Hi po! Im trying to submit an eoi today (17 July 2017) pero di po lumalabas ung visa 189 option po

has anyone experienced this as well?..

Ho, ask ko lang po sana balak ko din mag apply as skilled worker. Kaso may isang company kc akong nde ko natapos ang contract ko? Panu po kaya un?

Pwede po bang gumamit ng Visa/ Mastercard DEBIT card sa visa application payment?
Or strictly credit cards lang?
Any other way/ method of payment?

Good day, I am targeting for Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189). May problema kasi ako hindi ko alam paano ako makakapagsimula. Below are my scenario. IE grad po ako sa MIT intramuros.

Option 1
Occupation code 233511 (Industrial Engineer)
Assessment by EA
Problem : No relevant experience for the last 7 years.

Option 2
Occupation code 261112- Systems Analyst
Assessment by ACS
Total relevant experiance of 7 years (as of writing)
Problem: Educational qualification is that of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer.

I have been reading and found that I can submit RPL via ACS. I am worried about the work deduction itself. Please enlighten me to know which bests what. Thanks.

To those who would like to update their passport details where there is a name change.

[email protected] ---> exclusive to those who are currently in Australia
[email protected] ---> exclusive for visas processed in London
immigration.manila@@dfat.gov.au ---> applicable especially to those who are in the Philippines. It takes time to update. It's more than a week and they haven't change the details.
immigration.southeastasia@@dfat.gov.au ---> Took them less than 24hrs to update.

Name will not change but the new passport number will now be associated with the visa grant number.

Hi @rosch! Tama ba understanding ko, above details are only applicable sa mga nakapag-lodge na ng visa or na-grant na ng visa? Hindi kasama dito yun nag-change ng passport during submission ng EOI?

@rosch THanks. Do you think need ko pa magsubmit ng form 929 during visa lodge? Kasi sa EOI ko before, ginamit ko un old passport number ko? Since nag-edit na ako ng info sa EOI, wala naman way to edit the old passport number.

No need @MissM . Basta kung ano ginamit mo during visa lodge yun dapat susundin. Tapos kung nagchange ka uli ng passport while waiting for grant, like me, gusto ko naka one surname na lang kami family, i submitted form 929

then ayun, yung visa naka under new name na din

Hello everyone. Bago lang po ako dito and I want to seek an advise po. Currently nagaayos na po ako ng documents needed for EA assessment. Ang problem ko po is yung sa current company ko po dito sa Doha.

I am an engineer and my job is project coordinator. Pero ang visa ko po is cashier visa dahil di po makapagbigay ng female engineer visa ang company namin. So yun po yung nakaindicate sa RP ko. Alhough sa COE ko po and payslips, project coordinator po ang nakaindicate.

Pano po kaya ang magandang gawin? Posible po ba na hindi ito iinclude ng assessor sa experience ko kasi po complicated/contradicting ang mga docs?

Good day po.. mag ask lang po kung matagal na hiwalay na sa husband at walang anullment at separation papers, Anu po pwde ilagay sa status? Married or separated? Salamat po sa magrereply...

Need pa po ba Ang medical kahit Hindi sya kasama? Nasa ibang bansa na din kasi yun. Meron sayang naifile na divorce noon sa Canada, meron ako copy nun kasi pinipilit ako na pumirma. Pero wala pa kasing final divorce certificate.pwde na kaya yun? @misisabat

@misisabat hindi ako sure dito, ha. Pero may nabasa ako rito na somehow may similarity ung case. Magkaiba ung declared work niya sa CoE niya saka sa pass niya (Singapore ito), what he/she did was a document coming from HR saying na hindi raw kasi updated ung sa pass. Parang ganun. Not sure lang if need na notarized ung document. Hindi ko masabing applicable siya sa case mo pero baka lang pwede?

Check natin sabihin ng mas nakakaalam.

Yun nga po ang binabalak ko humingi sa HR ng certification na kaya cashier visa ako kasi di nila ako mabigyan ng engineers visa. Medyo wala lang ako idea sa pagpapanotarized dito sa Doha.

Good Day po!

May question po ako about doon sa ITRs as evidences, narealize ko na may discrepancies yung TIN number ko na na issue ng employers in the past, may 2 numbers yun mali, pero tama naman yung the rest ng information like name, employer's name and compensation and tax withheld information. Okay lang po ba yun na ipasa? hindi na kasi maka pag request sa mga past employers nung may tamang TIN.

May na gather naman akong payslips rin although limited yung from the past employers, iniisip ko kuhain din yung SSS Contribution details.

Ano po ba ang tamang gawin, mga kababayan? Maraming salamat in advance sa sagot

Hi @coachella9 sa palagay ko po kaya naman need ng ITR just to see if talagang employed ka sa company na yun. As long as nakaindicate ang company walang problema. Maigi na din isama ang SSS contribution plus company details and payslips if available. Basta lahat ng meron ka ibigay mo na haha.

Eto po ay sa tingin ko lang.

Tignan na din natin sa iba na mas alam.

@misisabat hello. Ganyan din po ang case ko, iba ang nakalagay sa visa ko. So para sa 3rd party doocument, bank statement ang pinasa ko instead na visa. Wala naman po naging prob

@Grifter Hindi na po kayo hinanapan ng visa or RP? may bank statement naman po ako. Sana it will suffice na din gaya po ng sayo. Salamat po sa pagsagot.

@misisabat hindi naman hinanap. Kase may cert of employment naman ako plus nakakuha din ako ng job description letter. So bale meron ako 2 company issued letter plus bank statement dun sa isang company.
Un isa naman company ko ay offer letter, job description letter, plus visa na engineer na un role, hehe. Goodluck

Hi. Question lang po. May COE ako from a company, pero inindicate yung "full time" or hours of work. Pinapare-submit ni ACS sakin yung document eh mejo hirap nako kumuha ulit ng COE. May ibang way pa ba para madeclare na full time akong nagwork? Or statutory declaration nalang talaga ang way?

Question po. Currently on-going ang skills assessment ko sa ACS via RPL. Non ICT/IT ang bachelor degree ko and nasa Section 2 ang school ko. Kelangan ko ba antayin ang result/endorsement ng ACS before ako magpa PTA sa Vetassess?
