may stream 2 ang NSW, meaning all other occupations with high points, pwede mainvite. some occupations kahit 60 points naiinvite. they have list of occupations din na kahit sa stream 2 indi pwede like Primary school teacher, architectural draftsperson and others.

@MissM, may mga members here na pag napreggy si wife by the time na naglodge, hihintay muna mapanganak for wife's medical to continue.. then sinasama din si baby sa application.. yung ibang CO naman, nanghihingi ng OB certificate, not really sure about this actually..

Skilled Independent as it does not require sponsorship from the state. seeking sponsorship sometimes causes delays specially if your occupation is not available in any of the state migration plan list.

Hello, guys! Nako-confuse lang ako, may 60pts na ako kaya lang marami akong nababasa na upon submission ng eoi, lower ang chance makareceive agad ng ITA kasi nasa minimum and first submitted, first invited ang system. Tama po ba? o may factor din kung ano ang profession? Ang naiisip ko po kasi ay baka per skill ay nag-aallot sila ng iiinvite o regardless of the profession, basta uunahin lahat ng may higher scores? Hello, question po possible po bang na mag apply sa dalawang state? Bale po ako primary sa NSW tapos yung asawa ko naman sa SA? Saka nakatanggap po kasi ako ng ITA ngayon from NSW, may nadedecline pa po ba sa state nomination kung sila na yung nag invite?.. salamat po sa sasagot...

@PMPdreamer yes u can apply both... yong iba di naiinvite kaya maswerte ka meron kang ITA from nsw at di naman cguro ka madedecline kung yong mga supporting documents mo ay completo. Good luck!

hi po ulit! last June 11 nagexpire ung 189 ITA ko due to lack of funds.. ngaun nakarcvd ako ng ITA na 190 sa NSW..pag nagexpire ba ulit to, di na ako maiinvite ulit?salamat sa mga sasagot..

if you go to skillselect website makikita mo dun yung ceiling per occupation as well as the demand. Automated po kasi ang skillselect at ang priority nito ay yung mataas ang points, so kung marami ng nagsusubmit ng 65 and 70 points every month, mauuna sila mainvite kesa sa 60 pointers kahit nauna pa sya nagsubmit ng eoi

Hi folks, ask ako ng advise. Last May 16, i got an invitation from NSW to apply based from my EOI. I submitted an application. But then after 2 days (May 18) i received a response from NSW for further information regarding my skills assessment from ACS. Meron pala skilled date which made my points not eligible for subclass 190 (I unintentionally misunderstood my acs skills assessment result, thought I have 9 years credited).

so i lost hope since I cant appeal anymore to acs since its past 60 days. I was expecting that my application for invitation for NSW will be denied dahil i never submitted further information.

But yesterday (June 23). I received an invitation from NSW to lodge a visa. ang question ko po, should i lodge a visa knowing that i lack points for subclass 190?

@saolmatt I can see the breakdown of your claimed points from your skillselect eoi? Kung ok lang ^^

You can only claim 3 yrs employment which is 5points plus 5 pts from nsw sponsorship.

Granted that you lack points for subclass 190 based on your claim ...wag mo nalang ituloy..

Kasi baka mamaya may kelangan ka lang icorrect or ibigay na additional documents para magrant visa application mo... btw, musta na pala? Workmates tau sa Dell and RMH before

hi guys, paano po kung wala akong coe ng previous company ko? Anu pedeng alternative proof for that, digitel kase ako previously at wala n po ngayun sya close na.
Second quetion ko po, kung engineer ako at asawa ko ay archi kailangn nya rin po b magpa asses?
Third question po, im turning 32 on aug this year, kung magaaply ako pr ng january next year, grant pa din b ako ng 30 points? Im still consider 32yrs old b as long as di p ko ngbday ulit? Gnun po b un?
Fourth question po pede b ielts after ko po mag pa skill-assessment, or dapat una ang ielts? At panu ku po malalaman n pumasa ako s criteria to apply for pr?
5th question ung expression of interest po b may bayad?

@saolmatt so kung kulang points mo let that invitation expire kasi di mo rin mapatunayan given ur claims sa eoi. Dba 9 yrs nilagay mo sa eoi mo? Tapos 3yrs lang dapat according sa result ng assessment mo? Di mo kasi pwede i-compensate ang points mo sa ibang category kasi meron kanang eoi. Unless gagawa ka ng panibagong eoi na ang claim mo 3yrs na sa employment tapos 20pts sa english example lang. ^^ di ko kasi macalculate ..di ko alam breakdown ng points mo. Hehe yan lang ang pagkakaintindi ko sa situation mo.

1. Do u still have your contract? Or meron ako nababasa dito gagawa ka ng affidavit - .. pero marami pa naman ways to prove ur employment..do u still have contact to ur manager or direct supervisor sa company na yan?
2. If you want a partner skills which is additional 5pts magpa assess sya at mag ielts din- applicable to kung kulang na talaga points nyo.
3. Yes as long as 32 ka pa the time you lodge ur application.
4. Merong mga assessing body na required yong ielts for the assessment..so u need to check first ur assessing body if required ba.. meron kasing iba ok lang walang ielts. - u can check sa immigration site to calculate your score... age, education, english, employment, state/territory sponsorship for *190 and 489 visa, partner skills - given all that ..pre-requisite talaga ang positive skills assessment ng assessing body mo.. because u cant proceed to ur application without a positive skills assessment.
5. Walang bayad ^^
