1. it can be assessed as prof engr or eng tech based on the cdr that you will submit to ea. my suggestion is to submit a cdr for prof engr, usually, they will advise on the outcome if you can be a prof engr or an eng tech. enrure na tailor fit yung coe nyo sa duties and resp na nakalagay sa ea msa handbook

@phil0711 Sir, mukhang same tayo ng case. BS ECE din ako pero working as DCS System engineer sa instrumentation and control. More on software ginagawa ko. Anong job responsibilities mo?
I'm in the process of generating my CDR now. I think pwede naman na i-assess ng EA as Electronics Engineer depende din sa isusubmit na CDR at may PRC certificate naman tayo . Ang problem nga lang di ko alam kung ichecheck nila kung expired na ang PRC license. di ko na din narenew dahil sa CPD points na need from IECEP.

Magtanong lang po sana ako kung magpapa assess po ako sa Engineers Australia for Education & Work experience. Graduate of BS Electrical Eng'g at electrical draftsman ang naging work ko po for the past 12 years+;

1. Ano pong gagamitin ko pong CDR (Professional Engineer, Engineering Technologist or Engineering Associate) kung ang nominated occupation ko po is Electrical Engineering Draftsperson (312311). Hoping to claim 15points for Bachelor's Degree.

2. Paano po kaya ang pag assess nila ng work experience, based po ba sa naging work ko for the last 10years or dapat makaabot ng minimum 8 working experience para sa nominated occupation ko po?

Hello everyone. Bago lang po ako dito and I want to seek an advise po. Currently nagaayos na po ako ng documents needed for EA assessment. Ang problem ko po is yung sa current company ko po dito sa Doha.

I am an engineer and my job is project coordinator. Pero ang visa ko po is cashier visa dahil di po makapagbigay ng female engineer visa ang company namin. So yun po yung nakaindicate sa RP ko. Although sa COE ko po and payslips, project coordinator po ang nakaindicate.

Pano po kaya ang magandang gawin? Posible po ba na hindi ito iinclude ng assessor sa experience ko kasi po complicated/contradicting ang mga docs?

@misisabat medyo late na itong response sa tanong mo bat in my case kahit di related sa position mo un visa title mo wala nman kaso. I worked as a project engineer sa UAE pero nakalagay sa visa ko is technician. Naging ok nman ang assessment sa akin as long as makapag produce ka ng employment certificate with duties and responsibilities on a company letter head. Mas acceptable na proof of experience mo un...
