    Hi guys.. patulong naman.. may tanong sana ako regarding sa pag kuha ng ITR sa BIR nawala na kasi ang personal copy ko. May pinapunta ako sa BIR sabi nila wala daw silang copy (form 2316). May nabasa kasi ako sa forum na may kumuha ng sa BIR office. Ano bang copy or records na pwede kong hingin? Maraming Salamat

    @luciano wala sila copy dun based na rin sa ibang nandito and base sa HR namin. Nakakakuha lang daw yun sa HR. Ako wala na yung personal copy ko, wala na rin sa HR namin kaya nagpagawa na lang ako statutory declaration sa kanila na wala na sila copy. Pinalagay ko sa official letterhead ng company namin.

    @luciano Diko pa sure. Kasi di pako binabalikan ng CO. But its better than nothing, and besides galing mismo sa HR namin yung statutory declaration then pinaNotaryo ko pa.

    @luciano naexperience ko na rin to, my 1st company is already closed and I dont have BIR 2616, nagpunta ako sa head office mismo ng BIR sa near NTC at sinabi sa akin na hr lang may copy noon at wala ang BIR.

    @lecia bali kung hindi talaga ako maka kuha ng ITR and Payslip sa previous companies ko.. pagawa nalang ako ng stat dec sa company na wala na silang copy ng ITR or payslip.

    @cp101030 nako sir, napaka competitive ng ICT occupation. kung 65 points with SS na, sorry to say this, pero mahirap mainvite ng 65 points (60+5). daming backlog ng occupation nyo, try to increase the score po.

    edit: same process na sila with NSW, sila na pipili ng EOI. ako may 60+5 ako sa NSW since Dec 2016, pero walang nangyari, until ma superior ko yung english last Sept at 189 na lang pinili ko, withdrawn na yun 190.

    @Heprex and @agd - thank you sirs! sadly, hndi qualified wife k for partner points ksi nasa short term list lng ung work nya. I guess either we will just wait till July next yr to have +5 points s experience or aim superior s IELTS for +10 points.

    @cp101030 Yes, pwede sir! Check mo signature ko, sir. May ITA na din kami, pero January next year na maglodge.

    Kay wifey:
    - assessment letter from authorized assessing authority (needs to be assessed as suitable for migration)
    - at least competent english
    - not more than 50 years old

    Remember lang sir na sa visa 190 lang applicable yung spouse points na makukuha mo since nasa short term skills list si wifey. :)

    Share ko lang sa mga nahihirapan ng BIR FORM 2316 ba yan. Hindi magbibigay ang BIR but nkakuha ako sa kanila ng certification na may pangalan ko and under anong company na nagreport sa knila na ganito ung compensation ko dati and the taxes witheld from me. Nagamit ko yon kasi hiningan ako ng Income tax return during EA assesment. Pero limited ang years. Depende if nasa archive pa nila. This year ako kumuha but 2008 lgg start binigay until 2012 ako sa company. 2006-2007 d na raw nila maibigay sa akin.
