Year 2003 to Year 2007, naka 4 different projects ako at 4 different managers/leads
As of Today, yung dalawang managers/leads ko employed pa rin sa ACN pero yung other 2 managers/leads ko nde na employed at nasa SG na nag work.
Q2. Since naka 4 different projects ako at 4 different managers/leads, dapat ba silang lahat mag sign sa statutory declaration ko?
Sama-sama silang lahat sa Isang statutory declaration or 4 individual statutory declaration for each of them ang gawin ko?
Q3.Assuming na 4 individual statutory declarations ang gawin ko, yung 2 from pinas and the other 2 dito sa SG. Pag dalhin ko yung
statutory declarations sa SG Australian embassy, kailangan ba ng Australian embassy yung personal appearance ng 4 managers/leads ko?
Q4. Yung signed by Australian embassy na statutory declarations, kailanga pa ba e CTC tapos submit sa IT ACS?

Q5. Pwede na kaya yung format na ito?

Q1: yes
Q2: for my case (4 projects din ako sa acn dati), i just chose one of my previous managers. pinili ko yung pinakamatagal kong naka-work pero nakalagay dun sa affidavit na pinirmahan nya yung 4 projects na involved ako.
Q3: yes, personal appearance is a must. kasi yun ang purpose kung bakit mo dadalhin sa embassy...it's a "witnessing of signature". yung sa pinas, pag gumawa ka ng affidavit, kelangan din ng personal appearance ng pipirma dun. kaso, alama mo naman sa pinas...nadadaan sa pakiusap, madaling gawan ng paraan...if you know what i mean.

Q4: based on their guidelines, mukang kelangan talaga ipa-CTC kahit pwede mo naman i-scan ang original document.
Q5: pag dun sa australian embassy ka magpapa-witness ng stat dec, sundan mo yung Statutory Declarations Act 1959 na template. ganun dapat ang format.

scenario 1: manager1/lead1 will only confirmed/signed project1
scenario 2: manager2/lead2 will only confirmed/signed project2
scenario 3: manager3/lead3 will only confirmed/signed project3
scenario 4: manager4/lead4 will conly confirmed/signed project4

sakit sa ulo pag ganito yung scenarios, dapat 4 statutory declarations at dapat each may personal appearance sa mga "australian embassies" kasama ako. 2 managers/leads in pinas while the other 2 in singapore. may similar na cases kaya dito sa forum? Thanks!

q2: pwede din kaya kahit based ako sa sg, pinas affidavit ang gagawin ko? kailangan pa ba me and my previous manager mag personal appearance sa pinas australia embassy?

Hi po sa lahat,
questions lang po.
1.) last 10 yrs of work experience lang po ba importante sa DIAC at ACS? Sa case ko po kasi nag work na ako simula 1995 to present. So tama bang sabihin ko na 2002 onwards lang importante for DIAC and ACS?

2.) also, in the process po kasi ako mag submit sa ACS nang skills assessment at eto po ang work exp ko
a.) 1995-2001 - may COE but not detailed
b.) Jan2002-Apr2008 - may COE and detailed using ACS format
c.) Apr2008-Apr2009 - may COE but not detailed
d.) June2009-Dec2009 - may COE but not detailed
e.) Jan2010-Sep2010 - may COE but not detailed
f.) Sep2010-Present - may COE and detailed using ACS format

My questions po is pag inassess po ang work exp ko sa ACS hihingin parin po ba nila ang detailed COE yung work exp for for a,c,d,e? Pwede po ba na ang b at f lang ipa assess ko?

@Isyut - if may answer:

1) for DIAC, last 10 yrs of relevant work experience lang ang binibigyan ng points.. maximum points of 15 points for work exp of 8 yrs (for the last 10 years)

2) As far as work experience, you need to make sure that they are "related/closely related" to your nominated skill.. so kung iba ang job description ng ibang work mo.. eh baka hindi maging favorable ang result ng assessment...

About specifying kung pwede ba na selected work exp lang ang ipa-assess mo... i guess pwede (not 100% sure), kasi sa result ng assessment ine-specify nila kung aling mga work exps ang sa opinion nila ay closely related sa nominated skill mo... eto ang magiging basis ng DIAC sa pagbibigay ng points..

