Recently Ive read some posts here that they have claimed skilled employment points disregarding the skill level requirement met date (ACS). Since DIBP naman daw yung may final say regarding it. Any one experienced this? Thanks.

hello mga kabayan. magtatanong lang sana ako regarding sa process ng application namin ni misis. kung sino man po ang may same case sa amin. magiging main applicant po si misis. may assessment na siya ng EA. My question is may na gagrant po ba if naka maternal break ang main applicant? her last employment is nung september pa po. at di siya magtatrabaho until manganak na. salamat sa mga sasagot.

@nashmacoy101 DIBP considers skilled employment in the last 10 years so she can claim employment experience within this time period.

hi question po, sa COE for Vetassess, sa job responsibilities, kelangan ba na 5 bullets at least ung job responsibilities? or may minimum ba na bullets? or kahit di po bullets format basta nakastate job responsibilities mo? thank you po.

@Godsgrace IMHO, kahit anong assessing body there is no specific format sa JD as long as your JD is related to JD of the nominated occupation mo there would be no issue.

Nasa lodging na po ako ng visa ngayon, may question po sana ako.

May anak po akong 3months old. May passport na po siya, ang ginamit namin sa pag apply is ung original na birth cert then pinaauthenticate lang sa local civil registry. Ngayon po, sa lodging ng visa, gusto ko sana gamitin ung birth certificate ng anak ko, pero, wala pa siyang NSO/PSA e, ang sabi sa January pa daw. Paano po ang pwede kong gawin? Sa January 4 po maeexpire ung invite ko.

Kasi nakita ko, mostly, ung BRen (Birth Reference Number) ang gamit. Pwede kayang gamitin ang registry number as alternative?

Ganun din po sa Marriage Certificate, alin po ang ginagamit, Registry number din po ba?

@mitchiboy just lodge the visa application without the birth certificate. You can either write a cover letter to explain the birth certificate or wait until your case gets assigned to an officer. They will most likely send you immi s56 required for further documents letter. That's when you can provide an explanation to possibly extend the 28 day timeline to provide the document Kung Hindi pa available yung certificate by then.

hello po. Ask ko lng anu next once na-approved ng ng EA skills assessment? Sa skill select nga lng ba un? Medyo nahinto ang pgaasikaso ko ng application kc I got pregnant then kakapanganak ko lng 3 months ago. Medyo na-lost track ako, super busy kay new born. Anyways, I just got a positive result for my Skills assessment today yey! Pero I intend to boost my English proficiency kc bokya ako dun..hahaha..

Hello mag-cclarify lang po ako tungkol sa points system. Yung section po na "Skilled employment in the last 10 years – outside Australia" yung number of years po ba dun e yung galing din sa number of years na nadetermine sa qualifications assessment? or actual years lang talaga siya? separate totally yung Qualifications Assessment? I'm a librarian by profession po for 4 years currently here in UAE, based on the lists skilled po ito? If I'll use the point system above 65 points po, can I start my EOI? Gaano kalaki po ang chance ko to acquire the independent skilled visa? Does that mean I can go to Au and work once approved? salamat po

@juvylibrarian kailangan po nasa list ng occupations na kailangan ng australia ang occupation nyo, namely sa MLTSSL o STSOL. I checked and STSOL ang librarian. as far as I know kailangan nasa MLTSSL ang occupation para PR visa agad e. Explore your options lang po kung anong visa ang applicable sa occupation nyo.

@juvylibrarian Since nasa STSOL ang occupation mo, you can apply for a state sponsored visa 190 (PR) or 489 (temporary). Kailangan mong icheck yung website ng bawat state para malaman kung saang states ka pwede mag-apply and yung requirements nila. After that, kailangan mo magpa-skills assessment and English exam

Hi po sa lahat. Good morning s mga nasa Pinas. Mag tatanong lang po sana, 2 points.

1.) I got an assessor feedback which is: Please provide high resolution colour scan of the current passport style photograph (taken within the last 3 months).

2.) And isa pang feedback na hindi under ng assessor which is: Please submit evidence you passed your PRC examination.

My Questions po:
For 1.) Ano po bang format ng photo and pano i-upload? Ang ginawa ko po kc eh iniscan ko ung mismong passport picture ko (600dpi) sinave ko as jpeg then inupload ko. Unfortunately di tinangap.

For point 2.) Ano po maganda reply kc di namn po ako nag take ng boards (btw, BS ECE po pla course ko). Kc work na kagad 2 months after graduation.

@RheaMARN1171933. Id like to ask. I had my skills assessment under vetassess last apr 2014 and my occupation is Retail Buyer, the skills assessed was from apr 2004 to apr 2014. I have the same occupation since Nov 2004 until now. I applied for renewal of my skills assessment with vetassess since the first one was expired last apr 2017. The outcome letter as of nov 2017 indicated that the employment assessment is for the period of apr 2012 to nov 2014. Also for the point test advisory, it only included from apr 2007 to nov 2012. My question is, with these results can I still claim 15 points for employment, since I have over 10 years employment with the same occupation for the last 10 years? Will DIBP base my claim on the actual years of service? I have my detailed COE dated apr 2014 and I also asked a current COE dated nov 2017 but out company no longer issues a detailed COE with job description, but other details like salary, hours worked and full time employment is still included. Pls advise if I the renewed skills assessment will already suffice, to claim 15 points, or do I still need to have a new slills assessment? Thanks

Nabasa ko magaantay na lang daw ako ng state na magnominate sa akin for 190 or 489 visa after masalang un docs ko sa system? ganun po ba yung process?

Hi Guys, kaka lodge ko lang ng visa 189 and successfully made the payment. Tanong ko lang po:

1. Gaano katagal magupdate yung status sa EOI page? Invited pa din kasi nakalagay.
2. San ba maguupload ng docs, sa immiaccount or EOI page? Sa immiaccount kasi may button for attach more documents pero may nakalagay na "This applicant is not required to provide any evidence at this stage...". Sa EOI homepage naman wala naman option to upload.

@chococrinkle unfortunately it's hard for me to provide a precise advise from the info you provided. Hindi ko masyado maintindihan. Given that your question is a very detailed one, I cannot provide a professional advice by you just describing it. I would strongly suggest to have your documents seen by a professional one to make sure you get a proper advice. Medyo confusing yung description kasi and I don't want to mislead you. For one, naguluhan ako why from 2012 to 2014 Lang yung lumabas sa renewal application mo. I also don't know what documents you provided. Unfortunately, any agent won't be able to provide a proper advice without seeing all facts and evidences. This forum may not be the proper channel for such. I strongly advice you need to consult a specialist for your situation kasi parang kailangan ma-dissect yung documents mo.
