Hello everyone! Kaming family of 3 (husband, wife, kid) will be applying for 189. Question lang sa pagfill out ng EOI:

- Are there any family members the client would like to include in future application?
- Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in future application?

Do we answer YES or NO here? By future application, does this mean THIS application? Medyo confused lang.

Also, both 189 and 190 ba kelangan i-tick sa isang EOI or dapat separate?

May nakapansin ba na nalagay na ung Registered Nurse sa "pro rata" arrangement:

Nakakapagtaka lang na nandun na ung Registered Nurse kasi from what I see, nasa 16K ung allotted for invites and only about 1300 has been invited.

@towbee YES dapat. Pwede mo itick sabay ang 189 at 190. Downside lang is pag nainvite ka na sa 190 kunwari, di ka na maiinvite sa 189. Pwede ka naman gumawa separate EOIs for 189 at 190.

pro rata means a certain number of invites is set on a monthly basis. for example 1000 ung quota, they will divide it sa 12 or 11 months (not sure kun ilang exactly), so around 83-90 lang per month ang invite nila.

Sa mga nakapag first entry na sa Aus, after getting your visa grant, what is the next step?

Couple here working in Singapore na intended to go to Aus either from Singapore or from Philippines

What I only know sa ngyn is we need to get exit clearance from CFO

FYI in case di niyo pa po ito nababasa. Merong lumabas nung Nov 25 na list of flagged occupations na posibleng tanggalin sa SOL 2017. Posible lang naman. In previous years daw, may mga naflag pero di naman tinanggal.

Hello po, magtatanong lang sana... ngayun ko lang talaga sya napansin nung nakuha na namin yung grant letter...

Ang name ko po dun sa Grant letter ay Married Last Name, First Name(Given Name) then my MAIDEN MIDDLE name, napaisip ako bakit MAIDEN middle name ko ang nakalagay instead of my MAIDEN LAST name...

Then chineck ko yung immiaccount, dun sa names ng applicants ganun din ang format

Chineck ko din sa summary ng EOI and Application Lodgement namin, wala naman dun na nispecify ko talaga yung MAIDEN MIDDLE name ko... so inisip ko baka sa original passport ko or birth certificate nila nakuha

Para po dun sa mga married or family applications, may nagkaganito na po ba sa inyo?

Di pa ako nakapagfirst visit pero kung plano nyo umuwi muna ng pinas before going to Aus, kailangan pa umattend ng PDOS sa POEA. Kung from Singapore kayo manggaling, then no need na.

Tapos upon reaching Australia, ang unang dapat gawin daw is get a tax file number and register with Medicare

which stage ka naba? sa DIBP kasi kahit coloured copy of th original lang, no need for certified copies. may mga skills assessment like ACS, required tlaga ung certified copies pero other skills assessing bodies like VETASSESS and EA, pwede na coloured copy .

Regarding "pro rata", ano po bah ibig sabihin if nkalagay sa other Engineering professionals.. point score :65.?. Iba po bah sa point score 60 na cut off? Or kailangan 65 na ang point score dapat makuha to qualify?

at least 65 dapat points mo para ma-invite..

60 points pa din ung passmark but due to overwhelming applications indi enough na nameet mo lang ung passmark, kelangan higher ung score mo than other applicants, which means, 65 points ung min na iniinvite nila for applications submitted on or befr the specified date.

CPA Australia also accepts colored scan copy. @akoaypinoy provide original copy only if they ask for it. pag original binigay mo wala ka na kopya pag hiningi orig.

every july ang start ng fiscal year nila..but not gurantee if ang nominated occupation mo will still be included sa SOL or CSOL that time..

They usually give notice before they remove occupation from CSOL /SOL.

Hello! Good afternoon po. Nag-istart pa lang po kami magplan ng partner ko para po dito sa immigration. By Sunday, mageenroll na ako sa IELTS review center para by March 2017, makapagtake na ng exam. Chemical engineer nga po pala ako. So magpapaassess po ako sa Engineers Australia. At saka yung de facto nga po pala ang aapplyan namin. While reviewing, ano po ba pede muna namin asikasuhin?
