Can anyone here give me a taste of Sydney?
What are the modes of transportation there?
Madali lang ba sundan kahit 1st timer ka lang at probability na maliligaw ka sa pupuntahan mo?

madali lng po transportation sa sydney

may metro and bus for public transportation. if u leave in dubai and u are familiar to commute madali lng po

may phone apps na pde ka mag navigate kung anong bus sskyan mo , d time of departures and arrivals and it will detect d place kung san ung current location mo. d metro's are easy din indi ganun karami connections and maps are available online and meron din app. on time din po ung time of departures..indi ka maliligaw lalo nat pde ka magtanong ng mga commuters naiba dun. if u dont know how to buy tickets may staff din dun .

cab is expensive so it was not an option we wanted to utilize hehe. not all suburbs may train station but mostly may bus routes to a certain train station

@jkk32w thanks sa input mo actually yan din pinoproblema ko pagpunta ko ng Sydney. Wala kasi akong sense of direction at mabilis maligaw. Sana mafamiliarize ko sarili ko sa mga bus route and train stations. I will learn how to read the map din.

@jencandysweet ., 230 volts din ba utility voltage sa Sydney? Baka kasi useless ang mga gadgets ko pag iba pala voltage dun, hindi maicha-charge.

@hopefully sis I haven't been to Sydney. Pero alam ko 220-240 yun volts dun same dito sa UAE kaya your chargers will also work there.

@jkk32w hullo! Sorry took so long to reply. Si hubby may work na ako...ako as much as i want to work can not pa kasi maliit pa bulilit ko. He is just 8 months kaya bantay bata lang muna. Ikaw? Kmusta? I miss abu dhabi!

Hello! Moved kami ni hubby dito sa sydney from dubai last year. One thing na nagustuhan ko dito ay mapuno hehe ala kasi puno masyado sa dubai. Kung nature lover ka, ok dito. Saka weather, maeexperience mo talaga dito ang winter, spring, summer and autumn. Unlike dyan s dubai, summer at super igsing winter. Hindi naman complicated ang train, may app naman na susundan.

Mahal ang cost of living dito compared sa dubai. Sa dubai, swertehan naman ang laki ng sahod, hindi standard ang pasahod (para sa akin ha) depende sa employer mo p din. Atleast dito, may minimum wages sila depende sa occupation mo.

Gaya nga din ng sinasabi nila, pag nawalan ka ng work sa dubai, u just have one month to find a new job. Mahirap pa pag kasama mo family mo sa dubai affected din sila pag ala ka ng work. Unlike dito, since PR ka n, mahaba haba time mo hanap saka dito may mga part time jobs ka mapapasukan while waiting sa gusto mo or in line sa job mo.

@Megger hindi pa ako sure sa sahod though sa nababasa ko dito, pued na makuha yung kinikita natin dito sa middle east. kelangan lang natin consider syempre yung tax at yung mga 2-3 years sa umpisa e baka ndi pa tayo makakuha ng job na related sa work natin ngayon. Ang maganda lng sa AU permanent resident tayo at maraming benefits sa government like yung medicare, public school sa mga bata at centrelink :-)
