Stage 3 na yung status sakin after a week, CTC lang kasi pinasa ko na Statutory Declaration. Ang ipapasa ba ay CTC ng NOTARIZED Statutory Declaration?

yes thats correct.. assuming you will not change company or change your job role/title/description.. at nakasama na ung role na un sa initial assessment, then you can claim that..

the EOI point system for work experience is based on the date of EOI invitation...
so ang effective points will be based on the date na nainvite ka...
so kung continuous ang employment mo, you can get/claim that...

Hi Guys,

How does the EOI point system work? based on on the statement above mag aaccumulate ung work experience as long as your connected to your current company and did not change job role.

Does the point apply automatically when invited or you have to manually claim it?

Reason I'm asking, i received my ACS result and only 7 years and 3 months of work experience lang ang naconsider and I'm still connected to my current company.

@iamdhey Stage 3? Ibig sabihin may kulang sa sinubmit mo. Ano hiningi sayong additional documents? Alam ko mag eemail dapat sayo asking for what needs to be submitted further.

@killua27 Ang alam ko kino-consider ni ACS lahat ng years of experience. Maraming factors para malaman kung ilang years mababawas sayo. School, course, subjects and units, at detailed JD ang main parameters. Ano bang school at course mo para at least ma-estimate natin kung ano ang assessment? In the end, ACS lang din ang makakapag confirm kung ilang taon at kung anong degree assessment ang bibigay nila sayo.

@Exile automatic ang calculation ng EOI. At 7 years, 3 months, currently may 10 points kayo. Once na umabot kayo ng 8 years (assuming same company kayo), automatic yan calculated to 15 points. Please note that if you decided to move to another company, you need to get your experience there re-assessed again.

@iamdhey May problema sa format yung stat dec mo siguro.

Hinahanap nila yung words na "Sworn Before" or "Signed Before" or "Witnessed Before" at yung date, place, pirma nung boss mo at nung attorney.

Baka wala yung mga yan sa inupload mo kaya hiningan ka ng bagong stat dec.

Thanks a lot, based sa ACS assessment yung in-assess nila sa current ko is 08/12 - 07/16, which means since it's already October additional 3 months na as of today and will accumulate until I got invited.

@Sid Lim Ano bang nominated occupation mo bro? Since section 3 yung STI crossing, feeling ko AQF Diploma yung assessment sa education. Tapos minimum siguro -5 years sa work experience if software related ang exp mo.

@rich88 189 or 190 po, pero nagiisip pa po ako kung ano suited sakin kasi medyo baguhan pa poa ko dito sa forum kaya andami koang binabasa to gain knowledge sir. 8+ years and more ang exp ko Sir as Desktop support na medyo nagliline din sa System Administrator. so need ko lang po ng guidance kung ano po ang better for me.

@Sid Lim Check nyo po yung JD ng system administrator sa ACS site. I-compare nyo sa JD na nakuha nyo sa employers nyo. If tingin nyo po e swak naman, baka makakuha kayo ng positive assessment.

As for work experience, I think minimum 5 years ang mababawas.

Regarding sa AQF question, may 3 classification yung educational assessment. May AQF bachelor, AQF advanced diploma, may AQF diploma. Pag AQF bachelor, 15 points. Pag AQF advanced diploma or diploma, 10 points. Hindi ko alam kung ano yung literal na meaning ng AQF. Baka nasa site ng ACS.

@rich88 salamat po sa pagsagot. kaya ko lang naman naiisip ang ICT Support Engineer kasi parang ito yung swak sakin at for system administrator naman sir medyo mga 2yrs palang ang exp ko dun unlike po sa Desktop Support. lahat ng COE ko nakuha ko nasa pinas ang problem ko lang itong unang employer ko na nadeploy ako sa school. position and sahod lang ang nakalagay sa COE ko at walang nakalagay na deployed sa specific school. pano po kaya ang approach dito? itong current employer ko wala magiging problem i think, mag 2yrs palang po ako dito as Sys Admin.

@rich88 Sir tanong ko lang po, yung pa-assessment na sinasabi nyo sa ACS to diba? complete ko lang po yung COE magpapaassess na po ako. let say 190 ang nominated occupation na pinili ko tapos po sinabi ng CO na ibang nominated occupation ang suited sakin, meaning ba nun magbabayad ulit ako for that recommended nominated occupation nila sakin?

@Sid Lim oo ACS. Ang nabasa ko pag may sinuggest sila sayo na ibang occupation at ok sayo, magbabayad ka ata ng additional $200? Hindi rin ako sure kasi d ko na-experience.

@rich88 nagpanotarized na ko ulit ng statutory declaration, sa stamp nakalagay "Subscribed and sworn to before me on Oct 19 2016 at Quezon City exhibiting his/her RES CERT no. _________ issued in _______ at __________" tinanong ko yung nagnotarized kung ano ilalagay dun, ang sagot kahit wala na daw.. sabi ko di pwedeng blank.

kelangan ko pa humingi ngayon ng cedula sa boss ko.. ang hassle lang huhu

Sa affidavit ko yung boss ko nag fill out ng section na yan, need nya lagay ung REST CERT no., date issued and san inissue.

Hassle talaga kasi need ng boss mo kumuha ng sedula kung wala sya, libre mo nalang ng starbucks

@rich88 boss naalala ko pala diba ng-reassess ka sa ACS? bale dpat diba link to previous application? Pero yung sakin kasi ni link ko naman pero di ko nsubmit agad. Save lang then ayun sa Recall Saved Application ako ng proceed kasi andun na yung updated ko na COE. Ngayon ko lang npansin, may new Ref# ba tlga ina-assign? I mean hindi ni recycle yung application # mo? Thanks.
