Hello po,
Ask ko lang po sana opinion nyo...
My husband and I have been together for 4 years in total, I'm a permanent resident, we got married January 2016. He lives in Manila whilst Im here in Australia. We lodged a Spouse Visa February 2016. We received an email from our case officer nung May 23 requesting additional documents. Cenomar and marriage certificate lang. We submitted right away, and they received it June 10 with a confirmation email from them.

Is anyone in a similar situation? Or has any idea of whats next or time frame of when they would usually grant the Visa?

@mkdlpaz usually 8-12 months ang processing for partner visa..

@mkdlpaz always check your email kc depende din po yan sa case officers. On my part exactly 6 months after immi acknowledge my pv application my visa was granted. But usually the time frame is between 8 to 12months po. Be patient and goodluck!

@happy_gal tnk u! oo nga! magkakaroon din tyo ng work tiwala lng! balitaan mko pg nagkawork kna. di ba parang nabanggit mo dati mag eenrol ka sa tafe? natuloy mba? yun din plano ko nxt month pag wla pko work bka mgenrol na lng me. gudluck stin! : )

Ah okis sis @happy_gal and @Ady90 sana mareceive nila ung sinubmit ko cenomar if Hindi naman nila natanggap un magrerequest naman sila ng another one for sure hehehhehe...
Thanks guys...hintayin ko Na lang, Na manghingi ulit sila or kapag Hindi naman it means Natanggap Na nila....

Nakkaexcite Na....ano month Na kaya inaapprovahan nila now hehehe.....mukha wala pa visa grant Na balita ulit SA mga sissie natin ngwawait din hehehe...

Hi, pano po ba yung pagbabayad using managers check? Ibig sabhin po ba prang icoconvert ko ung cash to managers check then ako ba ung mgpapadala sa embassy or ung bank na? Ty

Hi @azi! Ganun nga un convert ur cash to managers check then ipadala mo sa embassy. Meron nman sila authorize courier pwd mo makontak.

Salamat po sa mga nagreply sa tanong ko before. Magtatanong lang po sana ko ulit. Kailangan po ba ng 2 years employment ng partner mo bago sya makapagsponsor? May nakalagay po kasi sa checklist ng partner visa na evidence of sponsor's employment during the last 2 years. Salamat po ulit.

@mic15 as long as capable sya to support u ata. Ang sure ako na two years ay ung relationship nyo at dapat may mga proof kayo maipapakita sa embassy.

Brad_05 kakabasa ko lng msg.mo pacnsya po late response,for update on my subclass 300 app.still waiting 9mo.on jul.9,mron part that dissapount me when ive got mail from inmig.that they just waiting for confirm.outside gov.office so made me think its all bout my annulment,tried to check at the court po and positive immig.sent a req.for a confirm if its genuine but upon checking it took 1mo.before they respond the letter and found out the add.is wrong they sent to australia not aus.embassy manila in which its very clear stated on the letter bout where they will add.so i requested to resend letter and paid the lbc courier fee.and that happend last june 1st week.immig.req.was april 16 they replied may 13,resent june 8.my case officer named jenny.hope to hear bews from anyone subclass 300 here 2015 batch.?

Nagbabackread po ako pero mukhang mas makukuha ko po yung sagot kapag magtatanong na ako dito. PR po ako and gusto ko sanang kunin sina hubby and 2 kids dito. Question 1: sa partner visa po ba ni hubby pwede ng included ung 2 kids and included na po ba sila sa visa fee na 6900 aud? Q2: kelangan ba malaki ang sahod para makapagsponsor? TIA sa papansin.

Hi po mga kababayans! Need your help po regarding partner visa.. gusto ko po sana iaaply sya ng partner visa nextyear. We just got married last june 2016. My wife is still in the philippines and possible po ba na iaaply mna sya ng tourist visa this year then dto kona sya iaaply ng partner visa pra di na sya bumalik ng pinas kc bbgyan nmn po sya ng bridging visa once malodge kna un partner visa... thanks po s mga sasagot..

@caylin hi sis!yes pwede na iinclude yung kids mo with your application..qualified dependent cla and what i know theres an extra fee on top of the 6900 each kid di ko lng sure how much per kid..hmmp with regards to sponsors financial capacity im not sure lang with how the immigration officer measures that.godbless hope this helps:)

@caylin about sa visa fee check mo po yung pricing estimator. Ang alam ko iba pa yung visa fee para sa kids mo. Yung 6900 para kay hubby mo lang yun.

Parang mejo mabagal ata ang usad ngayon ng mga application? Kase kay @Brat_05 7months na ata waiting? Kay mama mejo matagal pa cguru kase 5months plang.

@jayvee_ramis yung isang friend ko may 2 anak kasi sya na oz citizen na. Nandito sa pinas yung mga bata for almost 1yr. tapos nag lodged sya ng TV pero nilagay nila sa application nya na may plan sila na mag lodge ng PV onshore. Kaya ang binigay na TV sakanya multiple. Dec 2015 sya nag lodged, April 2016 na granted.

Sa case mo pwede mo pa tour wifey mo, malay mo multiple din ang ibigay sakanya.
