@nicstee Frontload means to include all documents when lodging. Yung iba kasi kulang kulang. For example walang PCC, or walang medical, or walang Form 80.

@Jan_ thanks! nakita ko sa timeline mo same day ka naglodge after mo mareceive ITA. Na-prepare mo na docs mo in advance? Pati form 80? other docs na kelangan naka-list naman sa website nila noh?

Hi @xiaolico ! Ano po ung direct grant? Ilang weeks/months from the date of lodgement kayo na grant ng visa? My invite na kasi ako and currently complete na reqts namin except for phil nbi clearance. Iniisip ko kasi kung maglodge na ako today or hintayin ko muna yun.. im currently pregnant and living in sydney.. hoping na sana before i give birth magrant na kami ng visa..

@nicstee not necessarily. Pero hihingan ka ng proof of functional english ng dependent mo. One way to prove that is IELTS/PTE-A. Or provide ka lang ng proof ng degree ng delendent mo + certification of english as medium of instruction. For more info:

question lang po... sa mga may health undertaking form 815.
Pwede ba attach agad yung form or kailangan manggagaling yung request sa CO.
Kung manggagaling sa CO, meaning di possible ang 'DG.

@marimari direct grant means wala ng hiningi yung co (case officer) mo. Most of the time kasi, hihingan Ka ng additional docs. Regarding sa how long, am not sure ano yung average time Baka agency Ako, sila nag lakad ng process ko. How long yung nbi? I think Puwede Ka Na mag lodge then once you get cleared sa nbi, attach mi Na din Yun. I'm pretty sure my agency lodged my application before I got my medical and nbi clearance. Hoping Ma process Na case mo before you give birth. But look at the bright side, if manganak Ka muna, may option mag dual citizen anak mo.

@yejinzai ito ung docs na inupload ko: doc when i got hired from my company, regularization, promotion, salary adjustment and all other kind of adjustments, tor, birth certificate, CV, drivers license, diploma, form80, form 1221, ielts, marriage cert, sss, coe, university certificate stating that my school is paascu accredited, etc, nbi, passport, payslip for the last 4 years, photo, skills assessment, itr. For my partner: tor, birth cert, drivers license, diploma, form80, form1221, marriage cert, sss, cemi, nbi, passport, photo. For my child: birth cert, passport, photo.

@nicstee cemi lng sinubmit ko. hindi naman ako hiningan ng additional fee or second installment dahil walang IELTS. wala akong binabasehan dito pero baka ung agency ang nanghihingi ng additional fee kasi additional slight work for them if dibp will ask for another supporting document.

@engineer20 nakapagpamedical na po ako before for my 457 visa then may tinake ako ng addl health exam para pwede din siya for permanent residency. Pero valid only siya for 1 year..

Guys question po. I have 3 employers. Based sa ACS assessment, not related si employer 1 and 2. Need ko pa ba mag provide ng evidence of employment like payslip, ITR etc for employer 1 and 2 once mag lodge ng visa? Ano po ginawa nyo? Thanks po sa sasagot

@MissOZdreamer Hello, I think yes. Lahat ata ng employment i-dedeclare sa Visa lodgin, otherwise, kelangan mo ata mag provide ng reason dun sa mga vacant na years. lalo na sa form 80 ata.
