Check the employment da
Nothing is open for overseas applicants except for 189 but you can still choose the states you want and keep an eye (for 190 and 491) when they open to ensure you follow their procedure with regards to the nomination application process.

This will depend on each state whether they need a particular occupation. I could imagine they will still prioritise onshore applicants donβt best bet would likely be a 491 subclass visa

I already have English Assessment in place. As per points calculator, I can have max of 90 (+5 CCL). Can I already lodge EOI po even before I complete my Education and Skills Assessment which i will start to start in next few weeks? Or shall i wait to complete my EA/SA muna?

You need to have all your evidences ready before doing your EOI

Noted po.
But when you submit an EOI and you get selected/invited, meron po bang window time in completing the required documents to support your points claim? ( Not sure where I read 4 months)
Yung sa EA/SA po kasi for my profession, average processing time daw ay 1-2 months (max?) if satisfactory documentation.

when you lodge your EOI, all documents necessary to prove your points needs to be with you kasi ilalagay nyo po yung date kung kelan binigay sa inyo yung document giving you the capability to claim points for it... please don't be misled with information na di po kayo sure. you can always ask naman dito sa forum if ever ma-lost po kayo
all the best!

RE: Skills Assessment po, so far I have been employed 3 times outside AU:
1st - 8mos
2nd - 4yrs 10mos
Current - 3 yrs 5mos
Overall - 8yrs 11mos, but i only plan to exclude 1st job on work claims (8yrs 3mos)
Questions:
a. For 189 Skills Assessment, will submitting testimonial for my Current job suffice? (both 2nd and current are relevant skilled work)
b. For work experience recognition in EOI, I will claim for 8yrs (hoping for max points). Shall all 8yrs be assessed by Assessing Authority? Or documentary evidence like COE, payslips will be enough for previous employers? I have not tried to request for Testimonial from my 2nd employer.
c. RE: Educational Assessment, my school is Section 1, does that mean medyo clear na for +15pts?
Thank you!

i think you're trying to grasp everything at the same time which makes it too confusing for you. first focus on your skills assessment and how much points you can likely claim. Don't think about the visa nor the EOI stage yet otherwise it will be too overwhelming for you. Skills assessment is the make or break. You need to get this right before you can even go on to the next steps. I suggest to focus your energy first on understanding the requirements for your skills assessment and the points you can claim. once this stage is done, the next steps will be easier to understand. all the best.
