    At dahil sa pinost ni @globetrotter..Pwede kaya na ang country of residence na ilagay mo is Pnas kahit you're working abroad. Mas gusto ko kasi magpamedical sa pnas kesa abroad dahil sa language barrier.

    @eischied_21 In my case kc inisip ko na dapat may document/proof sa mga sagot sa visa application...Mas madali naman sa akin na ipakita na may residence ako sa pinas dahil sa property ko dun - d2 kc sa dubai, temporary lang at wala din akong tenancy contract under my name kaya Pinas pa rin ang nilagay ko...

    In terms of medical, correct me if I'm wrong but in my interpretation pede ka naman magpamedical kahit saan basta accredited or nandun sa list ng clinics nila kc sila pa rin ang magpapadala directly ng result sa DIAC...just my opinion po...

    think you deliberately shooting yourself in the foot here... just be honest with your application, what you are doing kasi is deliberate misleading eh.

    You are in Dubai when you applied for the visa, working visa or not, you are still in Dubai when you applied and when your application is in process. Therefore, I think it is proper to do the medical examination in the country where you are in right now. A sudden change in the pattern of events while greatly affect the outcome of your application.

    In my case, all the requirements will be processed and will be obtained here in Libya, as much as I wanted to do it in the Philippines, my migration lawyer does not approve of the idea.

    Ok guys, based dun sa circumstances ko - medyo tagilid yata application ko, unintentional naman at honest mistake pero i am willing to rectify it.

    Merong form 1022 & 1023 about informing the department of recent changes in address,etc at incorrect answer sa application....

    Now, I need your advise if I will go ahead na with these forms or shall I wait na magkaroon ng case officer? kaka-lodge pa lng kc ng application ko online at "in progress" pa lang ang status...

    advise po please, kabado lang... :)

    Hello po sa lahat. I need help po. Kailangan ko po bang umuwi sa pinas to get the NBI Clearance? Dito po kasi kami ng husband ko sa Dubai. If hindi na, ano po procedure? Thank you in advance.

    @gerleen_agus no need po na umuwi sa Pinas..punta ka sa consulate and get nbi form, then finger print sa dubai police cid, then balik ka sa consulate after 3 days makuha mo na yung form then papadala mo sa pinas sa relatives mo - sila mag aapply ng nbi clearance sa taft...

    may reason po ba bakt negative ang assessment nya last time?

    - check ang job description ng Occupation sa ANSZCO code versus ung cert of employment/job description nya.
    - check nyo work experience, number of years...
    - other documents..
    sa coe sya nadali.. kasi wala pala dun working hours.. sana s agent pa lang na-QA n sya.. so zero yung working experience nya..

    Hello po.. Magsusubmit pa lang ako ng EOI bukas. Kinabahan naman po ako sa coe.. Kailangan po ba tlgang ilagay ung working hours? Nakuha ko na po ung mga COE ko sa present at previous employers ko at wala po nilagay na working hours. Pano po kaya un?

    @jane - kung nakalagay na "fulltime" wala nmn problema..
    otherwise, hihingian ka ng supporting documents ng CO..
    like: payslip, contract, bank statement showing salary remittance..

    @gerleen_agus not sure lang kung saan sa pinas...you can ask the consulate pag nakuha mo na yung authenticated nbi form with fingerprint..yun kc advise sa akin sa taft daw ipadala at dun process...

    Patulong naman po sa pagsagot sa EOI.. Dun po sa Education History, ano po ilalagay sa qualifiaction? Eto po choices:
    Bachelor degree (other)
    Bachelor degree in Science, Business or Technology
    Other qualification or award recognized by assessing authority

    Graduate po ako ng Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at favorable din po ung assessment ko sa CPAA. Tama po ba na Bachelor Degree in Science ang ilagay ko?

    Nalimutan ko na rin po ung start ng nung nagcollege ako. Pwede po ba ako mag assume na lang ng start date? Nabasa ko d2 na meron nagkamali sa start date tas d na nya pinalitan. Ok lang kaya na maglagay na lang din po ako ng date?

    Hello @gerleen_agus - taga Cagayan de Oro ka? Processing of NBI Clearance from abroad is strictly limited to the Taft Branch. I tried this previously and di tinanggap sa Cagayan de Oro and my mom had to mail it again to Manila for someone to process.

    Send your documents to Ms Julie Macalit; she is a very nice lady naman. Although I had a bad experience with my NBI Clearance as it took almost a month before the hard copy arrived. But I do believe minalas lang talaga ako dun. Some people I know from this forum were able to get their NBI Clearance naman within 3wks.

