wala pa results eh... everyday ako ngche-check ng emails ang application stat ko sa kanila... stage 4 pa din... pinapa-excite ako maxado ni lord...

hehehe... nde pa daw kac ako nagre-review ng maayos for IELTS... hahaha...

share mo saken ha pag may results ka na...

halos same lang tau ng timeline... nauna lang ako ng ilang days...

Sa lahat ng magpapasa sa acs dapat siguro kapag nag submit ka weekly nalang ang checking ;-)
para iwas sa stress, kasi halos 1 month talaga ang process.

oo nga noh... less than a month lang... kaka-check ko lang ulet sa ACS... wala pa din... hahaha... naging habit ko na xa na pagpasok sa work... pag stress sa work... tinitignan ko xa... para na rin mabuhayan ng loob na d na ako magtatagal d2... hahaha... stressful ang implementation projects sobra... pero kahit ganun... super love ko xa... feeling fulfilled sa mga nagagawa... hahaha... parang adik lang eh... thanks sa encouragement...

magdilang anghel ka sana...

nde pa nga ako nakapagsked kac wala pa talaga ako review... as in yung review ko... once in a blue moon... d ako nakaprepare... pero this weekend magstart na ulet ako.. kakalipat lang kc ng haus tapos implementation project pa ako kaya stressful pa... hihihih... pero plan ko na this october... para matapos na... at ang next ko na problemahin is yung state sponsorship... pero once nakuha ko na ACS and IELTS... mag submit na ako ng EOI... ikaw ba?

@cchamyl d pa din ako kumuha ng schedule ng ielts. byoct na cguro. d pa din kc ako nkapagreview. sa acn ako nagwowork ngyon,nabasa ko kc na acn ka dati.

yup... acn din ako dati... was with them for almost 4 years din...

hehehe... super ako nahirapan sa pagkuha ng coe sa kanila... super strict eh... nagbigay lang cla ng doc na d tlaga cla nagprovide ng ganun details sa coe... kaya ayun... hinabol ko pa lahat ng naging managers ko... buti na lang mabait cla.. hehehe... ano proj ka @stynx?

hahaha!ok lang no tulungan tayo dito.

Pinakamatagal yung Stage 4, halos 3wks everyday ako nag checheck ng result ko kung pasado na. haha. Saktong 1 month lumabas result. Yung Stage 4 ko pa nga naging 'Case Finalised' then sa email andun na yung PDF na result. ang saya!

@mikssim nung stage 4 ka ba hiningan ka pa ng iba pang info or docs? kc dba kung my need pa silang docs dapat sa stage 3 yun. so meaning once nsa stage 4 na eh more on verification of docs na lang gagawin nila. kasi sa case ko yung current company ko eh self satutory declaration ang ginawa ko. mention ko na d nagbibigay ang company ng my job scope at mention ko din na d ako mkahingi sa senior manager kasi bka makaapekto sa performance rating ko. pero sana iconsider nila yung current work exp ko.

hi guys... Hope anyone can give me an insight on what can i do next. Received my ACS assessment this day. It was 'Unsuitable' as it says that i do not have an Tertiary Qualification (AMA CLC Computer System Design n Programming 2yr course), they have credited my experience 5.6 yrs. I have submitted everything i have but still no luck, i guess this is the end of the road for me.:) Nag bigay sila ng suggestions, review or appeal baka ganon pa rin cguro ung result. I know i can go for an RPL route, but still i need 2.6 yrs of experience.

Has anyone had a successful assessment similar to my course?
What about verdor certification can it help even na una yung experience?

@stynx, AMA din ako (QC), BSCS. Na assess lang yung degree ko as AQF Advance Diploma with a major in computing. So 10 points lang ang ma ka claim ko para sa education

i think and I would suggest na mas maganda mag pa certify ka like MCSA or MCSE (yan ba yung tinatanggap nila sa ACS) or CCNA, mas madali magpacertify kaysa mag aral ulit para maging Degree yung diploma course mo.

Or any cerfication na tinatanggap ng ACS na related sa experience mo and short course.

Or, mag student visa ka pa OZ.

