@gerard Ganyan po mismo ginawa namin. Nag-lodge kami while buntis si misis then nagpa-medical. Pwedeng pa-xray sana kasi may cover naman sila pero choice namin na i-defer na lang kaya na-hold yung medical ni misis.
Nung lumabas si baby nag-submit agad kami ng Change In Circumstance form and sinabi nga ng CO ng kelangan din ng medical ni baby. Around 2 months after ng submission ng medical ni baby kami nabigyan ng grant.

Hello everyone. I'm 9 weeks pregnant po.kakareceive ko lang ng invite sa 190. Nabasa ko po sa thread na yung iba nagpa medical while buntis except xray while yung iba naman nagpa medical after na lang manganak,kasabay si baby. Anu po ba ang dapat gawin?Magpa medical na asap or wait na lang after manganak? Salamat po sa sasagot.

@jaf19f Bale same lang po mangyayari dun unless pumayag kayo na magpa-xray kahit buntis (merong ilalagay na cover sa tyan pang-protect kay baby).

Kung magpapa-medical kayo ngayon while buntis tapos hindi kayo magpapa-xray, made-defer po yung status ng medical nyo tapos kelangan nyo intayin manganak para maituloy yung x-ray. So same lng din po; ang difference lang natapos nyo na ung ibang parts ng medical.

@jaf19f note that if you do that tapos umabot ka ng expiry ng medical, uulititin mo lahat so another gastos for you. No point leaving X-ray for later since everything will be delayed anyway so you might as well do medicals later. Medicals are only valid for 12 months.

I always advice my clients to do medicals later after giving birth. It’s less complicated in the end.

@jaf19f i agree po with @RheaMARN1171933 .. it either you do it all at once or lahat after giving birth na.. i read somewhere na may nagpamedical with xray na nkakuha ng grant while buntis and dun na sa OZ nanganak..pwede din idelay mo lng ung xray if you want to make sure na wala k na iba prob sa medicals mo like long term na gamutan etc

@jaf19f @ivandemarco as a mother myself, I won’t even risk the xray. What’s the rush anyway? May invite naman na so everything is locked in. Don’t stress too much na with the Visa, concentrate on what’s best for your pregnancy.

@gerard Hi. Pumayag sila na mag xray ako kahit I’m 5 months pregnant last month kasi meron naman apron to put on para ma protect si baby. Di na required med cert or any document from doctor basta ininform mo sya na mag xray ka and it is okay. Nag medical ako after ko nag lodge ng visa 190 kasi required. Complete ko lahat incl blood tests, med exam etc. I’m now waiting for my visa result.

@biboy329 may mga questions lang po ako :

1. kelan ung Initial Entry date niyo? I've read kasi na nagbabase siya kung kelan na clear ung medicals? Since kayo po iba2 ung date kung kelan na clear ung medicals nyo.

2.1year po ba validity ng medical? tama po ba na kapag naginitial entry ka , dapat valid pa ung mga medicals?

3.nung nagpasa kayo ng change in circumstances, nilagay niyo lang po yung baby under don sa #13 sa form 1022 (Do you have a partner (spouse or de facto partner) and/or any
dependants who are/were included in your application?) or nilagay niyo din po sa details of changes? then upload nalang passport and birth certificate ni baby?

4. sa birth certificate ni baby, diba hindi po agad makukuha yung NSO/PSA copy nung birth cert. Pwede na po ba yung galing sa hospital? Or need pa pong ipa-authenticate sa PSA yung birth certificate?

To be honest hindi ko po alam kung san nila ibinase yung initial entry date namin. Feb 2018 po IED namin pero Feb 2017 po both ung NBI namin tsaka medicals e (except kay wife and baby).

2.1year po ba validity ng medical? tama po ba na kapag naginitial entry ka , dapat valid pa ung mga medicals?

Again sorry po hindi ko po alam ung validity ng medical. Yung results po kasi sine-send nila directly sa DIBP e kaya di ko na natingnan. Pero personally wala po akong nabasa about sa 1 year validity ng medicals.

Hindi ko po sure kung ganun pa din ngayon pero hindi po kami nag-submit ng Form 1022 na PDF. Doon po sa immiAccount merong online form na pwede ka mag-notify ng changes. Doon nilagay ko lang po na gusto ko ipa-add si baby and in process pa yung birth certificate and passport (Full Name and Birthday lang po prinovide ko). Then nung in-email ako ng CO, in-add niya na din si baby sa application ko sa immiAccount. Doon na din po ako nag-upload ng birth cert and passport nya nung nakuha ko na.

Opo pwede na po yung galing sa hospital basta authenticated ng PSA. Ganun po sinubmit namin. Yun din po yung requirement ng DFA para magamit sa pagkuha ng passport ni baby.

@Anne2018 magiging issue lang or slight hiccup kung lumabas ba yung bata before ka dumating sa Australia... kasi aapplyan mo pa siya ng visa otherwise as sabi ni @patotoy no problem. Sa Aus na dapat manganak para Aussie si baby

Would like to know your opinion on this, What if baby is delivered before you get an invite and your EOI is not updated, the only dependent you added is your wife? Paano po iprocess ang visa lodgement?Paano po iiad si baby?

Hi @patotoy, im not sure on the visa lodgement procedure, pero since baby is not included in the EOI, pano ung procedure un? pwede ko mailagay si baby during pag fill up ng form during the application/visa lodgement?

yes pwede. need mo lang isupply yung documents like birth cert. no issues yan

Hello,

Check ko lng po om whats the best way to do.

We already applied for SA nomination, pero ang processing nila is umabot na halos ng 5-6 months, so im expecting out invitation around Nov/Dec na, by the time nanganak na si misis at roughly 2-3 months na si baby.

Do i still need to wait for my invitation first and inform my CO during visa lodgent or should I edit my EOI to add another dependent and inform SA about the changes in my EOI?

May konting questions lang po ako, baka po may nakaencounter na din. My wife is pregnant kasi and is about to give birth na at the end of the month. Nakapag lodge kami last November 30, 2018 and done na din yun medicals namin, except yun Xray nya. Inindicate ko po sa application namin yun HAP ID and sa remarks nilagay ko na pregnant siya.

1. Until now kasi wala pong CO contact, ok lang naman po ito? should i expect an email especially sa case na pregnant ang wife ko? Or hindi naman since naindicate ko naman agad sa application and malalaman sa medical results na pending pa ang Xray ni wife.

2. Should i just submit a change in circumstance after manganak ni wife kahit na wala pa email si CO? i assume baka magemail sila after submitting kasi they'll require me to submit additional documents ni baby.

3. Also I read na requirement for baby is yun birth certificate and passport niya. Any idea how long does it take to obtain a birth certificate? Chaka may bayad pa po ba si baby sa visa?

@kaloidq 1.) Malalaman ni CO na incomplete pa ang medicals niyo and possible ma CO Contact kayo, requiring to complete it all.

2.) Yes may form for any changes sa application. Additional dependents yata yun. I forgot.

3.) Birth cert - makukuha agad sa hospital, ang PSA copy parang after a month or two.
Passport - as long as 1 month old na si baby pwede na kunan, and diretso kayo sa courtesy lane.
Additional fees - 900 aud

Hello what happens if you got pregnant after lodging the visa (medical exam was taken), and when the visa was granted, you are still pregnant? Can you still fly to Australia and deliver the baby there or will you wait until the baby is born and add him/her as a dependent before flying to Australia?
