@SAP_Melaka @Heprex question po, pag po ba sa middle ng experience ko, wala ako maibigay na payslip, meron naman last payslip lang pero yung iba hindi ko na maretrieve talaga, pwede ko nalang ilagay na not related? Hindi ba ako tatanungin ng CO?

@Ozlaz First of all congrats.

Question mo ba is sa proof of employment sa lodging na ng visa? Tingin ko lang, need mo mag pakita ng as much as possible na proof of emplyment. Like ITR, sss contribution. Ako plano ko is humingi ng letter sa HR na hindi na maggenerate yung lumang payslip.

meron naman akong ITR, pero wala na ako mga ibang proof dun sa company na iyon.. haay

@Ozlaz kahit sss? Hingi ka HR? Ako, iniisp ko na nakakahiya, pero lakasan na talaga ng loob pag may ITA na. Hehehe kahit hingi ka letter na hindi na kaya igenerate yung mga lumang payslip.

Submit ka na ITA. Para nasa pila na. Pero ramdam ko next round ka na.

Taas siguro points mo.

@Heprex yung hindi ko kasi maretrieve sa email e yung experience ko sa sg. kaya nahihiya ako manghingi ng payslip ulit kasi kinulit ko na sila ng bonga sa coe. Hahaha. 70 points ako. Naka tsamba kasi sa pte. Mag take ka na ulit, mas madali nga sayo, Writing. Basa ka nun kay dylanaung

@Ozlaz as much as possible meron kang proof kung kelan nagstart yung skilled employment mo, hindi naman need every month meron kang payslips. ITR & SSS would suffice naman. Basta key point - may maipresent kang proof kung kelan start ng skilled employment mo.

And sayang naman kung not related lalagay mo if na-assess naman ng ACS na skilled sya.

@diskartepinay baka ma question ka? in my opinion ha, considering same signatory. Kung ako kasi si CO mapapasisip ako why didn't you include it in you first documentation...& like you said mg mumukhang tweaked just so maging in line...

"Yun po kasing experience na hindi nacredit sakin, Generic COE yun + statutory declaration. Kung hihingi po ako ng COE for sure generic nanaman yun. Ok lang po ba yung job description nalang sa statutory declaration yung baguhin ko? (tweaked inline sa ANZSCO) Okay lang po ba same signatory?"

@hida_berserker pdf should be sent at final stage, after you get the invite & lodge the documents to DIBP. For EOI you only need the reference number of the result.

@Ozlaz ahahaha either way, need tlga mag present ng proof of employment. kahit contract siguro, may nakita ako na sinama yun. Baka sa May na ulit ako mag take, hahaha focus muna sa wedding stuffs. Tuloy tuloy naman ang basa ko. Baka ang masabi ko sa vow is yung template ng describe image. mahirap na. ahahaha

@engineer20 meron naman akong IRAS, kaya lang yun mga bank statement wala na. Kala ko hindi ko na gagamitin sa future. Tapos nagkataon lang nalimutan ko yung password sa yahoo mail ko. E kasi usually nakabukas naman sa phone yun di ba, dun kasi nag sesend ng payslip yung employer. Ayun ayaw na ma download, pinapa enter password ko. Sayang

@Ozlaz wala akong nasubmit na payslips during start ng employment ko but i was able to submit yung lahat ng noa plus ir21,ir8a..and if i remember it correctly, ung ir8a form may nakalagay naman na date of commencement..and hindi rin ako nagsubmit ng bank statements. hope this helps.

@swirlycurly ay bakit may ganon kang form? Ang meron ako yun statement of account lang. yun nagpapakita ng breakdown ng tax natin pero walang company name. hala!

Hello po,

Good day. I need some clarifications lang po ako regarding sa documents needed for ACS submission though nakapag basa na din po ako dito sa thread (salamat po sa mga masisipag mag share ng kanilang experience).

1. NSO birth cert - ok na po ba yung NSO certified(yellow paper) or need pa po ng CTC?
2. passport - andito po ako sa SG so ipapa CTC ko na lang cia sa embassy
3. Degree Diploma / TOR - I have CTC naman na
4. Employment Reference - CTC or notarized po?
5. Statutory Declaration - CTC or noratized po?

I got confused lang po kasi kung ung CTC is need pa bang e notaryo?

@Ozlaz both forms binigay ng hr saken..ung ir8a during my first year with them (mid year ako nagjoin) tapos ung ir21 naman when i resigned na. i suggest email mo na lang yung previous employer mo..ask if they can give you copies plus isama mo na yung payslips ^_^

@pumpupkiks dito sa sg, dapat present kayong dalawa sa harap ng lawyer bago pirmahan at tatakan ng lawyer yung stat dec. hindi pwedeng nasa manila yung isa tapos ikaw nasa SG. Ewan ko lang kung pwedeng ganun sa Pinas.

@rich88 Hello po.. nag assume po ako na andito din po kayo sa SG. I have few questions as below:
- if may alam po kayong nag nonotaryo dito sa SG?
- I needed stat declaration po kasi ung COE from my previous employment is generic lang. so I need stat dec. Apparently, ung supervisor ko po nagresign na din sa ex-company namin and is now working here sa SG. Can he still sign on the stat dec po? and then ipapa notaryo ko na lang po dito din sa SG.

yes all your documents need to CTC.
1. check your NSO when you got it may serial number sa baba base sa date at year mo kinuha sabi ng iba may expiry daw yung 1yr depends so ako kumuka ako bago just to make sure.
2. passport - no need to go ph embassy sa lawyer ma ctc na din un bring original passport
3. all other documents CTC na din.

If you see my older post sa http://pinoyau.info/discussion/36/australian-computer-society-skills-application/p447 you can go to Andree EE they know what CTC stamp you need to submit for ACS.

@lily_07 i also went to andrew ee..mura and mabait pa..hehe i called them up and on the same day, nakapagpa ctc ako..kasama ko rin yung nagsign ng stat dec ko. for acs, hindi na ako nagsubmit ng birth certificate..ung copy lang ng passport bio page ang pina ctc ko at sinubmit along with other ctc'd docs (dala ko lahat nung mga original)

@engineer20 hindi e. Pati security questions ko, hindi ko matandaan sagot. Sa dami ng password na tinatandaan ko. Hahaha. Ok lang, di ko nalang i-claim. Yung ibang work experience ko naman sa sg may payslip.. nilagyan ko nalang ng not related..

Hi guys. Need your inputs. Mag papare assess kc ako sa ACS under 263111 code. Yung previous ACS results (Positve) ko kc inde ko na sinama ung mga previous jobs ko na inde IT related. Iniicip ko kc in the future pag fortunate na makakuha ng ITA and mag lodge na, baka itanong kung bakit inde kasama ung previous employer ko sa ACS Assessment kahit na inde sila related? Kc kung magsubmit ako ng documents like the SSS Employment History lalabas ung 2 employer na inde ko na sana isasama. TYIA.

@DrAgKurt i think wala naman na pakelam yung CO sa work exp mo na hindi IT related so ok lang kahit wala kang supplementary docs. Basta hindi mo sya ni-claim ok lang naman yun.

@lily_07 kung magpapa-CTC o notaryo ka sa singapore, make sure na kumpletuhin mo in one go. effective last feb15, may tinatawag na silang notarial certificate na kailangan everytime may magpapanotaryo. medyo mabigat kasi $75 ung cost.

In Progress na ang ACS application ko today.... does it mean lapit na result nyan?

Also, meron na ba dito nakapagpasa ng EOI with 60 points lang? positive ba? gaano katagal bago mainvite kapag 60points lang? Thank you!
