@Heprex ako na po ang sasagot para kay @bridge kasi ganito po sir.

Example po: may EOI # 1234, 70 points, sya for 189 DOE Dec 10 2017. Kaya lang dahil 2 months na wala pa syang ITA naisip namin na mag submit sya sa 190 NSW para 75 points sya. Kaya last week inopen nya ung skill select nya nag add sya ng EOI for 190 NSW, pag save nya narealise nya na nawala ang original EOI 1234 nya. Napatungan ng details para sa 190NSW.

Dahil sa frustration at panic nagcreate sya ng new skill select account (na dapat pala ganito ang unang nyang ginawa para di napatungan ung EOI 1234 nya) para sa 189 with the same points EOI 5678 pero syempre DOE nito ay Feb 15 2018 na. Sa lagay nya ngaun delikado na sya mainvite bago sya ng 33 yrs old sa May. Babagsak sya sa 65 points. Na mapanganib kung aabutin sya ng new fiscal year July 1 2018 kasi baka mawala na ung occupation nya sa list.

Ang tanong po kung ioopen nya ang EOI 1234 at babaguhin nya para maging 189 ulit. Babalik kaya ang DOE sa 10 Dec 2017?

mga boss, ask lng po....sa immiaccount part ng prev countries of residence.....my 2 kids akong dependent pero sa part na prev countries of residence na dropdown wala sa list ang 2 kids ko, nka lagay dun ako at wife lng.....

pano po ba e add ang kids? TIA

@ram071312 hala, gets ko na. Tama yung hinala ko. Not sure kung babalik pa yung 189 date of effect. So na uncheck nya yung 189 nung dinagdag nya si 190? Sana hindi, if hindi try nya download yung pdf ng eoi nya na points breakdown. Yung pdf na nakalista ang DOE.

If wala nantalaga, He can try na enable ulit yung 189 sa eoi#1234 since meron naman syang isa pang eoi na nagawa for 190.

@ heprex hindi ko sure sir kung nauncheck ni @Bridge. Pero sabi nya wala na talaga. Parang nangyari as in naging 190 na ung EOI 1234. Tinary na namin sa Skill Select Tech Support itanong kung puede mareinstate ung EOI 1234 to SI 189 with Dec 2017 DOE , inexplain ung nangyari plus inattach pa ung pdf nung original EOI 1234 na nasave nya dati. Pero sabi ng tech support wala daw silang capability na gawin un

Question, if ung 1st eoi ko nasubmit July 2017 189/190 (60/60+5) ANY tas ni update ung score this Jan 2018 189/190 (65/65+5) ANY, anu ifofollow na date for invite? Parang ngreset ba ung application ko?
Kc nakita ko expiry ng eoi ko is July 2019.

May chance pa ba ma invite ang 189 65pts 263111, 190 65+5pts ANY 263111? Gaano katagal ung waiting time ng invite?

Hello guys! Just gathering my documents before lodging. Patulong naman po, I claimed points for experience sa work ko sa pinas pero wala na po akong payslips or tax return. Ang meron lang ako is SSS stat, COE, reference letter from manager and skills assessment. Ano pa pong pwede ko idagdag? Stat dec po kaya? Please advise.

@izzamrg NaCO contact ako (and still waiting for my grant) kasi coe, ref letter and sss lang nasubmit ko sa pinas experience ko. They asked for my pasylips. So, you better squeeze all that you can for additional proof of employment. Some of them used bank statement. If you have it, you can include it too.

Hello,

Check ko lang po, yung previous company ko ay hndi sila ngissue ng payslips. They are issuing cheques last time so ang makikita sa bank statement ko eh ay pumasok lng ung pera pero wlang details na galing sa company.

Ayos lng po ba na eto ang isubmit, is this sufficient enough?

1) tax assement for one year lng ( Does anyone here from SG na nkapagsubmit ng NOA? wala kasing company details included sa tax assesment, do they still accept that?)

2) employment contract which states the initial salary.

3)statement of service na nakalagay ung yearly gross salary for all the years in service.

Hi. How is the bank statement going to prove employment?

Do you mean we need to provide a historical bank statement for every company we worked with (probably to see the significant dates in the bank statement if they match with or correspond to the dates of employment)?

@NoelRubio direct deposit kasi ng company i worked for ang sweldo ko fortnightly, so if I am able to provide the bank statement to my old payroll account, it will help prove my paid employment to the CO.

@NoelRubio @izzamrg yep, yung previous companies nyo na may direct deposits to your account will help. The key is, attach all that you can. Lesson learned ko yan. Kahit isang itr lang, or few payslips. Basta will help to prove your employment isama mo lang. All the best guys ☺️

Hi ask ko po regarding sa proof of paid employment, sa Middle po ako galing, wala kasi tax returns doon. Closed na din Ang Bank na May sahod ko dati.

Contract, COe, reference letter lang po Ma provide ko, pwde na kya to? .. Salamat.

Hi lecia and mj_eugenio, regarding sa post nyo dalawa, eto po yung post ni mespedido about it.
May case officer na cinontact siya asking for his payslips. Now if wala po kayo payslips na maibigay, that's a risk you are willing to take.

May post rin si kymme about na may mga case officer na chill lang, may iba naman napaka strict. So it's really a risk you are willing to take. Remember, more waiting times ulit rin yun kasi hihingi at hihingi cla nyan.

as per my case, sa claimed exp ko i submitted COE, professional reference (for nurses), tax assessment from ATO, ALL payslip in 1 pdf file. sa unclaimed exp, COE and professional reference lang

Ang tanong ko lang rin is (anyone can answer by the way), when it comes to unclaimed exp, is it ok ba na kahit COE and professional reference lang ang ipasa for visa application, like what second quote stated above? Confirmed na po ba na ganun?

So far may naretrieve ako na 2015 ITR form sa claimed work exp ko sa pinas. Crossing my fingers na mahanap ko ang 2016 ITR form. fingers crossed!

@NoelRubio for unclaimed exp, prof ref and CoE lang provide ko and di na ako hiningan, direct grant agad. so its really up to case officers talaga if hihingi pa ng additional proof of employment.
