@lca sa tingin ko walang problema kung mag aapply ka ng project builder kahit arki ka, basta makapgprovide k ng evidence sa job skill n aaplyan mo.. including the coe with job description n related as project builder.. good luck..

@lca parang wala naman nirerequire. Pero syempre ung number of years ng experience mo ang magdedetermine kung ilang points ang makukuha mo para sa work experience mo.

Hello Guys...Anyone here na from SG na ARCHI na nakatransfer to AU? ask ko lang kung worth ba na lumipat to AU ( specially sa field natin )...been to AU before and i really like it..
at the moment im pushing hard para makalipat..and ano mas prefer nyo DIY or mag consultant? TIA for any input...

AU is totally different from other countries. Worth will be dependent on you. But at the end of the day, you'll find out the difference. Prefer that applications should be done by yourself, you'll spend so much with consultants, whose service is just to be a middle man (NO OFFENSE). I may suggest that you try applying directly to companies, they do sponsor experienced people, that way you can still enjoy what you are/were doing. For a temporary resident, be prepared as your expectations won't be met.

@sensei good to hear that since i am also quite hesitating to pay that fee to the agent.. Applying directly to employers is still the best option, but one thing im not sure is what would happen to me in case i lost my job in a few months.. Ill probably back to step 1.. Just cant afford to make these mistakes since im 34 now and raising a family...

first thing to make sure is the company's profile, go for those stable one. Loosing a jobs is one thing, but company will remunerate you based on time served, so long as you are not terminated with a cause. You have a month to stay or even a longer time, so long as you renew and pay your bridging visa while looking for a work. If unsure and still unstable, best not to bring your family while working on an employment visa.
That is somehow the essence of being in an employment visa as opposed to a temporary resident visa wherein you really need to work your way.

Hi all, any architects here who nominated construction proj. Manager or proj builder? And positive results from vetassess. I am a licensed architect from ph. I worked for a design+build firm for 1.5 yrs and 1 yr in an architectural firm and was tasked to oversee site progress etc. I have a bachelors degree in architecture and also have a current prc license. Pls advise any experience? Thank you!

hello everyone and any archi there. trying to help a friend po who is archi graduate pero ung work nia for 10yrs is landscape architect ..nkalagay kc sa vetassess na in order to be positively assessed need ng qualifcation na major sa landscape archi pro wla nmn ganyan sa pinas kc architecture lng tlaga n general..

may nkpag apply po ba sa n u? ayaw kc nia mag ACAA kc may exams pa ata. were trying d path thru vetassess, hope anyone can shed some light.Godbless po!

Hi @jkk32w kung i-pursue nya talga ang route bilang "architectural draftsman" then yung role nya dapat involved talaga sa pagiging draftsman like drafting, cad, 3d, working with associates or with the design director. Kapag itutuloy nya yan dapat may matibay na evidence na nagwork sya sa landscape field pero mas marami syang job scope sa pagiging draftsman. Sa certificate of emplyoment pwede sya mag suggest na i-specify kung ano ang extent sa experience nya for 10 years dapat justifiable para ma approve sa assessment. Sya na rin ang mag draft ng work experience sa COE nya at papirmahan na lang nya sa amo nya.

Magandang araw po. Magtatanong po sana ako ng opinyon ninyo. Im a registered architect po sa Pinas, pero ang work ko dito sa Singapore is "Associate Designer" sa isang interior architectural firm. Ito po ang list ng experience ko: January 2013 to February 2015, Junior Design architect (Pinas) then February 2015 to October 2015 Cad designer doing interior architectural works (Singapore) then November 2015 to August 2016 Architectural Draftsman (Singapore) August 2016 to present, Associate Designer (Singapore) medyo magulo at nag halo po ang experience ko sa Archi at interior. Saan po ba ako dapat magpa assess? AACA or Vetasess? Totoo po bang konti lang ang pumapasa sa AACA? Nasa first step palang po ako ng application ko. Hope you can advise me on what I should do. Salamat po sa inyo.

@kpantig18 wala p pong pinoy ang pumasa sa AACA kaya lahat ng registered archi dito pinas ang first skill na pinapa assess ay architectural draftsperson.

Second question po, sabi po kasi nila mas madali daw makakuha ng mataas na score sa PTE kaysa sa IELTS. Aim ko po sana maka IELTS 8 para maganda ganda chance ko. Nag TOEIC exam po ako dati nung college, above average naman po nakuha ko. Yung tanong ko po is, ma suggest nyo po ba na mag PTE nalang ako kaysa IELTS?

And also, anybody has a dropbox link for a good reviewer? hehe. Thank you po ulit!

@kpantig18 regarding sa 2nd question mo... the best way to get your desired score is to study a lot and pray harder..hehe
For me kung saan k hiyang at kung ano ang mga review materials mo. Concentrate lang po.
Try mo din magbasa sa thread ng IELTS & PTE, dyan din sa thread nila nk post ang mga reviewer.

i) The salary earned

j) A signature by the authorised person whose name and position are legible below the signature

k) Direct contact details of the authorised signatory.

Papaano po kapag meron na akong mga COE (kusa kasi nila binigay after employment) kaso hindi nakalagay yung
d) The working hours per week
g) Details of your official main duties for each position held
h) The main five duties undertaken

so ibig sabihin po invalid yung COE ko?
