Hi, ask lang po ako sa requirements,nakalagay po kasi na you should provide documents to prove all claims you made in your EOI. Kung hindi po ako nagclaim ng points for experience? kailangan pa po ba ng mga ITR?

wala po kasi akong ITR eh, COE po kumpleto kaso dko po sure kung makuha ko pa po yung payslips ko..

Hi! Would like to know po meron po ba rito nkpag-apply ng NSW State Sponsorship? Ung IELTS po ba ay necessarily 7(or equivalent)? Or dpende po sa occupation? I tried researching on English requirement as per occupation but I didn’t find any. Thanks in advance sa mga sasagot.

@aicee English skill is not dependent on occupation. Minimum requirement for immigration purposes is always competent English.

@angel14 anything is possible once you meet the eligibility points but nothing is guaranteed. No one can really predict these things. All the best.

Hi, new here. I have software testing and application support experience. As an application support, we do perform mga testing activities rin naman. My experience as an application support is longer that my being a tester however, yun current na 'title' that I might get when I request for COE is Test Engr.

I was checking yun skills and merong Software Tester and meron ding ICT Support and Test Engineer NEC. Tasks under ICT Support and Test Engineer looks like it can cover yun tasks as application support nga and tester (I think).

Dumb questions is anong difference ng skills with ICT when the tasks are almost the same naman with those non-ICT?

If I will choose kasi Software Tester, I have to complete 6years of experience since my course is not related. But if I will use ICT Support and Test Engineer, I have already completed na the required experience and can already start to get ACS assessment.

I hope you guys can provide clarity on this one. TIA!!

@neteng if 190 it doesn't have to be a regional area... sa 489 yun. 190 anywhere within the sponsoring state.

madali lang ba ma invite pra sa mga RN sa australi? at the moment dito po kami sa sydney as a student visa . ito yung points namin.

experience 6months palang im not sure if we can claim it .

partner no skill but can try for a competent english for plus 5

question po ano ma suggest niyo po? our visa is gonna expire on january 2021 po.sana may maka tulong dito po. nagpanick na kase kami kase ang iba 80 points na eh wala p silang invite paano na kaya kami eh ang liit ng points namin. thanks po.

No. 190 is state sponsored, you can stay anywhere in the state and its a PR visa. Regional sponsored visa not PR and you can only stay sa regional area.

Quick question, since naging 8 digit yung mga tel nos. ng mga companies located sa Metro Manila, magkaka effect ba ito kung ang tel no. na nkalagay sa pina assessed sa COE ay yung di pa updated? I'm thinking na kapag iveverify na sa visa lodgement ng assigned CO, malamang di na nila macocontact yung old tel nos na nka indicate sa pinasang COE letterheads.

Maybe if they search on google andun na yung updated phones. I think makokontak parin naman nila yun. Hehe

Hi ask ko lang sa mga nag lodge ng 489 visa hinanapan ba kayo ng functional english? Kasi may ielts husband ko kaso expired na siya 1yr lang daw valid for secondary applicant. Di pa po ba sapat ang CEMI? Tapos po sya ng 2yrs diploma course......

Have you lodged your 489 or just about to? 489 visa has been obsolete now. It has been replaced by 491

Have you lodged your 489 or just about to? 489 visa has been obsolete now. It has been replaced by 491

Hello po nag lodge ako ng 489 before 491 .... time i was pre invited that was august in mid north coast then ita by sept po na ata yun.....di nag lodge ako visa october 15.......

@jewel_34 as long as dependent yung husband mo, I think CEMI should be enough.. My case few months ago, VISA 190, CEMI lang ng University yung sinubmit ng husband ko..

In case makuha ko ung ITA for 491, does that mean na di na nila iko-consider ung application ko for 190? I would prefer 190 kasi para PR na right away. Thank you in advance sa pagsagot! God bless!

That’s correct but if one wants to claim another 5 points, the partner needs to do an English test.

Which state ka nag apply. Hindi natatapos sa eoi ang state sponsorship application, you have to apply sa state mismo lalo na kong 491.

Clarify ko lang kasi i saw the Application process in NSW website (https://www.business.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visas-and-immigration/skilled-work-regional-visa-subclass-491/how-to-apply-and-application-forms)

After malodge ung EOI for visa 491, do i still have to wait for the ITA? Before i can proceed to Step 2,3, and so on?

I was told by my agent to wait for an ITA pero it was not stated on NSW website.

Each state has different processes. I was referring to NT where I applied mine. You have an agent so they should know better, and trust them.

hello po hingi lang po ako ng advise may naka experience napo ba sa inyo na hiningian ng police certificate from pinas ng case officer na yung gusto nya nakasulat sa NBI eh yun mismo nasa passport? kasi po yun passport ko change name napo my married name na pero diba po sa NBI ang lalabas lang is yun single name po with husband surname indicating. Baka may same case po sakin.........pahelp naman po thanks
