Hi @boky, I called ACT last monday regarding the issue but then they said that although they are aware of the issue, they suggested me to ask and call DIBP hotline directly. Of which nung tumawag ako ilang beses sa DIBP, palagi akong naka-queue at 123, 119 etc. so hindi ko na po tinuloy ang tawag kasi lalaki ang babayaran ko kung aantayin ko matapos ang naunang callers on queue. hehe

In short, hindi ko pa rin po nasubmit ang EOI ko for ACT.
Sa ibang EOI ko, Pagkatapos ko ifill-up lahat, automatic sila mag aadd ng 5 points so ang total points ko kasama na ang +5 sa nomination.

Total = 60

Ang claim ko sa experience, yung may assessment lang ako. 1 year ago na kasi ang assessment ko. Hindi kasali ang latest kahit pa related naman. baka kasi mag overclaim eh, walang supporting assessment. Thanks

@marimari most possibly yes. For the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you might be asked to provide police certificates/NBI clearance for each country you have lived in for 12 months or more, over the last 10 years.

@elained you msut check with them. when i lodged my visa, nakareceive ako ng email from skillselect n "suspended" n nga daw ung EOI ko dahil naglodge n ako ng visa.

Hi! meron po akong question..last Apr 12 nakareceived ako ng ITA 189 pero hindi ako nakapaglodge due to insufficient funds kaya nag expire sya nung June 12..tapos nakareceived ako ng ITA 190 nung June 27.. para di masayang nagapply kami..pero ngaun July 12 meron ulit ako invitation to apply for 189.. mas gusto ko talaga ng 189visa.. ano kaya dapat kong gawin?salamat po sa advice

Does the applicant have any members of their family unit not travelling to Australia who are not Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents?

Do I need to put my parents, siblings, nephews and nieces pati grandparents who won't be migrating with me?

@KimBokJoo parents and sibling, yes. Try to check the questions in form 80 and form 1221 so you will be consistent when you input your data in the 17 pages online form.

@KimBokJoo in the 17 pages online form, no need to put your parents and siblings. In form 80, you will be asked about you and your partner's siblings and parents regardless of age.

If thats the case so dalawa ITA mo ngayon 190 at 189? Judt choose which one u will proceed pareha lang naman pr visa ang dalawa ang 189 independent visa lang compared sa 190 na state sponsored. ^^ so one of the ITAs u will let go. ^^ good luck!

Hi everyone, anyone here who is over 45 or above age requirement but was still successful to have a state nominated visa? Is this still possible? I am turning 45 this November and I am hesitant to take IELTS exam now because by the time I have completed my EOI and just in case I will be fortunate to be invited to lodge a visa application, I may be 45 already which is 0 points sa point system nila. Hope to hear any advice with the same experience or with knowledge on my concern. Thank you.
