may august applicant po ata na nagrant dito nung december, depende po ata talaga sa CO. pero sa case ko po may late po kase kme napasa ni hubby na di pasok sa 28 days limit. heheh baka yun po nagpatagal samin, tsaka walk in po ako nagsubmit sa vsf, di po ako nakapagimmi.

Hello guys!

im a newbie here and been reading the past threads. I and my partner (189) is planning to apply for De Facto Visa with dependent child anytime this year. Weve been in relationship since 2014, we started to live together 2016, first quarter of 2017 nagpunta na sya OZ. I would like to ask sana any advice sa mga evidences na kailangan or your experiences sa lodgement. Sa mga applicants with dependent/s gaano po kabilis ang approval ng visa nyo? @Alexia Ako naman nakapagrequest na c agent ng extension for AFP ng partner ko pero naipasa namin on the 27th day kasi nmn ung unang binigay sa kanya Victorian police check eh request niya AFP so nagonline nlng sya pag request ulit. Un ang last 1st and last contact nmn from CO thru an agent, until now nakakabinging katahimikan na haha ,that was 2nd week of October 2017.

Opo, AFP din nalate namin, kelangan po kase full disclosure. eh nalate po kame thru email ko nalang po nasend hahaha ewan konnga kung pede pa yon. basta God's grace po lahat. any advice po pano madali makakuha work at mga kelangan ko dalhin requirements don? Thankyou po guys

Hi @sia_27. I had a dependent. Applied for visa 309. Got approved after 6 months & 7 days from date of lodgment. Hope this helps

Questions po sa mga applicants came from saudi within the last 10 years, paano po kayo nagpass ng police clearance sa immi? I was not able to secure before ending my contract. Thank you so much po sa sasagot.

ate @Alexia sa tingin ko po pwede kna po agad maghanap ng work.. depende po yun sa kung ano po ang skill mo... pwede karin po mag aral ng vocational at short courses sa aus.. ang first step mo po is magaral ka po muna ng english class kasi required po yun.. pero kung magaling ka po mag english hindi na ata kailangan... or try mo po magaral ng early childhood education or aged care kasi 6mos. lng ata ang course na yun.. after that mag ojt ka lng po then pwede kna po mag apply ng work.. in demand din po kasi dyan ang magwork sa childcare & aged care at good din po ang income..

thaaankyou calianna.. eto nga nagpapasa na ako resume kung saan saan. di ko alam kung makakapagaral ako. hahaha gusto ko magwork agad tas iipon nalang para magaral ako. pero priority ko magwork agad yung di na kailangan magaral muna hehehe

mga sis good evening meron bang interview sa mga nagrant about sa divorce paper ng husband ninyu. kasi i heard mag-ask daw yung co ng pirma nilang dalawa sa ex wife at husband mo about divorce nila....

Hi @pauline ! Am fine, thanks. Eto busy mghanap ng work dito Au, and buntis na din hahaha. Grant date ko was Dec 6 2017. Must not arrive date is May 12, 2018. Actual entry date ko was Jan 17 (a month ago).

@Alexia na sense ko is like 5 months ang limit na ibigay ng immigration for entry same din ni ate @miranda82... june 6, 2017 ba yung nbi issue date mo or medical date??
