hello po, technically hindi naman tlga siya different. the only thing that differs is the first page, kasi parang highlighted summary siya of what you have done.

the most important aspect are the key words. wala sa template yan. nasa keywords kasi the system will auto reject people who lacks the desirable key words. i got all my interviews using my old template.

second po, communication. as long as you display confidence and know what you are doing offers will be coming left and right.

third treat evry job ad differently, attack it on how it is being advertised.

as usual late na naman ang kabayan nyo for response, pacyencya na po at busy sa work and kids, dito kc wala naman yaya or maids na maasahan he he..

Magtatanong na rin po ako. Licensed ECE po ang friend ko po, dito sa Pilipinas. Pero sa Power Plant po ang first job nya. Until now dun pa rin. 5 yrs na sya dun. Sila yung sa Turbine control system, commissioning at testing ng wire, loop, valve, motor run, panel, etc ng mga planta dito sa Pinas. Mostly Coal Plant po. Tas every other month sa ibang bansa naman po pinapadala, like sa India, panel checking din po, tas sa Japan, wire checking at sa design mismo, pero hindi po mga PLC, SCADA. More on sa electrical at wiring po sila at testing. Tas sa Egypt, Gas/Oil Plant naman po, sa operation naman po, high voltage test at periodic test sa mga steam turbine. Ahm, balak po sana nya mag apply ng skilled migration sa Engrs Au. Pero naiisip nya po kasi medyo kinakabahan sya kasi baka walang tumanggap sa kanya dyan sa Au kasi medyo maliit po sya tingnan. Baby face po. Pero 5'3" po sya. Tsaka may mga opportunities din po ba dyan para sa field nya? Pwede po paspecify kung sang state/city po? Honestly po hindi po ganun kalaki salary nya kahit napapadala po sya sa ibang bansa. Medyo mababa po magpasahod company nila e. Kaya gusto nya po sana mag apply na lang po muna online sa mga Au power plant companies, bago po sya magpasa ng reqts sa Engrs Au. Kasi po if ever na maapprove po sya tas pupunta po sya dyan ng walang work and wala po sya kamaganak dyan, solo lang po sya, hindi nya po alam kung sasapat konting ipon nya. May alam po ba kayong company na pwede nya maapplyan dyan based sa experience nya? And okay lang po kaya na Ph po ang address? Pero may address din po sya sa Japan. Temporary Resident po sya dun. Pahingi naman po advice. And pasensya na po.. NOVELA po haha TIA. God bless!

Hi @Thea sa ACS ako nagpaassess eh. Mas madali and mas mura. Also, no need na ng CDR. You can go to the Engineer's Australia Skills Assessment forum dito sa pinoy.au. Though nakita ko na na nagsend ka na ng post dun. I suggest kumuha ka ng CDR ng same ng SOL na papaassessan ng kakilala mo. Hope this helps.
