    @chyrstheen based sa research, napprocess within 3-5 business days yung FBI clearance once mareceive nila yung hard copy ng fingerprints. Ang matagal lang siguro yung pag mail ng fingeprints (around 2-5days) sa US. Hopefully next week meron na. Yung sayo baka next or next2 week mo na makuha dg mo. Good luck! Sana hindi kami ma 2nd CO contact because of de facto evidence hehe

    Hello po. Question lang po regarding sa CO contact.

    Form 815 po kasi ang nirequest sa amin nung CO. Naconfuse lang po kami dun sa "You should provide your response in writing.". Ano po yun, gawa kami ng letter na naprovide na? Bukod po dun sa pag-upload?

    At saka po dun sa "Send your response to me using the contact details provided below.". Kelangang iemail ko po sa kanya yung requested doc na Form 815? Ang contact detail po na nakita namin dun sa letter nya ay [email protected]. Pero sabi po dun sa isang doc na inaattach nya rin ay "Do not email attachments as this will cause delays in the processing of your application. We do not send acknowledgement advices for the receipt of attachments."

    Nalilito lang po kami. Salamat po sa makakapag-enlighten. God bless. :)

    @ElmoAlby, you attach lng po sa Immi acct nyo ang form. In case na may possibility na madelay ang submission for any reason, need sila i inform sa "gsm.allocated.@homeaffairs.gov.au". Example obtaining PCC from other country that it takes more than 28days. This is a case na need i inform ang CO with the email address they provided supporting all proof of efforts in obtaining the required document.

    @Bjane i have previous work experiences na wala na ako makuhang payslip or any form of evidence hanggang huling piga kaya ginawa ko is sila (my old company) ang pinagawa ko ng Statutory declaration kung bakit wala silang ma iproduce na payslip or pay evidence ko. hindi ikaw ang mag aafidavit, kundi ang previous employer mo. then pinassign na lang sa attorney with all legalities.

    i know medyo mahirap mag demand sa previous employers pero it’s the best way to do for the future hehe medyo makiusap para gumawa sila ng affidavit. Ayun yung experience ko. Hope makatulong. :)

    is it assessment pa lang na outcome letter or sa mismong visa na? either way parehas na malaking bagay ang stat declaration. if assessment pa lang at mahirap makausap previous employer mo, baka pwedeng di na isama sa work experience na magclaclaim ka ng points?

    @Bjane if mag pa pa assess kayo ng bago, they will treat it as a new assessment, so di na nila hahabulin yung dati niyong pina assess. :)

    Same like sa mga people na nag pa assess ng certain occupation tapos nag close, so nag pa assess sila ng panibagong occupation, di na hinabol ni assessment body yung dati kasi treated as new assessment na nga. Inaassess ka lang naman nila base on the documents you presented. :)

    sayang nga yun kasi if kasama yun sa 7years mo now maximum points makuha mo sa overseas experience pero mas alam niyo naman po yan if ilang points needed at prefer niyo. :)

    binasa q kz sa TRA web ung naassess na. ang isusubmit lang daw nmin is ung new evidence. pra lalagay nmin reference ng old TRA namin. pero just incase na wag nmin ilagay sa new assessment nmin ung TRA ref namin pwed naman po cguro n isubmit namin lht ng nasubmit nun pero ang tanong q naman eh hndi kaya magkaproblema kz makikita nila s system nila n my recod na kami tapos magsusubmit kami ulit ng bago.

    Yes kasi 6 years ng exp ko sa SG is from that company eh. Ang problema kasi ang hirap kumuha ng payslip kasi nag palit na sila ng ownership so most record is gone. Hopefully yung iras and cpf statement ko eh valid.

    @charsiewPao dagdagan mo na lang ng Statutory Declaration, mas maganda kung galing yun statement from the company na di na sila makapag issue ng payslip. Or pd din naman ikaw mismo yun gumawa tapos bigay mo contact details ng company. Pd mo sya papirmahan sa Australian embassy.
    Once lang ako nag feedback, after 1 month na na CO contact ako.

    @Bjane not sure ako sa TRA sir. Pero hindi ba reassessment tawag doon if pina pasubmit lang nila ang mga bago?

    Pero to be sure pwede kayo mag inquire muna sa kanila na what if di niyo na isama yung mga experience na wala kayo ma provide na evidence. Dapat treat nila yan as new assessment na if ganun.

    Thanks bro. sabi naman sa reply sakin duon sa feedback they acknowledge tax form and goverment docs so just hoping and praying na lumabas na result. ang hirap kasi mag plano and mag desisyon hangat wala yung golden ticket (grant).
