@lipatbahay Sir, Cisco and Micorsoft lang ba tinatanggap na certificates ni ACS? Meron kasi ako certificates from other vendors eh. Thanks!

Actually these are equivalent to AQF Diploma only, so if your degree is assessed as bachelor then why bother, in my opinion lang naman...

Guys. If state sponsored ka, meaning ba dun ka lang sa state na yun pwede manirahan at magwork? Or pwede din tumira pansamantala sa relative sa ibang state habang naghahanap ng work at place to stay sa state na nagsponsor sayo? Thanks!

@guenb Thanks. Mejo naintindihan ko na bakit. Sa 10 yrs duration, 5 yrs ang binawas sakin. Yung 1 yr hindi na sinali kasi 11 yrs ago? so total is 6 yrs. Now ko lang naintindihan na ganun pala kung ma-assess na AQF diploma. (i think having an ICT major which is closely related to your nominated occupation naman yung akin)

hmm so ang ibig sabihin po ba, ang ina-assess lang within the past 10 yrs? so ang maximum na pwedeng macredit talaga e 5 years lang?

@pumpupkiks I can't say for certain kasi di ko naman alam yung details mo like school, etc. Pero most likely pumasok ka either dito:

Diploma and Vendor Certification
 If your Diploma or Vendor Certification is assessed as having an ICT major which is closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 5 years relevant work experience completed within the past 10 years or 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history (whichever provides the earliest skill date) to meet the suitability criteria.
 If your Diploma or Vendor Certification is assessed as having an ICT major which is NOT closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history to meet the suitability criteria.

Ang important na lang now to remember is you can only have work experience points after your Skill Level Requirement Met Date.

@roneggy afaik upon arrival you are obliged to live/work in the state which sponsored you. Pero it it's temporary lang nman sa other state, I think that's okay.

Pagdating mo sa sponsored state mo, kelangan mo sila sabihan na dumating ka na at may papafillup sila sayong mga form stating your contact number and declared address. I think yun na yung start ng 2 year residency period.

Pwede ka naman mag stay anywhere in AU habang naghahanap ka pa ng work. Wala naman visa condition ang 190; however, your permanent address and tax filing should be to your sponsored state. Hindi ko sure if papaano nila tinatrack ito or if tinatrack ba talaga nila, but better be safe than sorry. My 0.02.

Nakalipat ka na ng company? If gusto mo ma-credit yan, need mo magpa re-assess AFAIK. If hindi naman makakadagdag sa points mo yan, wag ka na magpa re-assess.

EDIT: D ka naman pala lumipat ng employment, ok lang yan.. no need to have your COE re-assessed.

Eto din sir ang tanong ko. 6+ years naman yung saken. Mukhang ang pag-asa na lang natin eh yung 2 years na validity ng ACS natin -- which is kung pwede makasama sa count yun eh magiging 8 years?? kaso kung kasali yun lagpas naman ng 10 years. Sana may makapag-confirm dito kung pwede isama yung experience habang di pa nag-eexpire yung ACS natin.

@Sid Lim , Hanggang ngayon nga stage 4 pa din with assessor. hahaha sa december 19 exam ko. haha para konti tao (sana). hahaha bukas nasa stage 4 na din iyo.

Mga bro, ang alam ko i-assess ni ACS ang experience for the past 10 years at dun sila magbabase kung ilang years ang ikakaltas nila sayo. Ang importante is mapa-assess mo lahat ng experience mo sa kanila para pag sinubmit mo yung ACS assessment sa DIBP, malalaman ng CO na lahat ng work claims mo eh napa-assess mo sa ACS.

During EOI submission naman kasi, pwede mo naman i-claim lahat ng experience mo provided na sundin mo yung assessment ni ACS with regards on when you should start claiming experience. So if more than 8 years ang experience mo after the year stated by ACS, pwede mo i-claim yung max points for work.

@Sid Lim , ang na receive ko lang is natanggap na daw nila ang documentation at mag commence na daw sila ng application, na receive ko yan kinabukasan after ko mag submit. Tapos pag check ko nasa stage 4 with assessor na. Medyo kinabahan ako ng konti, bilis eh, kala ko derecho unsuitable. Hahah

Hi guys. Di ako computer grad, pero systems related work ko. Kung magpa-assess ba ko sa ACS, kelangan magpasa agad nung RPL? Meron na po ba sa inyo nakagawa nun RPL?

If I fill up the application for points, di ko ba ma-claim yun bachelor's degree ko? Accounting graudate kasi ako.

Ano po ba ang minimum points required for Systems or Business Analyst?

Actually @rich88 eto yung exact problem ko. I've been working for 12 years now pero since past 10 years lang ang na-assess ni ACS eh nasa 8 years lang natira (after 2 years deduction). And since dun sa natirang 8 years eh meron akong more than 1 year na walang trabaho kaya more than 6 years na lang yung kaya ko i-claim from my work experience. Kaya I'm hoping na pwede pa ma-claim yung years after ACS assessment para ma-claim ko yung max points for work experience.
Eto yung kahit malaki na work experience ko eh di ko pa din ma-claim yung max points dahil sa unemployment na 1 year within last 8 years.

@Heprex @Sid Lim you will receive an acknowledgement email but NOT per phase - you need to check via ACS site to track the progress of your application.

@Heprex wag kang kabahan - mine was already in Stage4 the day after I submitted my application.

Dun sa assessment letter ng ACS sayo, lahat ba ng work experience mo for the past 11 years eh nandun? Or may mga iba silang hindi sinulat? Kasi sa letter nila naka segregate naman yun per company diba?

Parang ganito ba yung nakasulat sayo? diba sa ACS assessment letter may ganito (note mo na may gap from Feb 2010 to December 2011):

The following employment after November 2006 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level relevant to 26XXXX (YYYY) of the ANZSCO code.

Company A: November 2004 - Jan 2010
Company B: Jan 2011 - Jan 2013
Company C: Jan 2013 - November 2016

Ano yung eksaktong nakasulat sayo? Gusto ko lang din maintindihan yung case mo. Parang unfair naman na last 10 years lang ang ma-aassess ng ACS? Papano naman kung more than 10 years ka na nagwowork diba?
