-you have already received a positive Skills Assessment from us for your nominated occupation and now wish to apply for Points Test Advice for your additional qualifications and employment.

@kimmy17 Actually kasama na yun dun sa full skills assessment. Ilalagay na nila dun yung number of years na pwede mo iclaim.

@kimmy magtick ka lang dun sa vetassess application mo for assessment kung ipasama mo ba yong PTA kasi may additional payment kasi yan. Yan ang marerecall ko so far. Sa case ko nung first assessment ko di ako nag pa PTA .. recently may additional work experience ako na pinadagdag so nagpa PTA na rin ako sa vet. Vet din kasi ang assessing authority ko.

Mabuhay mga kabayan... may I seek advise po regarding my situation. Currently, I am working in Darwin, NT thru 457 visa ANZSCO Code 51112 Project Administrator, 2 years and 2 months na po ako dito nagtratrabaho and our contract will end December 2017 or it might be extended for a few months depende sa completion ng project, I decided to apply for PR however my employer is not sponsoring PR. Nag enquire ako sa isang agent at pwede daw nya iprocess thru State Nomination Sub Class 190, I already paid the initial payment for his services. Recently, I noticed that ANZSCO Code 51112 is not included in NT Migration Occupation List.
Given the circumstances, that is the degree of chance that my PR application will be granted considering na wala naman sa NT migration occupation list yung aking occupation though im currently employed? Any ideas/experiences please... salamat

@bachelor19 hi. U need at least 60 points including na yong state sponsorship dyan na 5pts. Marefuse ka kung kulang ang points mo.

Ano pala breakdown ng points mo if u dont mind? ^^

Hi @Strader, so this means I can go through an assessment even I have 55 pts, tama ba? since the 5 points will be awarded after the assessment so 60 pts all in all for subclass 190 visa application. Nabasa ko lang eto somewhere and I want to confirm this information. The question is, ok na ba magapply even if you only have the minimum points? Hindi ba mataas ang chance ma-deny? Since I think if sa assessment palang, bagsak na, it will take 2 years bago pwede magpa-assess ulit. Tama po ba lahat ng information na meron ako?

@16022017 kung meron ka ng positive skills assessment from the assessing authority depende yan sa skilled occupation mo, tapos nasa CSOL listed, at nasa SNOL o state nominated occupation list pwede ka mag apply ng state sponsorship na visa 190.
U just need to calculate your points; age, education, work experience, ielts or pte score, kung 190 visa additonal 5 granted na maapprove yong state application mo or additional 10 points kung regional sponsorship kung 489 visa. Kung sa calculation mo naka minimum 60 points kana including the state or regional sponsorship .. pwede kang mag. Apply.

@16022017 kung sa assessment naman ng skills mo wala namang points system yan para makakuha ka ng positive result. Ang points system dun na sa skillselect wherein during your expression of interest you will claim points and you need at least 60 points total.score para.pasok ka. Di naman magmatter kung nasa minimum points ka lang kasi 190 naman ang aaplyan mo unless u will go for 189 visa na merong mga skilled occupation na need yong matataas na score para mainvite to apply the visa.

Hello,

Anyone knows the average time for NSW Approval of Nomination after you have submitted the application? I know maximum is 12 weeks, but I hope it can be less than that? Thanks.

@KP I think it varies per Case Officer. I lodged my application last Feb 9 but still unapproved until now and yet there were those approved already even if they lodged their application on a later date than mine.

@mistervirata is correct, it solely depends on the case officer. i know some people gets approve in 2 weeks, some in 1 month, meron namn iba 3 months so depende tlaga sa case officer.

hello po. Today p lng po ako mag eoi. 60 pts lng score ko so balak ko sana mag 190 since alam ko super tagal pag 60 lng if ICT ang nominated occupation. Pano ba magsubmit eoi if 190 tapos NSW ang gusto kong applyan na state? Pwed ba un pagsabayin apply with 189? TIA.

@siena101 As far as I know, pwede mo pagsabayin yung 189 and 190. Tas may portion dun sa eoi na preferred state mo, you can choose NSW. Goodluck!

Hello guys, question Lang po na grant na ko ng 190 visa pero until now wala pa din ako mahanap na entry level accounting job kasi wala pa ako masyado experience and konti Lang company sa NT. Pwede ba mag interstate para magapply ng job or ask yung nominating state for release letter?
