Hello Guys

I have a question. I previously submitted ACS assessment for Systems Analyst, then I received a letter saying that I am more suitable to Project Manager occupation. Nag research ako and i found out that i could apply for state nomination in Victoria. So hindi na ko nagappeal and accepted their recommendation. However, recent events tell that Victoria halted the state nominations for ICT occupation until March. So now, I am stuck :-/

Is it possible to make a new application again as Systems Analyst submitting new Job descriptions that I was able to secure from my companies stating solely my role as Systems Analyst? Should I link them to my application or not? If I dont link, will they be able to trace that? If I link, will it affect the decision on the new application?

@silverblacksoldier Bro tama ka na hindi inaassess ng ACS ang education pag non-IT ang degree. May nabasa ako before na forumer na nag VETASSESS para may proof ang claim for education.

@killua27 did you mean EOI? Yes, you could do that, provided meron ka ng English Test score. Btw, please see attached image. This is my computation as of today. You will have 8yrs Skilled work experience by 8/13/2017.

@tonzap26 may nakausap ako dito before and ang sabi niya is mata-track nila yung new application mo sa previous assessment. Third hand info lang to so take it with a grain of salt.

@momsienikki request sa mga employer. If di nakakapag issue ng detailed COE, create an affidavit detailing your roles and responsibilities, and have it signed by your former manager, or any colleague of high position than you.

parang kinakabahan ako.. check ako ng check for ACS Assessment.. until now wala pa.. ilang days or weeks pa usually ang inaabot for ACS Assessment?

For COE, oo kelangan employed pa rin kasi need nya yun i-print sa letterhead ng company. If stat dec, ok lang kahit hindi na employed sa company kung san kayo nagkatrabaho.

@Sid Lim huwag kang kabahan...mine took 17days, including weekends na yan, baka madami lang tlaga ngsubmit ng applications. Just check status everyday na lang para ma track mu yung progress...

mga sir and ma'am quick question lang po. ano ba nag difference ng 190 to 489? kahapon ko pa binabasa to. benefits lang ba ang pagkakaiba nila? at yung itong 489 need mo magstay or magwork for 2yrs sa regional state then apply ng 887 for PR? pareho naman silang ng path to PR diba? pero itong 190 pde ka ba mamili ng place kung san mo gusto mo magwork? Sensya na po at noob prin ako hehe thank you sa mga sasagot.

Hi po sa lahat. I have question regarding sa submission ko sa ACS. Please advise rin po.

I have first company in Kuwait which takes time for my ex-boss to sign my 3 yrs. work experience COE. I have no idea what is the reason for the delay.
Gusto ko sanang I submit ang last two companies work experience ko, for me to assess lng if ilang years ang deduction. Makakatulong ito sa prep ko sa IELTS/PTE.

If I submit my last 2 work experience, is there any issue if I apply for ACS review later for my added work experience(1st work experience in Kuwait)?

Ito po ang series ng work ko.

190: PR visa. You can enjoy all PR benefits once granted this visa. No difference with visa 189 aside from the fact that you must work and stay anywhere in the state that sponsored you for 2 years before you can move out to other states if you wish to.

489: temporary visa for 4 years. No benefits. You can only work and stay in the regional area of the state that sponsored you unless you get a PR visa (887). You must stay a minimum of 24 months in the regional area and should have worked at least 12 months cumulatively before being eligible for 887.

489 visa eligibility have 2 pathways: skilled migration or family sponsored, while 190 visa eligibility is only for skilled migration applicants.

pagsinabing state sponsored like South Australia, meaning I can stay or work anywhere sa state na yan? pagsinabing regional meaning dun lang ako magstay and work sa iisang lugar? or mali pagkakaintindi ko sa regional? please correct me. thank you again.

2. Kapag ayaw mo malaman ng boss na may plans ka to migrate, pwede ang Statutory Document from colleague to signify roles & responsibilities as long as willing si colleague na gumawa nito? Tama po ba? Then need pa din siya ipa-notarized?
3. With regards to previous employer(s), let's say meron 3 previous employers pero 1 lang dun yung may possibility na makakuha ng reference letter ibigsabihin po ba nun hindi i-ccount ni ACS yung experience mo dun sa 2 pang employers?

1. Maraming law firms ang pwedeng mag CTC. i.e. H.O.H Law. Meron din dun sa may Far East Plaza.

2. Yes. Hindi na need i-CTC separately kasi sa SG, kelangan sa presence ng lawyer pumirma yung colleague mo at ikaw bago nya to tatakan. Yung tatak na yun parang CTC na rin yun. Note na hindi lang basta colleague dapat, dapat colleague na higher level sayo ang pipirma sa stat dec..

3. Yes, yung may assessment lang ang ika-count.

yup acs assessment for system analyst po. bale monday nila nareceive tapos when i checked online, in progress yung status nung morning then naging with assessor na since monday afternoon.

don't worry, magugulat ka na lang, anjan na pala results mo hehe ^_^