@cchamyl 261314 code ko. btw, nun natanggap ko yung result ng acs ko, nag lodge na ako ng SS (haha excited much). Then today, nag respond na sila through email na kelangan ko iupload yung ielts test report form ko which is nakalimutan ko ata i attach dun sa application ko. Sana mabilis lang ng maapag file na ng EOI.

hinde na ako hiningan ng docs. usually sa stage 2 pa lang ata ichecheck na yung completeness ng sinubmit mo. kung ok na dun automatic na mag jump na sya sa stage 4. isang company lang inde nagbigay ng coe with job duties sa akin so nagpagawa na lang ako ng 2 employment reference sa mga naging kateam ko then pinanotarize ko. ok naman, na recognized lahat ng companies ko.

hi.. if you have read other post, AMA BS degree is assessed as equivalent to AU diploma,
therefore AMA diploma will be assessed as comparable to AU certificate... so practically and realistically speaking, eto ang mga options nyo:

- check RPL requirements
- check if pwede na masatisfy ang ACS with vendor certifications + your diploma
- apply for student visa for a course related to IT.. then you can work part-time
- mag-aral ulit to get a degree, then re-apply after...

@stynx, if AU Diploma and closely related yung occupation mo its 5years experience. if not closey related naman 6 years dapat.

about sa self statutory, nasa commonwealth country ka po ba? parang nabasa ko dito na pang commonwealth country ang statutory declaration and if you are going to use it, hindi puede ang self statutory declaration, statutory declaration should be coming from a 2nd party, a colleague sa trabaho na same level if you are holding a senior role or mas higher level.
subukan nyo pa din po kung ano yung meron kayo, baka iconsider naman.

Nag tanong ako regarding sa outcome ng assessment eto yung sagot nila ‘In regards to your application, the assessor has advised that your qualification was not recognized and therefore not assessable’. So, d talaga recognized yung 2yrs AMA CLC Diploma (Zamboanga). I don’t know on other branches. Tinangap nila yung experience, pero bagsak ako sa education.:( They have suggested some vendor certifications relating to my experience, they are comparable to an AQF Diploma with an ICT major. I can probably go for that, or RPL route requiring additional yrs of experience. Student visa, costly masyado… I don’t have that much.:) Time will come soon... Thanks guys and goodluck…

hello po newbie lang ako. madami po ako question hoping na may makasagot.

nagready ako ng documents for ACS assessment last year ng december kaya lang yung 1st company di pa nagbibigay ng COE with detailed duties and responsibilities until now, equivalent pa naman sya ng 1yr experience. kasi total ko is 5yrs including the 1st company. may alternative document ba na pwd ako ipasa?

total ng 3 companies ung kinunan ko ng COE kasama ung present company ko, kaso yung nakalagay na date sa COE from my present employer from October 2008 to Present (Dec 2011) kasi nga last year ko pa yung hiningi. sa tingin nyo pwede ko pa yun ipasa o hihingi pa ko ng bago?

one more thing, diba yung mga requirement na kailangan is
- passport
- COE with detailed duties and responsibilities (from my 3 companies)
- diploma
- TOR
lahat yan sa notary public lang ipapacertify?

Mas maganda kung makukumpleto mo yung COE mo and yung experience mo na 5years.
depende kasi sa inonominate mo na occupation dun gagamitin yung experiences mo, puedeng andun pala sa unang trabaho mo yung concentration nung experience na hinahanap nila tapos hindi mo naisama, so sayang naman.

Then dun sa number of working experience mo in comparison sa assessment ng ACS baka mamaya kapusin ka din for example:

'"if AU Diploma and closely related yung occupation mo its 5years experience. if not closely related naman 6 years dapat." kapag AU Degree naman, oks na ang 2 years or 3 years.

Mas maganda kung hihingi ka ng up-to-date information para wala na sila tanong tanong sa COE mo.

about sa CTC ng documents, yes lahat ng copy ng mga nabanggit mo, sundin mo yung requirements ng ACS about sa CTC like, dapat lahat ng pages may seal or stamp, signature nung tao, and etc. para iwas tanong tanong.

gusto ko lang po manigurado. hehe. graduate po ako ng AMA so katumbas nya is AU Diploma. bs computer science natapos ko. ang work exp ko is IT associate, programmer, senior software eng, systems analyst team lead ako ngyon. analyst programmer naman ang nominated occupation ko sa acs. so closely related nman yung mga exp ko sa natapos ko dba so 5 years ang need kong experience. pasencya na. kulit ko hehe
