Hello guys, May tanong lang ako. Sa EOI ko nailagay ko na relevant yung current work ko, problema kase sa ACS ko napavalidate ko lang siya hangang previous work. magkakaron ba ng issue?

@jjj yung claim mo lang na employment na relevant dapat yung may support ng assessing body na part ng skilled employment mo as per assessing body assessment. kong ang current work mo is hindi napa assess before ka nag EOI hindi sya dpat isama sa claim mo.

same company ba ung work? if not, di mo pwede iclaim sa eoi. unless from the same company, un ang walang issue at pwede iclaim up to current date.

question.. how often do pro rata specifically for ICT programmers change? right now the minimum points to get invited is 65.. I am planning to pursue visa 190 instead to get 65 points (right now Im only at 60 points if I get superior points for pte-a ..) but someone mentioned that the pro rata for visa 190 - ICT programmers is 70 points..

so no chance for me to get invited?

Visa 190 is not pro rated but the states have their own criteria whom to invite and approved for sponsorship. Just give your best shot to earn points and try to submit an application.

Number of years assessed positively: 3.5

The following claims of skilled employment made by the applicant have not been included in the above calculation:
1. From 05/2011 to 03/2012, Quantity Surveyor, YYY Company
2. From 09/2012 to 10/2012, Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor, XXX Company

as:
the employment was used to calculate the qualifying period required to meet the skill level of the nominated or closely related ANZSCO occupation (Employment 1, 2)

Question po:
anong exact commencement date (dd/mm/yy) po ilalagay ko for XXX Company since bawas sya ng 1month?
tama po ba 01 Oct 2012 to present?

Hi how many points po sa qualification ang nurse after magbridging program? Is it 10 or 15 points? As well aa if may relative na citizen sa australia ilan ang pwede madagdag sa points?

Age: 29--- 30points
Work exp: 7 years----10 points
English: took oet twice in two sittings---0 point
Qualification: ? 10 or 15?
Relative: i have a sister from melbourne

What's best to apply subclass 189/190/489?

Hi guys, question lang po regarding sa EOI. Yesterday, I got promoted sa work. Do I need to update my EOI while waiting for ITA? Although, wala naman akong points nakuha from employment since nabawasan ako ng 2 yrs from my ACS assessment.

Currently, nakalagay sa EOI ko:
Web Developer 7/5/2014 - to date (related to nominated occupation)

Need ko lang naman i-update ung job title no? or I need to enter additional info?

agree with @Xiaomau82 once you update your EOI babago din ang effective date. so balik ka sa dulo ng pila.

Guys, ask ko lang kung ilan kaya magiging points ko sa education. Graduate ako ng commerce - Financial management (4 years course at bachelor degree) tapos ung school ko ay nasa section 1 pero ung current work ko e software developer. Considered kaya na bachelor degree ung sa akin since nasa section 1 naman ung school kahit hindi related ung skill ko? TIA

Hi guys!

Ano sa tingin nyo ang magandang gawin? Priority ko is 189 visa, so iniisip ko na for EOI, 189 lang muna ang itick. Then if di mainvite sa 189 (after 2 rounds siguro) saka ko i-edit ang EOI to include ang 190 visa. Pwede naman yun diba? Meron na akong 65pts sa ngayon.

@zilch sa date from pwede ka magbased sa date na nakalagay sa TOR mo kung meron. pag wala naman try mo na lang hulaan kung kelan which is mostly around 2nd week of June.

You can create 2 separate eoi for 189 and 190. But I think in your case, you will be selected for SC 189 immediately on the next round of EOI
