@misisabat Professional Electrical Engineer po. most likely po is 65 points or 70 points kapag nakakuha ng sponsorship

I applied once sa HR namin for a tourist visa in australia, ni-require ako sa details ng COE kaya this time hesitant na ko kasi this is for migration purposes na. btw im working here in the philippines. hindi ko rin masabi sa boss ko kasi for sure affected career ko in case i'm denied of my visa application. still thinking of other possible reasons for HR

@donyx I'm pretty sure your boss would understand. If not, then he's egocentric and a crab in a bucket. Ako I immediately gave my boss and HR manager a heads up and they were supportive about my career movement din naman. No questions asked. Hehehe!

@donyx naalala ko nagparenew ako ng ece prc license after X yrs na expired yung akin hehe.. nanghingi ang iecep ng detailed coe. baka pwede mo sabihin for iecep membership

i understand hirap maging open sa work lalo ngayon na matagal ang visa process...though if meron kang boss na mapagkatiwalaan, maganda masabi mo din 'yung totoo. as long as nakikita nila na you're still doing your best sa job mo

inadvise ko ang boss ko dito sa singapore kahit applying pa lang kami sa visa (though yung agency namin di ko sinabihan). i feel na supportive 'yung boss ko and until now naman ay supportive sya sa big move. goodluck!

@cacophony @dreamnthesea kung si boss lang, i think he can understand. i'm just preparing for the worst. pagisipan ko rin mabuti kung sasabihin ko agad haha

Just checked PRC requirements for PECE and luckily i'm already qualified for it

@acbien depende po sa nominated job nyo yung ITA... visa application po depende din sa case nyo kung complete supporting docs and medical issues..

@acbien congrats! yung eoi namin 2 rounds lang, 233411 electronics engineer with 70pts. yung visa accdg sa dibp website is 11-15 months but again, case by case basis lahat ng applications both for eoi and visa. you can check cases din sa myimmitracker.

@acbien, thanks sa info. ang bilis ang pala pag fastrack, iniisip naming if magfast track ba or hindi eh. Okay lang ba to know ano yung kulang niyo na pinasubmit? para handa lang if ever. Dun ako nangangamba sa isusubmit na kulang eh tapos di maibigay pala

@dreamnthesea kailangan po ba hiwa-hiwalay ng statutory declaration per work experience? kasi ang dami ng kay hubby. Ginawa naming pinag-isa lang namin lahat so mga 8 pages para isang notarize nalang...

So tama ba ang intindi ko na, kapag may years of experience kana sa isa sa mga nakalista sa skilled occupation list, no need na for RSEA at pwede ng Standard CDR nalang ang ipasa? may mga nagsasabi kasi na mas okay daw na CDR + RSEA ang ipa-assess eh. Medyo nalilito ako sa part na ito. Kasi si hubby may years of experience naman na sa nominated job niya so nagiisip kami kung need ba mag RSEA or hindi na. Thanks!

@mallowz18 ang RSEA ay opinion lang po ni EA based sa CDR or supporting docs na pinasa nyo for MSA... Ang magaaward po ng points for skilled employment as si DIBP. Ang advantage lang po kasi ng RSEA ay kampante po yung applicant sa claimed pts. dahil nga po may opinion si EA at it helps sa pag assess ni DIBP. Pero kung kaya nyo naman po patunayan with supporting documents kay DIBP na skilled po yung employment nyo pwede din naman po kahit walang RSEA... Sana po nkatulong... Goodluck po...

@dorbsdee, salamat! Malaking tulong po ang explanation ninyo. Halos lahat kasi ng work experience ni hubby ay abroad, kaya nagiisip kami mag RSEA. Kaso self statutory declaration lang nagawa namin. Di kami sure kung pwede yun kasi...

@mallowz18 hello! Kami hindi na nagpa-RSEA. 3.5 years sa Pinas then 5 years and counting sa SG ang experience ni hubby. Bale, 3 companies siya pero sa 2 lang kami magclaim ng points, di na kami nagpa-RSEA kasi confident naman kaming relevant ang experience niya kasi telco engineer naman siya sa lahat ng work niya.

Goodluck po... pwede din naman po magrequest ng certificate of employment kung may contact si hubby nyo abroad from previous employers... ganyan po ginawa ko basta good exit lang sa company at existing pa magbibigay po sila..

Thank you! iniisip din namin ito, kasi magastos din magpa RSEA. Kung wala po kayong RSEA ano lang po ang sinubmit ninyo bukod sa COE to prove his work experiences? pwede bang basic COE then may supporting docs lang like contract/payslips/training certificates etc.? thank you!

Kumpleto siya ng COE sa lahat ng companies niya, pero basic COE lang hindi detailed. Okay na kaya yun? tapos i-support nalang namin ng payslip or receipt of remittances. Salamat, malaking tulong po ang mga payo ninyo

@mallowz18 Si DIBP po ang magdedecide, yung CO kung aaward nya yung claim pts. nyo sa work experience, may requirement po si DIBP when it comes to 'Work Reference or Certificate of Employment. Kung gusto nyo po talaga makasure, consult po kayo ng migration agent... pwede nman po may free consultation sa iba... kay Respall 1,000 pesos po yung consultation fee less 2,000 pesos discount pag nagbook kayo online...(kasi 3,000 po yung consultation)/ Ganyan po ginawa ko pero di na ako nagavail ng service nila... suggestion ko research po muna, basahin nyo po maiigi yung requirements ni EA and ni DIBP kasi may mga changes po.... Nov. 2015 pa po kasi ako nagstart ng journey to PR... Goodluck po sa application nyo...

@dorbsdee di ko alam na pwede pala magpaconsult sa migration agents kahit di mag-aavail ng service nila. I'm reading everything nga kaya medyo overwhelmed. Complete na kami sa papers, na-stuck lang talaga kami sa desision making kung standard CDR lang or pati RSEA mag-apply kami. Thank you sa advice

At last, I submitted that additional docs yesterday. Hoping for a positive assessment real soon.

@processengr Accidentally I passed stat decl after the new MSA booklet has been published. Assessor seem to have accepted it. In my case kinulang lang po ng position ni manager sa signatory section. So I requested for HR manager's help to provide his COE stating his position, commencement and that I am directly reporting to him.
