@flexihopper18 Saw this in Au immi's website... it seems that descriptive names are "to be ignored"

In practice in the Philippines, assuming all other details are the same, e.g. birthday, father's name, mother's name:
Juan dela Cruz, Jr.
Juan Jr. dela Cruz
is one and the same person.

It was only when they started electronic filing that some "discrepancies" started to appear due differences on how database entries were encoded and query results are presented. I have observed in SSS records that older records show descriptive names were attached to the family names (dela Cruz Jr) while newer records show being attached to first names (Juan Jr).
I am not a lawyer nor could I find any regulation on how and why these are as it is.

singit lang ako for fast reply sa question mo. yan yung official Pearson Practice Test na may accurate scores. you can purchase it before you take the actual PTE exam para malaman mo kung ready ka na ba or needs improvement pa.

@cyborg5 Yung saken namn hindi mabasa ung nsa NSO birth certificate ko kasi handwritten pa that time ung mga particulars ko. Ang ginawa ko I scanned in one file both my NSO and LCR birth cert (medyo mas legible to kesa sa NSO birth cert ko and make sure na certified true copy). Then may bura pa ung NSO birth cert ko na pinaayos ko pa dati nung mag-board exam ako. I also attached lahat ng proof of age na pede ko attach like passport biopage, married cert, SSS UMID. Nglagay ako table of contents in the first page like this for my birth certificate document:

Evidence of Birth or Age – Family Name, Give Name

Table of Contents

I. Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate from Local Civil Registry….….. page 2

II. Birth Certificate from National Statistics Office ………………............... page 3
 As my birth certificate was only hand-written, the letters were not so legible hence I also requested a Certified True Copy of my birth certificate from Local Civil Registry from the City where I was born as in page 2 of this document.

Just to share based on my own case. Ganun na daw kasi sadya ung birth cert ko, sulat kamay kasi eh..hahaha..Yung sayo blurry so may paraan pa para makakuha ka clearer copy.

Hi,

I'm in the process of submitting my EOI. Need help po sana kung pano ilalagay yung employment history. Wala po akong makukuha na points sa work experience since after April 2017 lang yung naconsider sakin.
Kelangan po ba yung after April 2017 lang yung ilalagay ko as "Related Employment"? Pano ko po ilalagay yun kung nasa company A pa ko that time? Sa pagkakaintindi ko kasi ang lalagyan lang ng "YES" sa "Related Employment" ay kung kukuha ka ng points for that work experience.

From 1 July 2014 skills assessments issued by TRA or a TRA approved RTO and lodged in support of certain types of skilled visa applications must be no older than three years from the date of issue.

Skills assessments issued by TRA or a TRA approved RTO, and lodged prior to 1 July 2014 with the Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs) in support of a visa application will not be affected.

This change follows amendment of the Migration Regulations effective 1 July 2014. The purpose of the amendment is to ensure that a skills assessment meets the current occupational requirements for the nominated occupation in Australia. For more information please contact Home Affairs.

Guys question lng po, in case po ba na for example mag submit ako ng EOI with 65 points ngayon then by next month (for example October 31, 2018 magkaroon ako ng 3 years claimable experience) mag auto update po ba yung EOI to 70 points kahit di ko galawin supposedly na same employer na pina assess ko and at the same time maguupdate din yung Date Of Effect na tinatawag? Thanks po.

@patotoy thanks, pero since pro rated ang nominated occ ko (Developer Programmer) di kaya mas tatagal lang yung waiting time ko kpg nag update from 65 to 70 points yung score ko sa EOI since nag update din Date of Effect?

hindi mo mapipigilan yung DOE change dahil nagbago ang points mo. hindi ka din maiinvite sa 65 at 70pts dahil 75pts ang iniinvite nila sa code mo at nasa June 20 palang sila. best move mo ay i-superior ang english mo.

@batman halimbawa po kapag sa EA, may working experience ako na di ko pinaassess (RSEA) and hindi ko din po ginawan ng CDR, hindi din po siya claimable?
