    kasi sya na included mga roles and responsibilities ko, walang letterhead tapos signed by my team leader.. paano ba ito? dapat notaryo ano?
    for skills assessment po ba? sino po assessing body? kasi for my case, sa ACS...di nila tinanggap yung yung employer references na wala sa letterhead e at di rin nila tinaggap yung self stat dec ko. so gumawa pa ako ng stat dec/affidavit signed by my managers sa mga companies na pinagworkan ko.

I need your advise din po regarding the same issue.I've read somewhere in this forum,na may nakatry na magsubmit ng generic COE together with reference letter na nakastate dun ang detailed job descr signed by supervisor with his calling card and Company ID,and together with a self declared affidavit tapos pa notarize.

    yun din nababasa ko dati so that's what i did. unfortunately, ang strict ata nung assessor na nag-handle ng sa akin. di nya tinanggap yung employment references na wala sa letterhead ng company at di din nya tinanggap yung self-stat dec. ayun, so she gave me 28 days to submit new documents. kaya no choice ako nun kundi gumawa ng affidavit sa pinas signed by my previous manager kasi yung employer ko dati ay di nag-iissue ng COE other than the standard format. dito naman sa employer ko sa SG, nagkapal mukha na ako sa manager ko at sa HR dito para maiprint sa letterhead yung detailed COE.

    so maybe, just maybe, depende sa assessor kung tatanggapin or hinde.

    ako naman sa ACS. ganun po kasi sinubmit ko nung una...standard COE (in company letterhead), employer reference from my manager (in plain paper), and self-stat dec. nireject nung assessor ko yung employer reference kasi wala sa company letterhead at di rin tinanggap yung self-stat dec.

    di ko alam patakaran sa VETASSES so i can't give an advice. hehe

    ah ganun..parang mahihirapan kasi akong isama yung supervisor ko sa notary public mismo.

    yea hotshot, this is for ACS certification.. can not have affidavit now since nasa pinas yung signatory at dito ako now sa sg... try ko na lang magpasa ng standard coe then no logo notarized reference letter then let's see what happens..

    by the way, do we still need to submit hardcopies to ACS after submission of documents online?

    alam ko hindi na e. dati (earlier this year)...wala pa kasing online nun at puru hardcopy ang submission ng documents kaya ganun ginawa ko. pero ngayon...sa pagkakaalam ko...online na lahat sa ACS. :)

    like what @hotshot said, maganda na lahat isubmit kse depende sa officer na maghahandle ng application nyo.

    both me an my husband sent the same.

    yung sa akin only took 3 months smooth processing sa husband ko took 5 months kse yung officer wants employment contracts that has detailed jobscope.

    so depende talaga mas maganda na kumpleto. :)

    April 21- IELTS Passed (British Council Sg S$310)/ April-March -requirements for VETASSES, CTC 4 copies,DHL etc. (S$600)/March 19- Apply VETASSES online ($1150 aud)/June 06, 2012 - VETASSES (Architectural Draftsman) feedback positive /August 08- Apply EOI visa 190 at 70 points/September 11- Resubmit EOI (Was asked to change EOI form)/November 22- Apply for SS in WA (arch draftsman still available)/November 22- Resubmit EOI (changed the State from Victoria to WA)/December 05- Initial Contact by DIAC saying WA is interested./December 07- WA SS approved December 10- DIAC Invitation received (1 week down ecomm) December 14- Lodged Visa $3050aud (plus technical issues of ecom visa was "lodged" December 21 daw)/ Dec 28 - Medicals (frontload)/January 8 -CO Assigned/January 23-PCC/ JANUARY 23---VISA GRANT!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very inspiring forum, i have some questions lng po about nominating a skill, my husband work here as Design Engineer(3 yrs)and he's an Architectural grad (UST), binasa nmin yng job description ng Industrial Designer sa Australia and we think it fits the description s work nya dtu, also he has a 6 yrs experience as a Structural Steel detailer s pinas, ano po kya ang dapat Nominated skill nya? Industrial designer (CSOL) or Civil Engineering draftsperson (SOL)...i hope someone can enlighten me about this..thanx in advance. :)

    Ask po sana ako about the police clearance sa Pinas... Advisable pa na kumuha na ng Police clearance this December 2012 pero mga March or April 2013 pa ang lodging ng EOI? Mahirap kasing umuwi just for that purpose... Uwi kami this Dec so buti na lng dala dala balik sa SG ang mga kailangan na documents. Thank you po.

    09 April 2013 - Invitation to Lodge visa
    1 May 2013 - CO allocated
    13 May- Medical Submitted
    28 May - Police clearance submitted

    29 July 2013 ---- VISA GRANT

    that depends cguro on when do you plan to go to OZ when the visa is granted. kasi based sa trend sa mga nabasa ko dito...yung Initial Entry Date deadline depends on the expiration of the PCC/s and medicals (whichever expires first).

    another option for you is to go to the Philippine embassy here in SG tapos ayusin nyo na yung application form and fingerprinting. then, paguwi nyo sa pinas...dalhin nyo ang mga ito at iwan na lang sa relatives. when the time comes na kelangan na ang NBI clearance, then dun nyo na lang ipa-process sa relative nyo. you can refer to this thread: http://www.pinoyau.info/discussion/412/nbi-clearance-application-from-abroad

    @jaero and hotshot--- thanks sa feedback... kasi uwi kami sa pinas this Dec, so thinking na process na lng mga documents.. But question again, if that time gusto na lng namin umuwi at kumuha ng NBI clearance... no need na bayon mag pass by sa Singapore embassy?

    so in the future...uuwi na lang kayo ng pinas para kumuha ng NBI clearance? pag ganun, no need nang dumaan sa embassy dito sa SG.

    @hotshot ...maybe po... just thinking lng kung paano maging mabilis... cause we have been so relax latetly pwede pala at the same time mag prepare ielts and skills assessment.. so medyo na delay.. Thank you po talaga sa advices.. It helps alot.

    Share ko lang, hindi trouble sa akin experience yung pag kuha nga NBI kahit nandito ako sa SG mga two weeks lead time. Kuhakalang ng form sa embassy at padala mo lang sa pinas. Meron thread about NBI read mo doon and details. Good luck

    PR ako ngayon sa SG and granted na visa 176 sa OZ. i don't know kung may issue dito. hehehe

    SG PR will expire on June 2014. wala pa kong balak i-renounce ang PR status ko dito kasi sayang ang interest sa CPF. sa 2014 ko na i-renounce kapag stable na sa OZ. :)