Example: ACS validated work b (6 yrs) and f (2 yrs) = 8 yrs, then based on the points system, you may get the max 15 points...

Note: my opinion is based on Engrs Australia..

hi guys. clarifications lang po. may naka experience na po ba na reference letter ang binigay instead of statutory declaration? yung reference letter is not in official company letterhead, contained yung detailed job duties ko signed by previous manager. with supporting previous manager id and calling card copies. nde kaya magka issue sa acs ulit? thanks po!

Hello po sa lahat. I am a BSCS grad, and currently finishing my Masters in IT. Meron po ba college IT instructor dito tulad ko? Tanong ko lang if ACS will consider years of teaching experience. Kasi sa nabasa ko sa thread halos industry-based ang experiences na pinagbabasihan. I'd like to know if we'll qualify to apply as Analyst Programmer. I already have more than 10 years experience teaching SAD, DBMS, OOP in Java and .Net, Programming I and 2, and Networking (Cisco modules).

Reply to @Metaform: Thank you. In-house programmer din kasi ako sa college. Sa COE na hiningi ko, I included the systems that i developed and maintained since 2004 at currently running and updated to present (such as, library information system, OPAC, and HR Information System) sinali ko narin dun other appointment ko as webmaster since sept. 2010 to present, pero yun nga lang, ang main function ko ay sa teaching at management sa department namin. If super liit ng chance ko para makapasa sa skill gusto ko aplayan mag ICT Trainer nalang talaga ako. Gusto ko kasi sana ibang trabaho naman. Kakapagud na magturo kasi.

Medyo may worry lang po ako kasi baka i reject ng ACS yung application since Bachelor Degree ko nung college is Financial Accounting. Pero nag start po talaga ako mag work as sa I.T. field yun nga po SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling po eversince (functional). In a way related naman sila pero mas leaning on I.T. Accounting yung work experience ko.

) Talagang technical po yung line niyo for cross applications po yan (mga IDOCS mapping, RFCs, EAI if not mistaken).

Yun po medyo worried lang kasi hinde hinde po tlga ako I.T. graduate since Financial Accounting po yung tinapos ko nung college (with honors) then nag decide po ako na mag I.T. Accounting since SAP Finance and Controlling module naman yung inoffer na work noon and up to now ito parin yung work ko.

Recently, na certified po ako for ITIL v3 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) not sure kung relevant yun pag nag pa assess ng skills. But for SAP not yet pa po probably early next year pa or kug may available slots for certs.

SAP FICO ka, tama ba? Naku mlaki din ang demand jan ha. Nakikita ko lang sa seek at jobrapido.
Ok din yan na may certification ka. Dont worry about applying kase ang titingnan naman jan ay experience.
Ang napapansin ko lang, lahat ng mga inapplyan ko ay urgent ang need nila kaya dapat mas maganda kung nasa AU na. heheh
At this point I'm not yet sure if I'll take the offer na, but syempre need to wait for the actual offer letter. Bka nagjjoke lang pala sila. hahaha :-)

Hello mga kasama, tanong lang po para sa mga naka pag pa assess na sa ACS at nakakuha na nang VISA. Ang assessment kase nang ACS sa course na tinapos ko is 'comparable to AQF Advance Diploma with Major in Computing'.

Tanong po, meron na bang nakakuha nang ganito sa inyo? ilang points po ang na claim nyo para dito? 15 points po ba? salamat nang marami sa mag rerespond

The long and the short of it is, magkahalong server admin, net admin and help desk/ IT support na rin. Yes, your job title doesn't matter. IT Engineer ang tawag sa akin dito pero lahat saklaw ko na (servers ((4 physical, 3 vms)), switches, 30+ stations, network printers, pati coffee machine ako ang tinatawag kapag nasira).

ayos.. ung title kase ng work ko ever since na nag start ako mag work dito sa sg ay ganito..

Customer IT Support representative -- helpdesk + server admin
it support engineer - helpdesk + server admin with VM + network
system specialist -- helpdesk + server
at ngaun ay desktop & network support engineer. -- Helpdesk + server with VM + network (voice)

pero ung ginagawa ko ay multi task like nung sau.. ang iniisip ko lang ay baka pumatak lang ako sa ICT Support Engineer kase nga un ang tugma na title sa work ko..

nung nag pa assess ka ba same lang ba?
