To satisfy this requirement, the couple must demonstrate that they have been in a de facto relationship for at least 12 months before the visa application is made. For migration purposes, a person is in a de facto relationship with another person if they:
are not married to each other
have a mutual commitment to a shared life to the exclusion of all others
are in a genuine and continuing relationship
live together or do not live separately and apart on a permanent basis
are not related by family.

I don't have enough knowledge with the procedures and requirements yet, just reading and researching to be 100% sure that I am doing the right thing. I'm a CompSci Grad and currently working as a System Admin..
I had a 3 years System Support experience on my previous employer and 2 years and 5 months on the current.
My question is... do you think it is better if I will submit my requirements to ACS for skills assessment on May 2019 so i already have 3years working experience on my current role? Or i can submit it now? Which do you think is better?
And if May 2019, can i already request for a copy of my employment evidence from my previous employer? Is it still valid? I also sent them an email and inquire if possible to include my duties and responsibilities on my COE. they agreed but i should be the one who will provide all the informations to them.
Thank you

assessments are valid for 2 to 3 years.
its an employment reference that you need which includes mostly all what are the needed information for assessment as COE does not include all details you need. try browsing the net are for more details or here in the forum. You need to spend time in research if your are doing it your own.

I've already lodge my eoi few months ago and expected to be invited next month..
I have already all my documents and my dependent's documents ready na para sa lodging ng visa if ever mainvite na.
Problem ko is my dependent (husband), is away for work (seafarer) and if ever mainvite kmi next month hindi sya makakapagmedical agad agad because his contract will end pa march 2019.
Pag mgrequest na ba ang CO for medical sa amin, my timeframe ba yun? Because hindi pa possible na mgmedical yung dependent ko agad 2x
Thanks sa makakapagbugay ng insight

I heard mahigpit ang invite rounds ngayon.. Submitted an EOI early this year, with 70 points.
Wala pa ring feedback, I just want to be prepared in case I have to make extra effort to gain more points?