    @wakaru - if you have trade training certification... pwede nmn po yun..
    puntahan nyo po ang TRA website.. nandun po ang mga requirements..

    visit nyo rin po ang points system kung abot kayo ng 60 pts sa different factors:
    - age
    - work experience
    - IELTS (english exam)
    - educational qualification

    may specific thread din po dito sa forum about TRA... browse nyo lang po for more information...

    ganun po ba sir ,ok lang pala yung trade training certificate makadagdag narin na points pala?
    kaso lang po may training certificate ako pero written in japanese .salamat po

    - i think your certification will fall under trade qualification and that is 10 pts
    - kailangan po ipa-translate nyo yan in English sa certified translator..

    Hi. May pharmacist ba dito? I just received SkillSelect invitation to apply for 189 visa at medyo natatakot ako magapply kasi wala ako kasama para i-compare ang mga requirements ko. I already finished IELTS, assessed by Autralian Pharmacy Council. Puro kasi accountant ang mga nababasa though I think same process lang naman.

    as long as nasatisfy nyo naman ang requirements ng DIAC and you have the documents to prove and submit it to them...you should be fine. :)

    Hi. May pharmacist ba dito? I just received SkillSelect invitation to apply for 189 visa at medyo natatakot ako magapply kasi wala ako kasama para i-compare ang mga requirements ko. I already finished IELTS, assessed by Autralian Pharmacy Council. Puro kasi accountant ang mga nababasa though I think same process lang naman.

    as long as nasatisfy nyo naman ang requirements ng DIAC and you have the documents to prove and submit it to them...you should be fine. :)

    Naexperience nyo ba yung inspection/visit ng case officer nyo wherein pupunta sya sa workplace nyo to verify na you are working there?

    nasan po ba kayo ngayon? so far sa mga nabasa ko dito sa forum...minsan may tumatawag daw sa employer to verify na nagwowork ka talaga dun. so far, yun pa lang mga nabasa ko dito. :)

    magandang araw po sa lahat...i've been reading this thread and other thread on this website for few days now and malaking tulong talaga siya...katulad ng marami gusto rin namin ni misis i-try ung chance namin...so i created an account para po makapag-tanong narin at makahingi ng personal opinion niyo....

    both of our jobs are included sa CSOL;

    misis - architectural drafter (almost 5yrs; electrical, struct & architectural); BS Archi grad; 30yrsold, got a lot of certs

    kamote1013 - ICT Support Technician (almost 5yrs); diploma holder; got some IT certs

    1. on your opinion sino samin ang dapat mag-apply ng visa? and what type of visa we can apply?
    2. for IELTS requirements, GT or AC po ba ang dapat i-take ni misis? alm ko po kasi IELTS GT ang para sa mga ICT.
    3. tama po ba na hindi kailangan ng IELTS results pag nagpa-assess sa VETASSESS?
    4. paki-check naman kung tama yung process na gagawin namin

    - skill assessment
    - IELTS
    - pag positive lahat gagawa na kami ng account sa SKILLSELECT for EOI? or pwedeng gumawa ng account sa SKILLSELECT kahit hndi pa kami tapos sa first two steps?

    @kam0te1013 -welcome to the forum.. you've made the first step towards your Australian dream... (parang receptionist lang ako dito... haha)

    eto po ang opinion ko:
    - mas mataas ang education qualification points ni misis.. Degree (15pts) vs Diploma (10pts) , pero sa total points depende pa rin sa other factors like age, and IELTS
    - if you have the means, pwede nmn po kayo both magpa-assess, so you can claim extra 5pts for Partner skills
    - ielts po is general training, and yes its not required for VETASSES and ACS
    - tama po ang process for you; Skills assessment > IELTS > EOI
    - if your skills are in CSOL sched 2 you need to apply for State Sponsorship, isusubmit nyo lang po ang skills assessment result and ielts sa specific state and your EOI reference number. You need to select kung saang state in-demand ang skills nyo (each state has its own list, please check their website).. SS also has additional 5 points..

    EOI requires atleast 60pts in total.. I suggest you simulate different scenarios sa inyong dalawa..

    Oct 16-28, 2012 - Initial Entry Completed - Sydney
    July 28, 2013 - Final move to Perth
    Sep 9, 2013 - Started work with the same company i worked for in UAE/USA
    Oct 28, 2013 - Moved to another company.. ;)

    I'm just curious prior July 2012, ilang points ang required para makapagpasa ng application sa DIAC or SS? :)

    This July 2012 lang ba naging effective ang 60 points?

    prior to July 2012, 65 points po ang requirement. kung 60 points ka lang...pwede kunin extra 5 points sa SS. :)
