Thank you po. I do need one kasi po andito ako sa Libya, ang hirap gumalaw lalo na ang pagkuha ng mga documents and processing. Sir Noborders Migration Advocates po ang agency ko. Mga Australian migration lawyers sila based in Queensland. Sila po ang nagfile lahat ng application pati pagcertify ng aking mga docs sila na din ang gumawa. Lalo na po yung mga important things like EOI, state sponsorship allication sila ang nagasikaso. ang mga clients nila mostly ay from Europe na naghahanap ng work sa AU.

tama po.. kaya make sure na ung mga ilalagay nyong work experience for assessment is related/closely related to your nominated occupation..

yung result po ng assessment ang basis ng DIAC on claiming your work exp points..

Hi @globetrotter - as for our case, we made appointments for the medicals to be done immediately after we got the acknowledgement from DIAC.

Mejo mabilis na kasi sila mag-process ngayon so it would not be too much of a problem if you go ahead and "front-load" your medicals. Get your PCC na rin...

Congratulations Sir on getting a positive CPAA assessment; ito yung pinaka-kinatatakutan namin ni misis before but it came our positive naman...

Thank you @psychoboy...Medyo na-down nga ako before nung ngsubmit ako ng assessment sa CPA Australia - actually I'm a CPA from the Philippines and yung unang assessment nila in 2010 was di ako ngtake ng Theory of Accounts which is impossible kc requirement un sa Board Exam...

Until recently, I travelled to Australia as a tourist and nakitang maganda talaga ang opportunity kaya ng pa-reassess ako - ayun snwerte naman at inacknowledge na yung subject na nawawala...

About the medicals, yun kc application ko nilagay ko na resident ako ng Philippines kaya ang lumalabas sa online health eh yung clinics sa Pinas - although nandito ako sa Dubai...and yung registered clinic d2 sa dubai ang sabi sa akin eh wait ko daw yung CO ko? Tama ba sila or ipilit ko na magpa-appointment kc sabi din nila matagal tagal din ang next appointment...pero may sinasabi sila na dapat daw sabihin ng CO ko kung saan yung health appointment...

Help naman...Sensya na - tuliro lang at excited at the same time! LOL

Try to email [email protected] and explain your situation, they usually reply within 24hrs.

If you email them now, pwede ka makatanggap ng reply by tomorrow.

Lahat po ng nilagay nyo as dependents even if they are not migrating to austalia, eh kailangan po ng medical/pcc... kaya po recommended din sila..

i think ang reasoning dyan is because, at some point eh pwde mo sila dalhin sa australia dahil nga dependents mo sila..

did you apply by yourself or do you have an agent?

This issue has two effects, both on your medical and PCCs... kaya better contact your CO..
based on your application eh wala ka pala sa Dubai... pero nandyan ka pala...

Nakalink na kasi ngaun ang mga clinic kung saan ang current area of residence mo.. unlike before... na kahit saan basta alam mo ang TRN mo.. pwede kana magpa-medical...

Sa PCC naman, nakabased sa information mo ang calculation nila ng PCCs (if you lived in a certain country for 12months or more)..

@psychoboy Thank you...I made an appointment na using manual at inexplain dun sa clinic yung situation...sana mag ka CO ako before the appointment kc 10 days pa naman before nung medical...

@lock_code2004 Thank u for the information...I included them sa application in the interest of full disclosure, pero kung alam ko lng na pati sila eh magpapa PCC at medical sana pala hindi na kc baka magtagal pa yung processing...

I think you may be referring to country of usual residence diba? I think you SHOULD HAVE placed Dubai as the answer; even though you are not really a resident there, fact is you are there for the meantime as a result of your working visa.

kami din, we are not residents here in Singapore but we placed Singapore as our country of usual residence as we hold employment status/working visa here...

The good news is that I don't think this is too much of an issue though as compared to claiming extra points.

@psychoboy medyo tricky nga sa akin yung question...kc d2 sa dubai wala naman kami street address puro PO Box ginagamit d2 kc nga puro short term lease lang naman pede for workers - kaya yung Pinas address na ginamit ko...

anyway, i already applied for dubai police clearance at pinadala ko na rin yung NBI Form sa Pinas - hopefully wala nga maging problem kc itong 2 countries na ito lng naman tinirhan ko ng matagal...thanks sa mga advise at replies

@jenipet20 pag kasi non successful yung assessment at sabihin na may kulang "daw" na subject taken non-refundable yung 2,000aed na bayad...kung tinuloy ko sa kanila halos 12,000aed or another 3,060aud halos yung ibabayad ko sa kanila kung nagkataon - kc nga sguro nalaman nila na naging successful yung 2nd assessment ko - eh pede naman walang migration agent...d2 pa lang sa mga forum madami ka na makukuhang information...

@globetrotter - i came from dubai too.. kaya alam ko din ang problem about house address.. hehe..

pero tama si @psychoboy... address means current country of residence.. at kung sa pagka-alam ko eh residence visa din tayo dyan nung nag work tayo.. tignan mo ang UAE visa mo sa passport nakalagay "Residence Visa"...

anyway,i have two friends who used Voitin agents.. okay nmn sila.. well i chose to apply by myself dahil i did not find any reason to use agents...

Almost 12k aed din kasi bnyad nya.. Palpak kasi yung agent e.. May mga docs p syang gusto isama kaso sbi nung agent hnd n daw ksma yun..ska dpat yung coe nverify din nya kung may kulang o wla.. @wakaru - ano ba yung planned ocupation na i-nominate nyo if sakaling mag-apply? from there, check mo anong requirements sa skills assessment for that particular occupation.

from what I gather here, most skills assessing body takes into consideration kasi the education. apart from this, pandagdag points ang education (maximim of 15pts)

@wakaru - if you have trade training certification... pwede nmn po yun..
puntahan nyo po ang TRA website.. nandun po ang mga requirements..

visit nyo rin po ang points system kung abot kayo ng 60 pts sa different factors:
- age
- work experience
- IELTS (english exam)
- educational qualification

may specific thread din po dito sa forum about TRA... browse nyo lang po for more information...

@lock_code2004 Thanks sa reply...Chneck ko yung dati kong application at ganun din pala yung advise ng agent ko kaya pinare-pareho ko na lang for the sake of consistency...sa PCC naman cguro wala problema kc pareho ako magbibigay ng NBI at Dubai PC...

yung sa health na lang - pero yung Dubai clinic pumayag naman sila ng appointment provided may TRN na daw ako...double check ko na lang din sa CO once magkaroon na ako...

sa coe sya nadali.. kasi wala pala dun working hours.. sana s agent pa lang na-QA n sya.. so zero yung working experience nya..

hingi na lang din ako ng advice.. magpapare-assess uli yung bf ko.. yung s recent company nya..sa february 5 years n siya dun..pero kung isasama nya yung s pinas.. 8years na sya this january.. antayin na lang b nya yung february para sure ball na lang din yung 5 years nya s recent company para s point test?
