    Hello po,

    Gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng opinion regarding my situation, plan ko po na mag submit ng CDR sa EA

    Work history ko po is as below:

    Company A: Equipment Maintenance Engineer (1yr n 8months)
    Company B: Quality Assurance Engineer (3yrs n 6 months)
    Company C: Test and Development Engineer (Mar 2015 – Present)

    Graduate po ako ng Electronics Engineer, is it better kung mag pa assess ako as Engineering Technologist? Since ung work ko sa Company A and B are not really related sa ECE.

    @mugsy27 mag pa assess ka na as prof. engineer . mgbibigay naman sila ng rwcommendatiin kung hindi. Galingan mo na lng CDR mo.

    Nominated occupation: 233311 Electrical Engineer

    April 2013: ielts S8, W7, R7.5, L6.5 hays :(
    May 2013: started CDR and obtaining docs
    July 2014: Finally issued my CDR
    August 2014: EA asked for update of payment (Outdated application form :( )
    Sepetember 2014: received shortcoming letter (lacked docs)
    November 2014: Re-issued CDR having addressed shortcomings
    December 2014: Received positive outcome :) Prof. Engr (Elec Engr)
    February 2015 : ielts W6.5, R6.5, L6.5 S7.5 bakit ganito?
    May 2015: ielts W6, R8, L8.5, S7.5 susuko na ba ako?
    June 20, 2015: PTE-A L77, R84, W82, S80 God is good :)
    June 21, 2015: Submitted EOI - 65pts
    July 6, 2015: Received ITA
    July 11, 2015: lodged visa application for subclass 189.
    August 7, 2015: Finalised Medicals

    @mugsy27 palagay ko kasi basta ayos ang CDR mo at licensed ka makukuha mo yung Prof. Engineer. check mo lang sa summary statement ng prof eng, kung kaya. well, nakikita ko lang na baka di ma count yung ibang experience mo.. if closely related ba. pero yung p eng assessment mukhang kaya.

    wala nmn prob sa EA in terms ng job title, ang tinitignan nila is ung job description, ensure mo n lng na closely related ung description mo nominated occupation mo. u may also want to consider requesting for relevant skilled employment. additional fee lang pero at least sure ka when it comes sa DIBP application kung ilang years pwede mo iclaim.

    a few hundred dollars din pero at least sure ka na sa next stage. mas malaking pera involved pag nagsubmit kana sa dibp tas dmo sure kun maclaim ba ung work experience.

    @mugsy27 bro.. engineer pro po pasa nyo sa application. Incase d applciable saka sila mag email kung ano ung dapat ipasa. In our case ang una konsubmit is engr associate, then bumalik sila sakin para mang hinge ng engr prof na sunmary statement. So i guessed engr pro ang dapat mas e submit.

    @captain_A and @ZYMETH.. salamat po sa reply.. tanung ko lang po.. Incase kumuha ako ng additional Skills Assessment pero nauna ng napasa yung CDR (fast tract) . Nka fast Tract padin po ba yung Additional Skill Assessment na i a acquire ko,.or kailangan kong magbayad ulit ng fast tract? late ko na kasi naisipang kumuha nun.. salamat po sa advise

    @mugsy27, Kung ma "didiskartehan" mo yung Job description na medyo ilapit sa field mo mas maganda. pwede ikaw na mag draft ng stat dec at ilagay yung job description yung medyo irerelate mo.
