State Sponsorship Visa 190 - Nomination

hi, ask lang po regarding Visa 190 (Queensland State Sponsorship.

Requirement po kase ng funds is 45k AUD for main applicant with 3 supplementaries.
45k po is too much, ask lang po if may experience kayo na nanghinhi si state (in this case si QL) ng docs to support ung dineclare mo na funds?. Balak ko kasi is ideclare na me 45 ako, pero di ko alam gagawin ko once na manghingi sila ni evidence.

And may idea po ba kayo kung pwedeng i breakdown ung 45k with assets (such as house and lot) and cash? in this case me proportion po ba ung cash/assets etc??

@richiedpogi 15k lang ang nirerequire ng qld na evidence..thru bank statement..ung 30k na remaining since 45k required sa inyo dun pwede na magfall ang liquidable assets like house or vehicles but if you have 45k to show in bank statement wala rin problema..

Hi po, sana po may makatulong sa akin. Medyo unsure po kasi ako sa pag-fill ng EOI ko (visa 190).

Ano po ba dapat ang ilagay sa "Qualification" dun Education part nung EOI? Hindi po ako nagpa-VETASSES and am only using my TRA assessment sa pag-lodge ko po ng EOI.

Sa TRA site, ang AQF level ng nominted skill ko po is AQF Certificate IV. Ito po ba dapat ang ilalagay ko? Sana lang po may makapagbigay ng linaw.

@jmgs does your nominated occupation assessing body is TRA? if yes then kong ano ang sabi ni TRA na assessment ng qualification mo which is certificate IV yund dapat ilagay mo.

@jmgs degree holder ka ba? ang TRA kasi di sila nag-eevaluate ng degree equivalent kaya kung gusto mong makakuha ng 15 points sa educational qualifications ay pwede magpaassess sa VETASSESS.

@engineer20 may 60 points narin po kasi kahit na di ako magpa-vetassess kaya hindi ko nalang din kinuha. Dagdag waiting time and gastos din po. Hehe. Buti nalang nalinawan na ako kung paano i-fill up ang EOI when only using TRA assessment. Maraming salamat sa lahat sa inyo dito na laging handang tumulong at magbigay payo. God bless us all.

@guenb Walang definite pattern o frequency ang pag-invite ng NSW. Depende sa nominated occupation mo. At saka sa points mo rin. The higher the better. Yung kaparehas ko na 55pts lang, 2weeks pa lang may invite na. Pero yung saken umabot din ng 5months. Ok na din kasi yung iba nga daw na kagaya ng nominated occupation ko, inaabot ng 1year.

@dorbsdee For VIC, tatanungin ka lang nila sa application form kung magkano ang total assets mo in AUD, pero no need to submit proofs.

Hello,

May naka experience na po ba nito sa inyo? Bale nagpasa ako ng application for State Sponsorship s Victoria 2 Days ago. Eto reply nila:

Unfortunately our Industry Panel will be unable to assess your skills based upon your current CV. Please provide a detailed CV, including further details around the description of responsibilities and daily tasks performed within employment. Ensure that this includes dates of employment specifying month and year, and clarifies any gaps in employment.

Pero sure naman ako na nagpasa ako ng detailed CV.

Pero, after 3 minutes nag email ulit (di pa ko nag rereply sa first email):

Thank you for the information you have sent to the Victorian Government's Skilled and Business Migration Program. The reference number is SS-2016-XXXXXX. The nominated occupation is 261313 Software Engineer.

Your application will be processed and reviewed for Victorian Government nomination. This process may take up to twelve weeks and you will be advised of the outcome as soon as a decision has been made. We request that you do not enquire on the progress of the application during this period.

Mag send pa ba ako ng detailed CV? Or antay ko na lang to kung ok sa kanila or not? Medyo nalito ako eh, parang hindi yata nakita na may attached na ko na detailed CV tapos nag send na kagad ng auto reply.

Hi guys, I'm on the process of filling up 190 EOI for NSW. Not sure kung san ako nagkamali pero 65 pts ang calculation ng SkillSelect sa application ko instead of 60 pts. Eto po current details ko:

Age - 25 pts (24 y/o, turning 25 on March 14)
IELTS - 10 pts
Educ - 15 pts (AQF Bachelor's Degree)
Work Exp - 0 pts (only 2 years credited out of 4 years)
Partner Skills - 5 pts
SS - 5 pts

Total 60 pts

Need ba na yung skilled employment lang yung ilagay sa EOI? Thank you po in advance sa help

Maglagay nalang po ba ako ng kahit anong date? makakaapekto po ba sya sa initial entry deadline?

@shielalables you should separate yung work after Skilled requirement date para automatic na dagdag yung 5pts mo once you reach 3years.

@DFVille last month lang ako ng EOI

matgal tagal pa na antay sakin.
