Depende kung saang state. Sa VIC libre. Sa NSW/QLD mag eemail sila sayo if pwede ka na mag apply for SS. For SA, alam ko bayad before apply.

Hiwalay na application pa yung SS. Dun na need magbayad if may bayad yung state na inapplyan mo.

hi guys. join ako sa page na toh. Got invited by queensland for visa 190 nomination. nagcocomplete na ako ng documents ngayon.. question lng, yung processing fee nila ok lng ba bayaran yun, sabay sabay na pag nag upload ng docs. or need bayaran agad?

One more concern, dun po sa settlement form for queensland, kasi nakalagay number of dependents... included ba ang spouse as dependent adult? kasi in reality di nman sya dependent sken. naisip ko lng bka mgkaiba prin ang secondary applicant and dependent.. sana po may sumagot. thanks

Police clearance concern po.. kasi nag work ako before sa sg, accepted na ba ng sg yung invite ng queensland pra makapag request ng police clearance?

Kung application for SS pa lang, hindi pa kelangan ang mga police clearances AFAIK.

and yes, your wife would be your dependent. Lahat ng secondary applicants ay dependent mo.

@rich88 invited plang for nomination. Need ko muna ayusin mga settlement forms and bank statements etc etc..

Nagaadvance preparation lng din po in case ma nominate na. Kasi prang matagal yung police clearance...

@ska1119 hello! QLD SS din hubby ko, pero ako nagprocess.

Sa pagkaka-alala ko, yung processing fee, binayaran ko after ko ma-upload lahat ng docs. So ok lang na complete mo muna yung reqs sabay bayad.

Regarding sa SGCoC (Police Clearance) kailangan lang yung pagkalodge ng visa. Mahirap magrequest nun kapag wala pa yung mismong letter na nakapaglodge ka ng ng visa.

@ska1119 Good luck po.. hindi ata tatanggapin ng SG Police pag QLD invite for nomination pa lang. Ang need nila is yung ITA email from DIBP talaga.

In my case, kasama ko rin wife ko sa application. So ang pinakita kong letter sa SG police is yung acknowledgment letter from DIBP after naming magbayad ng visa lodge fee.

Submit the correct requirements lang and don't overclaim or declare then wala kang mapapakitang proof in case na hingan ka.

@Luntian12 Sis, matagal ba kung dito ko sa pinas aapply yung sg police clearance? gaano katagal ung copy ng police clearance if in person ako punta sa sg for finger print?

Nung kami, bali ang ginawa ko after receiving the acknowledgement from DIBP, nagfile na ako ng appeal. Around 5 days bago nila inapprove appeal. Then nagbayad and nagpasched kami online ng fingerprinting after 2 days. Pagpunta namin sa Cantonment, mabilis lang process, mga 20mins total. Papafingerprint lang then antay mo yung document, bibigay naman nila agad on the same day.

Regarding uploading ng documents. Like sa statement of service. What if iba ibang employer. Uupload ba yun in one file lng lhat. Or hiwahiwalay nyo na upload? Yung bank statement ko bali 3 accounts yun? Better kya isang file ko nlang lhat? Or hiwahiwalay din? Pano yung ginawa nyo? Salamt ulit ng madami

@ska1119 no worries. Willing to help as much as I can.

Yung statement of service, hindi kami hiningan. Di ko din alam kung bakit. Sabi ng agent ko, yung mga ibang client niya, di daw hiningan din. Pero may iba akong kilala, hiningan.

Dalawa kami ng agent ko na nagupload ng docs and ang naexperience ko, one time ka lang pwede magupload per document. If hiwa-hiwalay yung statements or docs, consolidate INTO ONE FILE PER REQUIREMENT and make sure its organised. Do many rounds of checking before you click upload. Once uploaded na kasi, machange mo lang yung document once na nareject yung sinubmit mo kasi ipapareupload nila ulit sayo yung correct document.

So yung mga COE mo, one file. Bank statements, one file.

Yun palang settlement funds declaration, mag-attach ka din ng proof of conversion. Para ipakita mo na yung ginamit mong converter is yung mga binanggit nila like xe

Hello po, tanong lang po kung kailangan ko pa kumuha ng police clearance for our Dubai stay if my wife and I stayed there for more than 6 mos. during 2007-2010, Pero hindi naman po ako nagclaim ng work experience dun. We are claiming po my SG experience lang.

@rich88 3 years po kami actually doon. We worked from 2007-2010. So does it mean po ba kailangan namin magsubmit ng police clearance for Dubai, kahit na hindi namin idedeclare ang experience namin doon? Malalaman po ba nila?

@engineer20 opo, hindi ko narin po nilagay sa EOI ko yung Dubai experience ko. So malalaman din po ba nila sa Forms 80 and 1221? Or makikita po ba sa passport? Magkakaproblema ba ako dahil hindi ko po nilagay sa EOI?

@jmgs kelangan mong kumuha ng clearance sa dubai. D ko lang alam kung gaano ka-extensive ang background check nila, so pwede nilang malaman sa passport details mo na nag dubai ka for 3 years. Pag nalaman nila na nag dubai ka at d mo dineclare, baka ikapahamak mo pa yan.

Advice ko lang, be 100% truthful and transparent on your application. Kuha ka na lang ng dubai police clearance for peace of mind. Alam ko may thread dito kung papano mag obtain ng police clearance dun. Search mo na lang.

Sa Form80 at Form1221, need mo ideclare lahat ng work experience mo kahit na hindi mo sinama yung dubai experience mo sa EOI. Pwede mo naman hindi i-declare pero it's a risk. Pag na-question ka about it, be prepared to provide a solid response.
