Pero I was able to keep copies of the employment offer, contract, saka isang Salary Certification nung mag loan ako sa isang Saudi bank.

Just give them a copy of your Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate. Even with immigration, yan din hiningi nilang proof.

@cheng1003 Yung statement of service, pwede siyang signed by your Director of Nursing, HR manager or unit manager among others. Basta sundin lang yung template for that.
With the change of surname, ilalagay mo naman yun sa AGOS Form so makikita nila yung Maiden name mo.
In 2weeks time natatanggap na yung COGS dito sa Au from PRC.

@cheng1003 PRC po does not send the COGS. What you can do is ask them to enclose the COGS in a PRC envelop and mail it using Registered Express Mail. In 2 weeks time nasa Australia na po yun. Pwede rin regular mail kaso wala kang way to track kung saan na ang mail. Sa registered mail just put PRC as sender. Of course, pwede rin mga couriers pero more expensive.

Matthew 7:7
Ask and you will receive, search and you will find, knock and the door will be opened for you.
Psalm 23
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Eventhough I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. My cup overflows. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and i will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
@greenapple AHPRA does not require payslips, neither does ANMAC. It's needed when lodging your PR visa.

With the change of surname, ilalagay mo naman yun sa AGOS Form so makikita nila yung Maiden name mo.
In 2weeks time natatanggap na yung COGS dito sa Au from PRC.
