@pauline @Alexia I just checked my NBI, now ko lang din napansin. May 12 2017 was the date of my NBI clearance, valid until may 12, 2018. I am guessing yung basis nila ng last entry date is kung kelan mag eexpire yung NBI.

Newbie po, ask ko lang kung pwede ba mag apply ng visa 309/100 kahit wala pa ko sa au? Nsa pinas family ko and ako naman nasa SG. May visa 190 na ko and nag initial entry na, plan to move in sa au after a few years. Matagal kasi ang processing kung pwede ko na sana iapply ng ganito kaaga. Salamat po sa sasagot

Di mo ba sinama family mo during 190 visa application?

Hi @downunder1981. Visa 309/100 is specifically for partner/prospective marriage visa. If u are a valid holder of visa 190 which is for skilled migrant, you can bring ur family in as migrating dependents. Hope this helps.

You should have included them in your 190 visa application kasi doble ang fee for the spouse visa and very long ang wait. A sponsor(YOU) should usually live in Australia to apply for a spouse visa. Since you only made your initial entry and will only settle here in the next few years, its only then you can aply for a spouse visa. I suggest pagpunta mo dito isama mo family mo on tourist visas then dito mo iapply ng spouse visa 820/801. Though matagal din ang wait ang importante kasama mo na sila dito and they are qualified for any benefits due for a PR. Just make sure na walang "No further stay" ang tourist visa nila kasi in that case, kailangan din nila umalis for you to apply for spouse/dependent visa.

yung mga ka batch ko sa nov. 2017 naglodge .. meron na daw silang co ngayun. pv 820 sila.. ang bilis noh.. bakit ako wala pang nareceive na letter ?

Hi. Magtatanong lang po ano yung mas tamang visa to apply for (1) Spouse Visa but i have a feeling na matatagalan to kasi po si hubby is not financially stable (2) Independent skills visa kaso fear ko baka madecline ako for the reason na my hubby is a citizen, bakit hindi ako nag spouse visa? May ganun po bang rule? Thanks.

nagpasa po ako 309/100 nakalimutan po namin bank statement pareho namin magasawa . pati po tax return? para po ata makita sweldo. hahaha wala po ako napasa about sa financial status nya.or ako po.

An application can take between 6 and 15 months to process at the DIBP visa office - the time depends greatly on the individual circumstances.

To a case officer, an Australian spouse visa application is just a pile of papers - one of many files on their desk! ------- na search ko lang to sis.. :-?

Hello! I’m new to this forum but i’ve been reading threads here even before we lodged my spouse visa.

We lodged ours on November 2017 with assistance from a migration agent. Now, we’re still waiting.. Anyone here na kasabayan namin? Any updates?
