straightforward ko kasi sya analyzed. Dahil si sodium lang ang significant low.
kung specifically meron sya diabetic acidosis more or less meron affected na iba data like K+ Or bicarbonate.

Personal analysis ko lng to ha.

    http://www.ehealthstar.com/conditions/hyponatremia/pseudohyponatremia

Thank you sis sa link... its informative.

Kung my maliligaw man sinasadya ng aims un... pampalito, pampagulo.

Pwede test method error/limitation like sa ISE method causing low sodium without affecting other significant parameters.

Mga kababayan, I need your advice/ tips:

I know sometimes, I ask too much and pasensya na if makulit kakatanong pero ito ulit ako asking help from anyone lol! ;-)

Can you tell me your study/ review regime? I might pick up something and can apply it in the future for AIMS exam :-)

The story goes like I am scheduled to take an exam this coming Sept.7, nag review naman ako but I admit it I didn't do my best this time and there's a big chance na iffail ko tong darating na exam (sorry po sa mga magttake, I don't mean to discourage or pahinain loob nyo but this is applicable for me only). But I'm willing to try it again soon (March 2018) and I'm preparing myself mentally already to repeat it. I just need some advice/ study tips on how did you focus on your review inspite of busy life (work, family, social gatherings etc.) and baka or pede ko maiapply this time.

I tried looking for someone who can tutor me online kaso walang luck on finding a decent one. I don't know someone around my area who is kind enough na mag bother to even give me time na iguide ako locally. I tried looking for online tutor/ review, but wala ako makita for AIMS. Ayoko nman umuwi ng pinas just to attend review center lol!

I've got fair amount of reviewers here with me..karamihan nga nakuha ko dito sa forum (grateful ako sa mga contributors ng forum nato, laking tulong ;-) ) I just need, I guess, on where and how to start :-)

Congrats nga pala sa mga new RMTs! Kakamiss din yung feeling na newly graduate tapos nakapasa without knowing what a bigger responsibility is ahead after passing the board exam lol! ;-)

Any tips/ advice/ suggestions will be much appreciated! Thanks in advance! ;-)

@Aiza05 sis mahirap tlaga isabay sa work yung aral.. pero time management and discipline tlaga ang kailangan..

Nung nag-aral ako for the exam hindi ako ngwowork.. kaya tutok ako sa review for 3 months.

Yung remaining time bago mag-exam i-divide mo sa number of subjects. Sa case ko.. 3 months divided by 5.. so roughly 2 weeks and 3 days per subject..

pasensya na sis, sinusubukan ko hanapin ung mga nasagutan ko sample questions from aims, kaso nakita ko nlang is hematology.

Ako i have 3, no house helper either. Yung youngest ko has speech and language delay pa, so we have to attend therapies 2x/week, the other two school age na sila. Communicative na sya ngayun and doing very well in school. Tapos meron pako part time medtech duty which is 3x a wk.

Ako i have to wake up 1am- 3am, para makapagbasa.

Screen shots ko din mga inaakala ko importante, pra kpg my idle time ako like while cooking, glance ako s mga screenshots.

Eto pa... i made an A4 size dream board, to keep me going.

    1. 2 clinically significant antibody other than RH

May Sumagot kasi sakin, Kidd at anti P.. naconfuse ako kasi naturally occurring to sila at Mom red cell immune..

Salamat sa mga mag iinputs. Pasensya na kasi sayang din 1 point dito. 3 days na Lang exam na.

@raspberry0707 @vangie I know! :-( I've got it all wrong especially with my time management..ive got a poor time management when it comes to AIMS review.

I think I need to cut down my work shifts, eventho I'm supposed to work part-time 30 hours per week, it feels like working full-time dahil sa mga ngpapacover ng shifts tapos I work during weekends pa.. I can only cut-down as I can't afford to completely on vacation mode while reviewing dahil sa dami ng bayarin lol!

I need to do a digital detox as well from facebooks, online surfing and movies and minimize going out with family..sa work at pag aasikaso ko palang sa bahay at sa asawa ko, ubos na oras ko kaya I have to cut down other distractions lol!

I know what to do with this one naman, I think I just need to hear it from others na nakakarelate ako..

Thank you sa mga advices/ tips ;-)

@vangie good on you for not giving up with ur child! that's even better motivation for u to strive better! :-)

@treasure1109 thanks for sharing and goodluck din sa exam mo! ;-)

Sa lahat po ng mag eexam this coming Sept.7, best of luck sating lahat..after ng exam, sana balik parin tayo dito sa forum, maganda man or masamang balita so that we can give back and help others as well..talk to all of you soon :*

@Mishue hi! Hindi ko sure kung ilang years tlg huh, this is with my experience lang nung nag apply ako for skills assessment..basta nag pasa lang ako non without really reading the rules lol! Ang experience ko noon ay halong private and hospital based lab, if pagsasama samahin ung lahat ng experience ko, maybe almost 4 years..sinubukan ko lang din at yun nakalusot naman..hope that helps and intay natin ung response nung ibang mas nkakaalam or naka experience ;-)

    Hi mga kababayan!

Nagbabalik agad ako reporting for duty! lol!

Congrats in advance sa mga makakapasa :-*

Haaay natapos din ang araw na to! For me mabilis ang araw nato kahit ang tagal ko inintay na makapag exam kc I just want to get it over and done with nalang.

Disclaimer: I'm speaking only for my experience! lol!

To be honest, if tyatyagain lang basahin lahat ng recalled questions (with some answers) dito ng mga members and admins and sagutan nyo, then on top of that, sagutan nyo ung sample questions ng mismong AIMS at ung ibang review tips din ng AIMS..paniguradong maipapasa nyo ang exam! Mas mahirap pa nga ang local boards and ASCPi (I think)! Hindi nyo kelangan mag tutor or umattend ng review center or whatsoever, dahil ang mga tanong Talaga ay parang ginawa tlg for examinees na may work experience..kaya if mag focus lang sa self-review at magbigay ng sapat na panahon plus may ilang years of lab experience..pasok na sa banga na makakapasa kayo! ;-)

In my part naman..walang halong biro pero literal na few days ago lang ako nag basa at mga recalled questions/sample questions lang binasa ko, aba at may naisagot pako kanina..dahil din siguro ive been working as a pathology collector here for nearly 2 years up to now kaya ung ibang practical application/ questions, nasagutan ko.

Ittry ko isulat lahat ng mga natandaan ko, try ko tapusin bukas then i will let u know guys pag tapos na so that I can share it privately, like sa PM only para hindi tayo masilip hehe!

Goodluck again and congrats in advance! Tulog na kayo ng mahimbing! ;-)
