@Elaine Is this for your character requirements? If so, then I think you only need the "standard" police clearances from all countries you've stayed (min. 1 year) in the past 10 years. Assuming you stayed in SG and PH in the past 10 years, you'll need a Certificate of Clearance (CoC) from SPF and an NBI Clearance.

@Elaine For Singapore Police CoC, You need to go here. You need to make an appeal first. Once your appeal is approved, you can then now apply for your CoC. I suggest you read through this thread.

NBI Clearances have only 1-year validities, so I think you can't. So opo, kelangan mo kumuha uli sa may embassy.

Pero, try to check mo na rin kung pwedeng kumuha ng bagong clearance for your visa lodging. Yung sa SG, no validity period stated afaik.

@sicntyrd @Elaine as far as the Australian immigration is concern, all police clearances are only valid for 12 months.

Guidance please.

Additional years lng po sa work experience. Medyo kinapos kasi ung target years of experience.

    TIA for your answers.

@Elaine if your partner resided in Singapore or in one country for 12months or more kilangan nia kumuha ng Police clearance, yung English test is kilangan lng nia Prof ng functional english test na pwedi nio makuha sa school or university nia like a simple letter from school.

    Cheers

Romans 12:12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.

James 5:7-8 Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Since yung recent questions ay IED, can I ask kung pwedeng mag-land sa ibang state for regional visa types? I plan to stay with a relative first (not gonna work there) then move to my designated state once I grab a couple of interviews. If somebody can advise me on that, it would be great. Thanks.

Hello po, may pinrepare na po akong certificate of employment docs since early last yr for ACS assessment pero now ko lng maisusubmit. Tanong ko lng kung kelangan ko pa ulit mag pa notarize ng new employment doc as at this Jan 2019 since yung date ng notary that time ay Jan 2018? And pati po ba yung mga ibang docs na nanotarize dati ay need pa ulit ipanotarize or wala nman pong expiry yun? Pasok pa rin nman yung no of years na ine-aim ko for skills assessment, worried lng ako bka ireject ng ACS kung ang ilalagay ko sa online form nila ay until now same job pa rin ako then sa supporting docs ay dated last year pa. Thanks po.

@angel17 I believe once docs are notarised/certified they don’t expire but you might want to double check with the lawyer who notarised your docs last year to be sure.

@RheaMARN1171933 I would say in my opinion na yung mga permanent docs without expiration dates like the birth certificate, university diploma... kapag na certify ang copies nila, the certification won't expire unless something changes that would render the original document invalid (e.g. NSO to PSA).

To counter this may mga institution na akong na-encounter na nire-require na recently certified dapat ang copies ng documents...

I Googled din and mayroong mga taong ganito ang opinion... I just don't know what the legislation is in Pinas and I can't find any.

@Mia that’s what I know growing up in Philippines raised by family of lawyers but then I haven’t been home for over a decade so not too familiar with legalities over there. As far as Australian immigration is concern and being a registered migration agent myself wherein I am authorise to certify copies for immigration purposes, there is no expiry that I know of. As long as the registration/license of the person who’s certifying the documents are current at that time then the copies should be valid.

I also don’t know of any skills assessing authority which requires recent certified copies of documents. Hope that helps.

Hi po, i tried to click next dun sa immi account after I attached all of my documents. Meron pong nagprompt "Providing supporting evidence". Not all required evidence has been provided. The department strongly recommends that all required evidence be provided before submitting to assist in processing the application. Thank you po.

My wife is pregnant kasi and is about to give birth na at the end of the month. Nakapag lodge kami last November 30, 2018 and done na din yun medicals namin, except yun Xray nya. Inindicate ko po sa application namin yun HAP ID and sa remarks nilagay ko na pregnant siya including the due date.

    1. Until now kasi wala pong CO contact, ok lang naman po ito? should i expect an email especially sa case na pregnant ang wife ko? Or hindi naman since naindicate ko naman agad sa application and malalaman sa medical results na pending pa ang Xray ni wife.

    2. Should i just submit a change in circumstance after manganak ni wife kahit na wala pa email si CO? i assume baka magemail sila after submitting kasi they'll require me to submit additional documents ni baby.

    3. Also I read na requirement for baby is yun birth certificate and passport niya. Any idea how long does it take to obtain a birth certificate?

God bless. :)

hey guys. just making sure. pano ba magrespond sa co contact? ang nakalagay lang kasi sa letter via immiaccount. ibig sabihin ba kapag nagupload ako ng panibagong document, considered as response na yun? or may kailangan pa bang ibang gawin like include a cover letter?

balak ko sana iupload ung return slip for my medical exam results na nakasulat FEB11 pa babalikan. para manotify ko sana na pending pa. di pa kasi cleared medical ko eh un kasi ung hinahanap sakin. any suggestions?
