Di ko narenew kasi ung result ng ielts ko di ko pa nakuha, e etong passport ko ung gamit ko. haaaaaayz....

my IELTS total band is 7 pero yung writing ko po is 6.5 lang which is equivalent to 0 (sad).
Eto po ang computation ko ng points:

Age: 34yrs old - 25 pts
Ielts: 0
Skilled Employment (up to present) : 8 yrs and 5 months - 15
Qualification ( as per ACS: BC Coe is equivalent to AQF Bachelor Deg) - 15
TOTAL: 55 points.

Since i will seek SA sponsorship: +5 points

1. Should i go and take a risk of lodging an EOI?
2. I received my ACS result last January. I passed my application last October. So sa result, my skilled employment total years is only 7 years and 8 months. I'm still in the same company. When i lodge, should i use the info approved by ACS or should i add the 8months dahil nandito pa rin naman ako sa same company? (hope nagets nyo. hehe)
3. Yung AQF Bachelor degree is really equal to 15 points, tama po ba?

1. I think pwede ka naman na mag-lodge, kasi 55 points ka naman na w/o SS
2. Since continuous employment ka, dapat isama mo yung addtl 8 months, you can claim max points for work exp

@zoe_girl yes you can lodge EOI. It will temporarily give you 5 points for choosing 190. so you'll have 60 points (pasang-awa like me, hehehe)

@zoe_girl sa Pinas ka now? I know a friend who accelerated her passport renewal by requesting the senior officer that she would talk personally to the director to beg for passport renewal ASAP. My friend eventually cried (but may halong drama lang daw inside) in front of the director

It seems QSOL have opened effective July 1. Sad to say no ICT occupation was listed on their SS. Kaya pala parang wala lang...walang marinig na usap usapan, hehehe. Take a look at this link http://migration.qld.gov.au/wp-content/uploads/pdf/occupation-list-489-visa.pdf . This is for you people who were listed in this list. Paki check po baka mali lang ang info. ko.

Meron po ako dati kilala twice pa nkakuha ng job sa SA pero kaka PR lang at hindi pa nag IED kaya nun nag IED na tamang tama may job na sya. Yung resume nya tailored sa AU. Tapos nagpabili sa friend na nsa AU ng sim card tapos interview nya sa skype nun company sa AU.

Medyo may dilemma sya in getting COEs from previous jobs nya. I'm not sure kasi kung anong stand ng DIBP dito. Salamat po sa inputs. Sa EOI, she included all her work exp pero 2 lang dun yung may detailed COE, the rest wala.

Ok lang ba yung ganun? Or kelangan nyang mag-provide?

Or ok lang bang wag ng i-declare yung ibang work exp nya?

Sa case nmin we will provide when the times came Para Lang malaman Ng DIBP na working pa rin si hubby the time na nag apply kami visa. Parang may butas kasi kapag kulang ng COE. Yung last company nya disalign Yung work hindi kmi maka claim Ng points that will able for him to get points Sa DIBP.

Ang sa experience ko po dineclare lahat ng work experience for thw past 10 yrs tas ung work claimed lang ang prinovidan ng documents. So far same ginawa ng friends ko ok nmn.

Thanks guys!

i know a few na ginawa yan. sponsored by a specific state then nagmigrate sa ibang state. Based on the current regulation, indi sia enforced since its not a visa condition na dapat dun ka tumira. however u have the obligation since sponsored ka. Yung mga kilala ko na nagmigrate sa other states last year e ok p nmn sila til now. mas advisable lang siguro kung try mo din dun sa state na nag sponsor sa yo.

Staying in a state that sponsored you, as some say, is a moral obligation and not a legal obligation. BUT, once you apply for state sponsorship (or for ACT, that is), you sign a paper saying you will stay in that state for a certain number of years. Now, there might not be a problem, but what if they use that paper to deny your citizenship when the time comes? Do you want to risk it?

If you get sponsored by another state, I suggest trying to find work in that state first. If you are unable to find work, then go to the state with your family, but inform your state. If they release you, then it would be better for you. But just go through all legal channels first.

i know exactly where u are coming from. Siguro mas ok na while offshore ka once pr ka na e apply apply ka na din malay mo maswertihan, pag nakahanap ka work dun sa state na nag sponsor sayo e di mas ok db. 
