Hello SA family !!!

Buhay pa ba ang batch 2011-2012 ? 6 yrs ago, ang gulo natin dito sa forum, the time when this post came into being. Parang kelan lang din wala akong makitang pinoy sa Rundle Mall (april 2012) . yung tipong kapag nakakita ka ng pinoy, hahabulin mo para magpakilala ka. Ngayon ? puro pinoy na ang Rundle! hahahaha.

Medyo dumugo lang ang ilong ko sa SA state sponsorship requirement, sobrang taas na ng required points. Hindi na pwede ang smart and bright lang. Dapat smartest and brightest !!

Guys sa mga nakapaglodge na dati, about sa police clearances:

Meron kasi ako tatlo e: PH, SG and UAE dati.

If I count last 10 years: pinas 2 years and 7 months (current), sg 7 years and 4 months, tapos to complete the 10 years sumabit pa yung sa UAE ko ng isang buwan. So balak ko ihabol na lang sana yung sa UAE in case pag hiningi lang ng CO. Pwede kaya yun or talagang all-in na dapat yung mga requirements ipasa during visa lodging?

@bob88 need mo ng police clearance sa lahat ng country na nag stay ka ng 1yr. so kung naka 1yr ka sa UAE need mo kumuha ng police clearance.

65 pts po ba ang minimum points for 489 visa? Paano malalaman kung High Points required? For this case sa ANZSCO na ito?

Offshore applicants Provisional 489 visa only - outside Australia pwede lang magapply nito?

bro @aJeff mimimum required points for "high points" is 80.. ptaas k p ng 5 points pra mging 70 points ka (either ptaasin mu english mu or claim k ng partner points).. then additional +10 points sa state nomination pag sa 489 visa.. so 70+10 points puede n un sa high points. e2 ung link: https://www.migration.sa.gov.au/skilled-migrants/nomination-process/skilled-nomination-requirements/high-points

hi! medyo late na pero na-receive ko na ang ITA ko for SA last Oct 31. di ko expected kasi based sa calculation ko early Jan 2019 pa dapat.

question po. nakalagay po sa website that visa 489 let's you stay in Australia for 4 years. ano pong mangyari kung lagpas na ng 4 years tapos di ka pa nag apply for another visa?

@jaceejoef you can renew the 489 actually if we were to believe the posts na lumalabas sa Google but I have not read the official guidelines sa immigration instructions mismo that would say this is possible. Usually nakikita ko lang is 489 from another visa pero walang 489 to 489

@jaceejoef ang target mo po after 4 years is to apply for 887 visa. Actually kung mameet mo yung 2 years living in regional that issues your 489 plus 1 year fulltime work kahit di pa ma consume yung 4 years pwede ka ng magapply for 887 visa which is PR visa na din.

@jaceejoef you will be an unlawful non citizen without a valid visa. Why would you even let the visa expire? I have not encountered anyone who has done this since after 2 years, you’ll be qualified for 887 Visa na whichnis a permanent one. It doesn’t make sense to let the 489 expire at all.

@jaceejoef once your 489 visa expires and didn't pursue the 887 then you must exit Australia. Because 489 is only a temporary/provisional visa, it is not renewable.

Tanong lang po, after po ba gumawa ng Eoi sa skillselect for 489 SA, need ba mag apply for state nomination sa site nila? may bayad po ba?

@helaena Merong fees. I paid 201.00 AUD last July 2018 for my nomination application sa SA. Check their website if it's still the same.

Yes. Most yata ng nagpasa ng EOI sa SA around June-July nainvite na. Dumating mga invites sometime in October.
