    13 Feb 2017 - Received notification that assessment has commenced (GSM Adelaide - CO Ladan)
    06 Apr 2017 - Follow-up checkup for daughter and repeat x-ray after completion of LTBI treatment (medication was done only 6 months instead of the initial 9 months timing due to remarkable improvements, thank God it was accepted)
    24 Apr 2017 - Daughter's medical cleared (another reason to be thankful for)
    18 May 2017 - CO contact asking for daughter's Form 815 even if it has been provided already.. Sayang di nakita..

    kailangan pa rin ba mag create ng account sa immi pag state nomination?may link na kasi dun sa email tas dun na pwede mag upload ng. docs,payment etc. not sure about sa medical kung kelan ko sya pwede gawin?

    @jhun2384 u can have ur medical first before u lodge ur visa .. and yes, u still need to create immi account mapa 189 190 489 man yan. After paying the visa fee u can start uploading ur docs.

    good morning guys!! got another CO contact this morning, kala ko pa naman visa grant na pero asking for my daughter's Form 815 pala. Na-attach ko na un dati pa e sayang hindi nakita ni CO. Pero di bale at least mukhang pnprocess naman na nila.

    @maren1026 baka balikan ka lang din ulit ng CO. Meron na dito after nasubmit ang 815 on that day binigyan din sya ng grant or like the other one recently on the following day meron na grant. 815 yon na form hiningi. ^^ good luck!

    16 Jan 2017 - Medicals Cleared for me and hubby, additional checkup for my daughter since she is currently under medication for primary complex (latent TB infection)
    18 Jan 2017 - Follow-up consultation of daughter, no further test required, all test results were negative, currently waiting for the result to be uploaded in the immi site
    31 Jan 2017 - Received email from BUPA/MOC requesting to continue my daughter's medication (June 2017) then will repeat x-ray
    01 Feb 2017 - Visa lodged :)
    13 Feb 2017 - Received notification that assessment has commenced (GSM Adelaide - CO Ladan)
    06 Apr 2017 - Follow-up checkup for daughter and repeat x-ray after completion of LTBI treatment (medication was done only 6 months instead of the initial 9 months timing due to remarkable improvements, thank God it was accepted)
    24 Apr 2017 - Daughter's medical cleared (another reason to be thankful for)
    18 May 2017 - CO contact asking for daughter's Form 815 even if it has been provided already.. Sayang di nakita..
    04 Sep 2017 - Visa Grant, IED (24 Oct 2017)

    @maren1026 ganun na nga. Medyo matagal na rin yong sayo. Pero at least nasilip na ng CO. Baka gusto lang ng CO bago yong 815 na form kasi feb mo pa napasa yon. My ged.. medyo na praning ako kasi nag upload din ako ng 815 sa mister ko kahit di nagrequest si CO.
