hi @just.anotherguy been there in SA for about 8mos.. Civil/archi drafter background ako then was working as drafter sa SG. Nagdecide na ako nun na magsubmit ng application sa ibang regional then after 2weeks merong company na naghire sakin dito sa Geelong, kaya lumipat ako. Sobrang ganda ng package willing kasi ako itrain nung company kaya lumipat.
courtesy sa state na nagsponsor sakin. Ipaalam ko na wala akong trabahong nakuha nung nagstay ako ng 8mos. Yung iba kasi pinapaalam nila sa state, binibigyan ng release letter. Unfortunately, SA di sila nagbibigay ng release letter whilst they reminded me that I signed to the agreement that I need to stay there for 2yrs with a year full time experience.

Clarify lng po. Un po bang financial declaration is not required for overseas. I mean d n need magprovide ng financial declaration. Kz nakita q s required docs- details of financial capacity for international graduates. So ibig po savhin no need n sa mga overseas candidate

hi @Bjane, Ung visa489 namin kasi meron siya “visa condition 8539” (depende kung anong klase ng visa 489 na merun ka)
8539 - While the visa holder is in Australia they cannot live, study or work outside of a regional or low growth metropolitan area. This means anywhere in Australia except in:
• Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and the Central Coast in New South Wales
• Brisbane and the Gold Coast in Queensland
• Perth and surrounding areas in Western Australia
• Melbourne in Victoria
• the Australian Capital Territory.

Kahit visa 190 (70pts), basta pasok sa required points at nasa list ng skills for state sponsorship ng SA ang skill na aapplyan mo.

@von1xx Ano yung occupation mo? Kung nasa SOL ng SA tapos open pa yung occupation and wala naman nakasulat na minimum point requirement, 65 points is enough to get invited. Kung nasa Supplementary List and open pa yung occupation, kailangan ng minimum 80 points to be invited.

Chineck ko yang 263213 occupation mo, sa SA under visa 489 with special conditions, and looks like 70 pts minimum needed for your job (including state sponsorship points). Mukhang pasok ka naman. Sa QLD minimum 80 pts.

@fam4migrant declaration lang po. Pag hinanapan, then that's when you'll need to provide. Samin, since 3 kami, required na meron kami 30k AUD. Wala kaming ganong halaga. Pero in preparation na baka hanapan ng ganong evidence, nagsabi na lang kami sa relatives na pwede naming hiraman, just in case. Pero di rin naman hinanap yun.
