@jason meron kasi na nagkakaproblema sa CXR at pinag trtreat ng 6mos. kung wala ka problem sa medical at magrequest ang CO mo. ayos lang. kaso pag nagrequest ang CO at may problema ka pala sa medical, yun ang problema.

Ask ko lang baka meron same situation samen ng partner ko.

Sabay ba nabibigyan ng Medical request ang applicant saka non-migrating child or nauuna ang applicant?

May posibilidad ba na ndi na ipapa medical amg non-migrating child? May naka experience po ba na applicant lang ang may request?

and if ipapa medical. Pwede ba na kapatid ko ang sasama sa anak ko?

@UNODOSau sa immiaccount once naka submit ka na ng application may health assessment dun na mag aapear so pwede ka na mag pamedical agad. Una talaga ang applicant. Then, f may non migrating child ka pwede ka maghintay sa co mo na magrequest ng medical for the both of u. Then, if kapatid mo isama mo para sa child mo sa clinic better to bring valid id or his/her passport if available baka hanapan. Or call the clinic if pwede sya. In my case, una ako nagpamedical without co request after i submit my application then later on after 6 mos. nagrequest ang co ko ng medicals for my non migrating children. Ako ang nagdala sa kanila sa clinic.

Hello po sa lahat :-) bago lang po ako sa forum.. gusto ko po sana mag ka idea about Subclass 309 & 100. May tanong po ako... Kelangan po ba dumaan muna sa visa 309 before maka pag apply dun sa visa 100 yung de facto partner and spouse?

Alin po ba sa dalawa (de facto partner and spouse) ang mas madali in terms of visa processing and in terms of obtaining a positive visa outcome?

Ako po kasi yung primary applicant, kakatapos ko lang mag submit ng EOI. Right now po...medyo nahihirapan po kami ng girlfriend ko sa pag decide kung kelangan ba namin mag ma dali para sa civil marriage or mag de facto nalang muna. If ever marami pong Advantages kung married kami, then we will process immediately na po for civil marriage as soon as possible.

Please help po.... malaking tulong po ang mga suggestions nyo. Thank you in advance.

@steven welcome to the group. To answer you question kung 309 muna then 100 Oo second stage ang 100. For me, Mas maganda na kasal na ang bago mag lodge ng visa (189/190) sympre Mas concrete ang evidence db. Based na rin yan sa mga nabbsa ko as ibang post. Married status would have better chances of approval. Good luck sa inyo!

@clacla Hi, nde na kailangan kung ang visa pathway ng asawa mo 309. Kasi dependent sya sau kaw ang sponsor for 2 years sa OZ.

Another question po, pacnsya talaga... For example po, if we'll proceed dun sa de facto process, then na deny po yung visa ng dependent ko (my Gf) kasi insufficient po yung proofs namin sa de facto, affected rin po ba yung 189 visa ko?

guys help! sino dito visa 309 na nagpasa sa vsf tapos magpapasa na ng visa 100 this coming months... pano yun gagawa nalang ng immi account? tsaka bago ba magpasa kelangan inonotify na eligible na galing sa case officer?

@steven not so sure pero I think generally that’s the rule— one fail, all fail. But be positive kasi mostly nman de facto sa 189 na approve. Yung nga lang strength of proof and evidence is the name of the game. But of course not impossible. Marriage would be a strong evidence or registering relationships. Kaya lng as case nyo at least one of you should be here to have it registered so Marriage is the better option. Anyway up to you to decide. Just don’t be scared. Otherwise you’ll be in a limbo. OR mauna ka then file for partner visa later on when you have gathered about evidence. Yun nga lng mas mahal. Hope it helps!
