i am in a relationship with my gf for 10 years.
we had pictures and letters for evidence
    and of course, parent's approval.
i'm working here in Japan for 2 years already,
so wala kaming joint account, never din kami tumira sa iisang bahay.
although we have evidence for our travel last year such as itenerary of flight.
do you think possible siya for de facto?

hihingi lng po sana ng sample copy ng pinasa nyo for lodging visa for reference.
    example po is yung

    - personal statement covering factors stated in DIAC's requirements (see below), where did you meet, how the relationship developed.. parang love story .. commitment and plans...
    - signed statements of family and friends regarding their knowledge about the relationship, this is very important to show that the relationship is accepted by family and friends..

eto po email ko [email protected]

Hi! Just wanted to say thank you sa lahat ng nag help sakin. Student visa (Subclass 573) ako then pa expire na this March 2018. Tapos dumating partner ko last year under Student Visa (Subclass 500), so nag decide kami na isama ko nalang siya sa applyan ko visa.

-October 19, 2017 [Dumating si partner sa Sydney then nag live in na kami and kumuha ng joint bank account]
    - January 19, 2018 [The day we lodged our visa: POST GRADUATE 485] Dependent si partner.
    - February 09, 2018 [CO contacted us to submit the other supporting docs, hindi ko pa kasi nasubmit yun personal statements, pictures and mga stat dec ng family and friends]
    - February 22, 2018 [Na submit ko na yun ina ask niya except sa Certificate of Relationship and Joint back account kasi hindi ko pa na JP. Bukas palang sana but then..]
    - FEBRUARY 23, 2018 VISA GRANT!!!! Agad agad!!

Sobrang bilis and smooth ng process! Kaya thank God.

@RheaMARN1171933 like when you stay in a hotel a lot, like once or twice a month. So may record kana even your expenses at the hotel's cafe is archived.

@ginpo like when travelling? If you have copies of your booking under both names I don't see it harming your application. It can actually satisfy the social aspect of the relationship. The main goal is to provide evidence that both of you are living together. If you are showing hotel records to prove you are in cohabitation, that would be a weak evidence.

Hello, I need help with my current case. We are compiling documents my for secondary application for 457 (but now 482). My partner is already in Australia.

First issue: Nung nag-apply siya as main applicant, he declared that was “never married or in de facto relationship”. We were honestly not aware of what de facto meant then kaya akala niya okay lang.

Second issue: the address he used in the application was his home address and not the temporary address where we lived for the past 9 months. He used his home address since it’s his legal address for dovuments.

We have leasing agreements and rental receipts proving that we lived under one roof in that span.
His company’s immigration team has only required us to prove that we lived together for 6 months.

Any ideas how can we resolve these issues?

Currently 6 years 4 months na kami in a relationship (since college days).
    Applying for visa 189/190.
As per recent checking, both job codes pasok pa sa Long Term SOL.

We only have proof of pictures since relationship has started, travel itineraries, family pictures, convos.. Pero never po kami nagtry mag live-in.

Will this be considered for the partner skill +5 points?

    salamat in advance!

Hello po mag ask lang kasi I am currently on a student visa and was not able to include my bf as my dependent. We are planning to get married by next year, and if ever po ma lodge ko PR ko hinde ko siya mainclude kasi wala siya as my dependent in my initial application as student visa. If I will apply him as de facto, medyo poor ba ang chances for approval kasi, we dont live together he also works abroad, no joint accounts pero, since we will get marriend we are planning to get one, meron ako proof of remittances. ANo po ba better option? pag applyin ko dn siya dito on student visa para magkaroon po ng strong evidence for the application? Thanks is advance for those who woll answer.
